02/11/2025: This is a review for both Noir restaurant and Nautilus fish shop, but I have had to change the wording as Google won’t allow the exact same review for both. We started at Nautilus and chose our seafood - salmon, octopus and porgy. We then asked for all to be grilled and served to us in Noir, which was a bit tricky to communicate initially. The Nautilus people could not have been more friendly and helpful. They helped us select fish and suggested alternates. Which given we didn’t speak Italian, and their English was ok, worked surprisingly well. We then went to Noir. Not much atmosphere, and even though there were only 4 other tables, our meal took a very long time to prepare. Half the main serves came out in around 15 minutes with the side courses, then the rest around 30 minutes after that. The waitstaff seemed pretty disinterested or busy in other things, and we had to ask for things a few times. Overall, the seafood was super fresh and tasty, but the clunky restaurant service meant it didn’t work well for a larger group of 6. The restaurant ambience is also pretty basic. These things considered, the meal was definitely very expensive for what it was. We saw some other customers with lobster pasta - and had we known better and /or chosen better that’s definitely what we would have tried. Recommend booking as the fish shop seems to close around 8, so the restaurant also finishes up quite early.

30/09/2025: My favorite place since I was a child (and I'm 56 years old), a splendid and unique place, to visit possibly not in the month of August, Bar and restaurant open all year round with typical local cuisine dishes and pizza also for lunch. Kind and helpful staff. I always return.

17/09/2025: A stunning location on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, a seafront restaurant serving delicious local dishes, very good pizza, and the option to order raw fish in advance. We had excellent Taranto mussels, delicious eggplant parmigiana, unique pasta dishes with pistachios, prawns, and even yellow cherry tomatoes, fresh fish—all delicious. Antonio, the owner, was very kind and guided us through the village, which is private, so you need to get permission to enter. Congratulations! And thank you!

10/03/2026: DISAPPOINTED Too much confusion, the pizza wasn't the best, and it took over an hour to receive the pizzas... Making up for the delay with some practically burnt meatballs...

07/03/2026: Farina 32 Ostuni tennis club...we went tonight, and if I'd read the reviews first, I wouldn't have gone. The only redeeming feature is the pizzas: good, tasty...then the endless wait, and the waiters were incompetent. The guy taking the orders was probably placed there randomly. There were five of us, and we ordered two Neapolitan fried cuoppi, and some montanare, but the guy said, "No, we don't do those," without any further explanation. So I said, "Well, why don't you take them off the menu?" I asked for chicken nuggets for the little girl, and politely asked without chili sauce, but maybe if he could add some fries, and he said, "OK." We then ordered five pizzas. After a good 45 minutes and several reminders, the fried foods arrived...the only edible thing was the arancini, the rest was all frozen, not even warm, rubbery, and there was nothing Neapolitan about it. Maybe you've never been to Naples to eat. Naggets Without chips... my daughter starts eating them and at a certain point spits out saying "what is this stuff?" There was chili inside... so I always call the order boy and point out that I had asked for naggets without chili for the daughter and he, without a minimum of humility and courtesy, says to me "but these are not things we prepare, I wrote without chili but I didn't know it was in there... can't you find out? What if someone was intolerant now? You would have killed them but then in the kitchen how do you not notice?... and he kept saying that he didn't know what was on the menu, without saying "excuse me, I'll take it away" I ask the kitchen for something else etc... ridiculous. Then the pizzas...an eternity to get them, from 8pm when we arrived, we got them at 9:40pm.....we had to ask several times since there was also a 3-year-old girl at the table who needed to eat....and considering that when we arrived there were only three other tables.....afterwards it filled up and I can't imagine how long the others waited to eat. In any case, there are definitely better places in Ostuni, where courtesy and customer service are honored but above all, attentive to customer requests, with waiters with a minimum of common sense. If they don't change management, I don't think you'll last long. I definitely won't be going back.

30/04/2026: A pleasant campsite, a little dated and a bit too compact. A little more space between campers, caravans, etc. would be nice. Parking outside is a bit inconvenient, and the walking distance is unnecessarily long. The self-service restaurant on site is good.

26/04/2026: I just spent this weekend at this campsite and had a wonderful time! Well-maintained, clean, and organized. Everyone was friendly, from the front desk to the bar staff. The freshly baked croissants were delicious. There's a snack bar, and the food service station is super clean, thanks in part to the guests. There's a dog-friendly atmosphere I've never seen before. The music at the bar was already playing, not loud but perfectly complementing the beautiful day. Extremely clean, with cameras everywhere, and a fenced-in feel. Everywhere you look, you get a feeling of safety. I'll be back.

10/05/2026: Catastrophic! 1 star because I can't give 0: cold pizza, still tap water even though we ordered sparkling water... Unacceptable service. We explained to the waiters who shirked their responsibilities... Restaurant to avoid.

19/09/2025: Magnificent resort with an original round structure, splendid rooms, and lush gardens. Wellness center with cryotherapy and infrared laser. Everything is top-notch!

04/01/2026: The place looks inviting, but as soon as we entered, we realized how dismal it was. The service was terrible. The staff was arrogant and rude. Three of us came here on a Sunday during the Christmas holidays. As soon as we sat down and ordered, we were told that due to the restaurant's closure for the next day, ingredients were scarce and they couldn't prepare the same entree for two of us. The pellet stove made it difficult to have a conversation without being disturbed.

07/12/2025: Rude staff, long wait, and completely charred crusts. It's worth noting that the pizza costs €15, and then you make these mistakes...

03/11/2025: I came to eat at this restaurant with my parents in July on my 30th birthday. We had a great meal, the pizza was very good, the only flaw was that my dad found a mint leaf instead of basil on his pizza. After paying, he went to the pizza chef and jokingly told him to be careful, because he had the wrong plant. I was in the bathroom at the time. When I came out of the bathroom and passed the pizza chef, I heard him say some nasty things about my dad, who had by then left and was waiting for me outside. It was supposed to be a joyful evening, a celebration and a vacation, but instead it ended this way. Once I got back to the hotel, I called the restaurant again and explained the matter to the head waiter (or someone similar), who apologized and was kind. We appreciate the apology, but celebrating my 30th birthday in Puglia with my parents is only a one-time experience.

25/04/2026: A beautiful setting with tables in the square on a beautiful, sunny day, Liberation Day. That's all there is to it, the only noteworthy thing not caused by this scandalous business. Tables, fortunately for them, are full of tourists unaware that Italian cuisine is far more than reheated, pre-cooked dishes of pan-fried dishes at prohibitive prices. Two Spritzes, a platter, and two first courses, for just €55, would have been fine if they had been sufficient. So, the mediocrity is diluted by the high demand. I strongly advise against it!

26/02/2026: Sublime experience, the owner was very kind and the dinner was truly delicious. I had pizza and my partner a plate of mixed meat skewers, then a bottle of wine and coffee to finish. Recommended.

10/05/2026: The worst pizza I've ever had in my life, completely raw. I've eaten many pizzas because I love them, and this place is definitely not one I'd recommend. I've been in the area for several days now, which is beautiful, eating lunch and dinner at various restaurants, and I would go back to any of them, but never to this one.

12/08/2025: Excellent pucce and delicious pizzas. The owners are very kind and helpful. Definitely worth considering if you want great food at reasonable prices.
