09/08/2024: As a guest customer with my wife for the second consecutive year, I must praise the skill and professionalism of chef Massimo De Palma and his staff, Juan and Andrea, for the care and love in preparing tasty dishes unique. A special mention also for the maître Rocco Urso and the very cordial Giovanna Di Lauro. I hope to find them again next year, together with all the Soleinme staff. 04/08/2024: Resort surrounded by the sea, with breathtaking views. The external part is taken care of down to the smallest details, as is the fabulous pool area. In my opinion, the room was not furnished to the level of a 5-star luxury hotel but still equipped with everything. The staff were very kind, special thanks to the guys Yuri and Pietro who made the stay wonderful.

28/08/2024: On the occasion of the POOH concert in Ostuni, my wife and I stayed overnight at the Incanto hotel. We were very satisfied. We took a dip in the very clean and well-kept pool and then ate a plate of tomato pasta by the pool, very good and plentiful. Compliments to the chef GRAZIANO and the very helpful and kind waitress SABRINA. Very clean room, excellent panoramic view, excellent breakfast, very kind reception. I recommend it.

18/06/2024: The waitress made us wait a long time and then forgot half of the order. Cakes and coffee are cheap but not particularly tasty either. Outside you sit in the partial shade at the roundabout.

16/08/2024: Let me start by saying I’m an animal lover. I have 3 dogs a cat and a bird, with that said when I go out to a fancy place I don’t take my animals with me to the restaurant. The whole time at dinner I had to listen to a dog bark at the cats roaming around the Cortile. It was beyond annoying. I also had cats coming to my table because they wanted to be fed. This in itself a place where I just dropped 300 euros deserves this terrible review. The second problem was the wine. Every bottle of wine they poured was sweet. I don’t like sweet wines and they’re plenty of Puglian wines that aren’t sweet. Even their olive oil was terrible. It tasted like Medicine. The problem with these wines were they were cheap wines. Why do I have to drink what they tell me to drink. I rather have a wine list and chose my wines, and not listen to the arrogant owner tell me all Puglian wines are sweet which is nonsense. The food was good but nothing to rave about. I definitely don’t recommend this place for the simple fact that dogs are allowed on the premises. You will never find any kind of animals at any high end establishment in America whether dining inside or outside. It’s bad enough you have to smell all the Italians smoking and vaping but to have to listen to dogs while I’m dining at a nice restaurant is beyond upsurd. Do yourself a favor and check with restaurants because it seems like it’s a trend here.

15/08/2024: Struttura Stupenda, camera spaziosissima e personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Siamo rimasti molto contenti. Punti da migliorare: - Essendo una masseria immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos del mare di Agosto, ci si aspetterebbe tranquillita' e relax anche nell'area della piscina. E invece per non non e' stato cosi'. Famiglie con bambini (probabilmente nemmeno ospiti della struttura) che urlavano dentro e fuori della piscina. Non siamo riusciti a goderci nemmeno un minuto del nostro pomeriggio. - La masseria non ha, con nessun lido del litoraneo adriatico, dei lettini/ombrelloni riservati per tutta la stagione (vedi modello riviera romagnola). Esiste solo una convenzione con due lidi (uno a mezz'ora di strada) per ricevere un 10% di sconto. - Il menu' degustazione e' buono, i piatti sono fatti bene, ma per quello che abbiamo mangiato e per la semplicita' delle materie prime, 75 euro a testa ci sono sembrati un po' troppo. - Abbiamo pagato due birre che non avevamo ordinato al bar. Al momento del pagamento non abbiamo contestato questo errore. Colpa nostra ovviamente, ma servirebbe piu' attenzione anche da parte della struttura.

05/08/2024: Typical Italian campsite. Large families who 'live' here all summer. Sanitary facilities are outdated (no seats in the toilet, no paper and standing toilets) but always clean. The sites are shady and (for campers) centrally located. You can walk onto the beach from the campsite and the shop and restaurant are excellent. You have to pay extra for the swimming pool in the main season and it is intended for cooling off and swimming laps, no fooling around with balls or bombs, etc. In the evenings, especially on weekends, it can be a bit noisy at the campsite, but around midnight it is it usually ends. Good base for all the sights in Puglia.

28/07/2024: Utterly unprofessional waiting team, rude most of the times, VERY little knowledge of food and drinks along with hospitality skills, tried to give them a feedback but they talked over me….the food (when arrived) lacked of seasoning (only mentioning a kid’s fusilli with pesto where the pasta was boiled in unsalted water, the waiter said “don’t worry I’ll get you a salt mill….) Got there at 8:30 pm and left almost at midnight after having had only 2 courses and the starters were from the fresh seafood section so no needed to be cooked, the tartare were just chopped up seafood with NO SEASONING again, had to add some olive oil myself……. We knew the bill would have been a large one as we had a look at the menu beforehand but in order for you to charge those sort of prices you must deliver on expectations and experience! When the bill came NO GESTURE OF GOODWILL was applied and we had to ask for the “coperto” (service charge) to be removed which was then only partially taken off….. A rip off that left us highly disappointed. As a restaurateur my self in the UK I strongly suggest anyone that thinks to go there to choose another place, there are plenty in the area and with this money you surely find a professional place where your expectations can be met, trust me. A disgrace to the industry!!!

27/08/2024: Titubante a causa delle ultime recensioni negative ci siamo lasciati convincere dal profumo che sentivamo all’ingresso di questo piccolo locale nel cuore della scalinata; che dire oltre al fatto che non riesco a capacitarmi di come sia possibile recensire negativamente questo posto. Siamo stati accolti da uno staff di soli ragazzi pronti a consigliarci i loro piatti migliori, siamo stati avvisati che ci sarebbe stata un po’ di attesa ma chiunque entri in questo posto, se è un minimo perspicace, capisce che l’attesa è dovuta al fatto che ci sono solo 3 piastre su cui cucinare; ma nonostante ciò devo dire che il tempo di attesa è stato giusto. In 4 abbiamo ordinato antipasti, primi e secondi e tutto è stato eccezionale con porzioni giuste per il prezzo. Se solo prima di entrare le persone leggessero fuori non avrebbero sorprese a loro “sgradite”, il loro format è questo: si ordina alla cassa, ci si accomoda e si attende che tutto venga servito dai ragazzi, in piatti di cartone il che è intuibile dato questa scelta innovativa di ristorante “fast”. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e senz’altro l’anno prossimo ci ritorneremo. Bravi ragazzi.

20/07/2024: Excellent place for breakfast, snacks and quick meals (very light, well-prepared and balanced as well as appetizing!). Wide choice of pucce, ice creams and drinks. Super air-conditioned, modern and pleasant environment. Super staff.

09/08/2024: Nice environment and menu also for celiacs. I ate the best roasted octopus of my life: crunchy, tasty, accompanied by burratina. The fresh tuna tartare with yellow cherry tomatoes is equally superlative, but the options are inviting throughout the menu. I'll be back! Agnes

30/07/2024: "historic" location in its own way for Ostuni (the tennis club), although this 'new' management at the moment I personally believe that it is "limping" in giving the right soul to the place. The pizzas are quite expensive in my opinion for a context such as that of the white city, although impeccable in taste and quality to be honest. I was here for a birthday, we all arrived at 9.30pm, but they served us around 11pm. I don't think there's much to add... Discreet margins for improvement.

24/07/2024: Non consiglio per niente. Il cameriere ci ha fatto apparecchiare noi il tavolo. Non è stato cortese nemmeno gentile. Il cibo niente di fresco. Hamburger sembra quel del supermercato ed addirittura con le sottilette. La mia figlia non è riuscita a mangiarlo.

11/08/2024: Cocktail e cibo davvero pessimi. In più quando paghi con carta fanno i furbetti con il prezzo con la scusa "ci sono le commissioni", ma non esiste perché mi aspetto di pagare quanto scritto nel menù. Unica nota positiva il posto, abbastanza carino, per il resto sconsigliato

03/09/2024: We arrive, and they serve us a free bruschettina, so far so good. We order 2 different first courses and they make us wait 50 minutes. When the first ones arrived we discovered that they were the same but one with the escape and the other without. Not to mention the prices, which in my opinion are disproportionate, too high. All this without asking us if we had intolerances or allergens. Terrible, I don't recommend it.

28/08/2024: The paccheri with lobster are worth the visit: the best I've ever tried, the broad bean purée and the mussel sauté are also excellent. Plus generous portions. The only flaw was the service, very courteous, but a little imprecise and a lot of waiting after ordering and between one course and another. I would go back
