20/07/2025: Lido molto pulito e ben organizzato, con ombrelloni ben distanziati e prezzi accessibili. Perfetto per le famiglie con bambini. Abbiamo pranzato sul posto e siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia della qualità del cibo che dal prezzo, nonostante fosse domenica. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Sicuramente un’esperienza da ripetere!

21/06/2025: Prima volta a Puglia ... scelto Ostuni per nostro 1°tappa. Pranzato in questo Osteria Pizzeria. Una Filippina ha preso nostro ordine...e indovina? Lei e la proprietaria. Sono orgoglioso di Marienne, una Filippina proprietaria di questo bellissimo ristorante. E anche buona tutto che abbiamo mangiato. Pepata di Cozze in crosta, orecchiette con broccoletti , salsiccia con insalata. Grazie x tiramisù....😋😋😋

14/06/2025: Tuvimos tantas comidas increíbles en Ostuni que si bien esto era bueno no era tan bueno como los demás. Comimos dentro, ya que las mesas exteriores estaban llenas y hacía calor.

Camping where you are in contact with nature, the mobile homes are all very clean and well-kept with air conditioning. Excellent beach and pool service. All the staff is always attentive to the customer's needs...

Owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He is very kind, make attention to detail, and genuine care truly made our stay.

27/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo posto sabato 26, attratti dalle recensioni e della menzione Michelin. Premetto che non è il primo ristorante che ha la menzione Michelin, ma non capisco davvero le ragioni a questo punto. Il posto di per sé è carino, nulla da dire! Il problema è tutto il resto... L'offerta prevede dei menù degustazioni e la scelta di piatti "à la carte". Abbiamo preso due secondi di carne ( che a questo punto mi sembra di capire che non sia il loro punto di forza), che non avevano nulla di gustoso, nulla. Ho preso una guancia di manzo che praticamente è arrivata già tiepida e una tomahawk di vitello che era inguardabile nella cottura ed era coperta da una simil patatina che doveva avere un sapore di nocciola, ma non si percepiva nulla, accompagnato da scaglie di tartufo ( anche quello senza sapore). Non è la prima volta che andiamo in un ristorante che ha la menzione, né tantomeno la prima volta che mangiamo di a tomahawk. L'entree di benvenuto erano dei tarallini e dei grissini, neanche poi così tanto freschi. Abbiamo preso 2 calici di vino, perché anche i prezzi delle bottiglie erano assolutamente sproporzionati. Capisco che i prezzi siano leggermente lievitati giustificati da una menzione "Michelin", si è consapevoli, ma non accetto di aver scelto e evitato i posti più turistici per mangiare qualcosa che non ha nulla di eccezionale e che non giustifica assolutamente la menzione. 2 secondi di carne e 2 calici = 77 € Prima ed ultima volta!

08/08/2025: I thought it was impossible to eat badly in Italy… but they went out of their way to prove me wrong. The stuffed eggplant, served still frozen, seemed to have spent a long time in an industrial freezer, possibly for over a year. It was unpalatable to eat. When I told the restaurant staff about it, they not only offered no solution, but insisted on charging me the full price. The supposed fava bean puree did not contain any fava beans at all; it was instant mashed potatoes. The bread balls, on the other hand, dissolved in the tomato sauce as quickly as a biscuit dipped in a cappuccino, leaving an unpleasant sensation on the palate. All in all, a memorable experience, but only for the wrong reasons

30/05/2025: Sabato, 24 maggio, ci siamo recati in questa struttura per inaugurare la stagione estiva prendendo il tradizionale gelato . Nulla da ridire sulla qualità del gelato. Ma ciò che mi ha lasciata allibita è stata la completa scortesia con cui siamo stati trattati quando abbiamo effettuato il pagamento . Una ragazza che lavora ha malamente redarguito mio padre, una persona di 80 anni, che aveva dato una banconota da 10 euro, su cui mancava un piccolo pezzo lateralmente. Non un pezzo della matrice delle banconota ma ribadisco un piccolo pezzo laterale . Ok, mi va bene che si chieda di dare un’ altra banconota ma con modi decisamente più garbati . Se i clienti si trattano cosi ,si rischia di perderli, nonostante un ottimo gelato, Veramente delusa da certi atteggiamenti.

24/06/2025: I wanted to give this restaurant ZERO stars only because of the rudest waiter I have ever met in Italy! In a tourist city, such behavior really lowers the level of the place. From the beginning it was a disaster: we waited patiently outside for over 10 minutes, while inside there were empty and dirty tables. Instead of tidying them up, he spent the time chatting and laughing with other customers at the counter. When we politely asked him "Excuse me, how much is it for a table?", he replied with annoyance: "Wait quietly, can't you see that I'm busy?!" But the worst came later: I ordered gnocchi with clams, and the waiter had brought us a small plate for the shells. My husband, however, used it for his plate (no problem, right?). I then placed the shells neatly on the napkin, without dirtying the table. And he, coming back, said to me in an accusatory tone: "Do you know why I gave you that small plate? It's not to put the shells on the table!" Even after my husband explained, he continued to look at us with a superior air. What does he want? Humiliate me? We were polite the whole evening, but this waiter ruined everything. He is the worst representation of Italian service for tourists – a disgrace! The only star is for the food (decent) and for the other waitresses, kind and professional. But with such an attitude, we will never return

21/10/2024: Graduation party, what can I say, perfect organization, more than perfect service, lunch? there are no words... spectacular. Under the direction of Mrs. Patrizia everything moved perfectly, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, everything was very fresh. Thanks again for a very successful party. 05/10/2024: 18th birthday party, fantastic location under the walls of the historic center of Ostuni. Professionalism, seriousness and competence characterize the entire staff. Rich menu, all fresh and of high quality, excellent management of the courses also considering the number of guests (approximately 80 people). Perfect and highly recommended!

09/07/2025: siamo ritornati al Frantoio certi di trascorrere giorni meravigliosi, e così è stato! Un posto magico, ricco di storia e di dettagli in ogni angolo. Il personale sempre cortese e professionale attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e pronti ad accogliere le loro richieste. Le camere ben curate e spaziose e curate in ogni particolare. Posizione comodissima vicina a qualsiasi bella località si voglia visitare e poi, al ritorno, una comoda piscina aspetta gli ospiti che vogliono rinfrescarsi all'ombra dei meravigliosi ulivi o con un gustoso cocktail. Piante, giardino ovunque, pavoni, ulivi secolari. Insomma, un posto magico che è diventato posto del cuore

09/07/2025: Yet another highly overrated restaurant on TripAdvisor! We were four for dinner and did the wine pairing along with the tasting menu. The food overall is mediocre at best. Some dishes like the chicory (which i normally love) were tasteless and blah. No dish rose to the level of delicious. The wines were fine. You get three glasses across eight courses. A white, a rose, and a red. All serviceable but not outstanding. The service on the other hand is weird. Very disorganized. Sometimes rude. We reserved a table some weeks in advance and confirmed via email the day before. We were told dinner service starts at 8:30. We arrived at 8:30 to find the tables mostly all full with diners well into their meals. There was no host to greet us and we stood awkwardly in the courtyard waiting to be helped. When we could finally get someone’s attention, a waiter came over and searched for our name but couldn’t find it. When we paid the bill later that night we were informed the reservation was under BOTH my last name AND my wife’s (different) last name - but when trying to get seated, I provided my name and we were told that they could not find our reservation. After we finally asked whether the reservation was under my wife’s name, the waiter saw that this name was on the list, and we got a surly, “so it’s your mistake!” We also stated on several occasions that one of our family has an allergy and this was confirmed twice via email. Yet upon sitting, the server was taken by surprise by this request and needed to go talk with the kitchen. The rest of the meal was a rushed series of mediocre dishes and wine. In food and service, this restaurant does not rise to the level of excellent. The food is only mediocre and the service is disorganized and often rude.
