03/05/2025: Terrible, dirty and disgusting is not enough to describe the environment of the restaurant, while the staff seemed as if from the moment they saw us, they did not want to serve us. Also, in a problem regarding the payment, they did not even take a step back to facilitate us, we reached a point where the teachers got involved we (we were on a school trip from Greece) they brought us written proof of something that is not acceptable by the prefecture

03/05/2025: The food was just bad. A relatively small portion of reheated food of poor quality. When it came time to pay the staff was totally reluctant to give us the money in different payment methods (we were a group of 9 people and obviously we didn't all have cash). It should also be noted that we NEVER received a real receipt, only a piece of paper with the plates written on it. We conclude that the shop is not worth visiting either for its prices, nor for its dishes, and of course not for the staff. ( You can also tell about the quality of the shop from the shop's responses to the negative reviews).!!!!!!!

20/08/2024: Sono venuta a conoscenza di questa struttura tramite internet e ho prenotato un ombrellone e due lettini per essere sicura di avere un luogo certo dove andare per la mia vacanza, sembrava essere fornito di tutti i confort di cui necessitavo o almeno era quello che si leggeva su internet ma aimé arrivati lì ho trovato una struttura vecchia a cui non viene fatta manutenzione, dei servizi igienici sporchi vecchi e non adatti alle esigenze delle persone ( in seguito a mie lamentele mi è stato detto di andare nei bagni comunali per strada se non mi stava bene). Docce a pagamento fatiscenti, addetto agli ombrelloni scortese e antipatico. Io ho scelto un lido attrezzato proprio per usufruire dei confort che può offrire altrimenti avrei scelto la spiaggia libera,che lì ce ne sono tantissime e stupende!

17/04/2025: Très bon table accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Je recommande le poulpe sur purée de fèves. Très goûté !! Le vin était un peu fort à mon goût.

08/12/2024: Nice location, swimming pool not very large although I would have expected cleaner water at 10.00 am. All in all in the lawn area (here only adults pay, there are no sunbeds but they provide chairs and a table) it is cooler than by the pool but constantly disturbed by the presence of lots of flies... maybe a disinfestation treatment? Normal prices.

05/09/2024: Sublime experience. Tranquility, beautiful swimming pool and good food for a complete lunch break. It is an experience that, both personally and with our family, we do again every year! Highly recommended.

21/02/2025: We bought the fish and sea urchin pulp from Nautilus, well known in Ostuni for its quality and knowing that there was the possibility of cooking it. Then they took us to a place next door which appears to have been a pizza restaurant before. €20 for cooking!!! 😮 €16 for cooking pasta (2 ounces)!!! 😮😮€3 each for the service (Paper placemat, chipped plate - non-existent fish cutlery) You clean the fish yourself!!!. 1/2 bottle of wine and water. Total €57😩 to add to the fish €64 = €122!!! 😰 (For 2) 🙃obviously without side dish or dessert or coffee!!! Dear gentlemen of Nautilus, if you want to lose customers, you are on the right track!

11/04/2025: The food was really poor, the first course, a pasta with sauce, was clearly raw, absence of any type of sauce for chips etc., poor cutlet, the only edible thing must have been the dessert, however both my friends and I felt unwell afterward. The rooms which, given the way they were furnished, are better than the closet where my grandmother lets me sleep when I stay with her, old fashioned furnishings, too much so, and all scratched or ruined, we noticed stains on the sheets, which was very little toilet and the windows were really dirty and above all with paint that filled all the windows and lights with stains, then, after numerous attempts, we couldn't close them all

05/10/2024: 18th birthday party, fantastic location under the walls of the historic center of Ostuni. Professionalism, seriousness and competence characterize the entire staff. Rich menu, all fresh and of high quality, excellent management of the courses also considering the number of guests (approximately 80 people). Perfect and highly recommended!

26/01/2025: The Room was not ready when we arrived. There was no hot water or shower available till the next day. No apologies, no compensation . Unfriendly stuff.

05/01/2025: The evening we arrived at 6:00 p.m. we were given a disabled room, it was dirty and smelled of mold. After we complained in the morning, it was cleaned, but the smell wasn't completely gone. We didn't get another room!! We had to make do with a disabled bathroom. 🤨🤨This at a full price. When we asked for a reduction, the answer was that you should inquire via email. We have written twice but have not received any response to date, after 6 months. Staff is very superficial for a 5 star hotel. The best thing about this facility was the location, which is fantastic. 🤩 But price/performance is not right at all. It's a shame, I would definitely have liked to go again.

27/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo posto sabato 26, attratti dalle recensioni e della menzione Michelin. Premetto che non è il primo ristorante che ha la menzione Michelin, ma non capisco davvero le ragioni a questo punto. Il posto di per sé è carino, nulla da dire! Il problema è tutto il resto... L'offerta prevede dei menù degustazioni e la scelta di piatti "à la carte". Abbiamo preso due secondi di carne ( che a questo punto mi sembra di capire che non sia il loro punto di forza), che non avevano nulla di gustoso, nulla. Ho preso una guancia di manzo che praticamente è arrivata già tiepida e una tomahawk di vitello che era inguardabile nella cottura ed era coperta da una simil patatina che doveva avere un sapore di nocciola, ma non si percepiva nulla, accompagnato da scaglie di tartufo ( anche quello senza sapore). Non è la prima volta che andiamo in un ristorante che ha la menzione, né tantomeno la prima volta che mangiamo di a tomahawk. L'entree di benvenuto erano dei tarallini e dei grissini, neanche poi così tanto freschi. Abbiamo preso 2 calici di vino, perché anche i prezzi delle bottiglie erano assolutamente sproporzionati. Capisco che i prezzi siano leggermente lievitati giustificati da una menzione "Michelin", si è consapevoli, ma non accetto di aver scelto e evitato i posti più turistici per mangiare qualcosa che non ha nulla di eccezionale e che non giustifica assolutamente la menzione. 2 secondi di carne e 2 calici = 77 € Prima ed ultima volta!
