Sapevo già della qualità dei prodotti (freschezza e genuinità) ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal modo in cui hanno cucinato la carne e hanno saputo unirla in un panino con un mix di sapori unici. Unica pecca, l'attesa per i piatti e alcune piccole dimenticanze dei camerieri dovuto al locale pieno ,compensato dalla disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità di questi ultimi.
