29/09/2025: We made it our mission to try as many gelateria shops in Ostuni as we could, and while they started to taste the same, this shop was an exception. Staff were super friendly, and the taste and texture of their gelato was excellent! Highly recommend, worth the walk up the steps to the top of Ostuni to enjoy their many sweet treats while enjoying the beautiful view!

21/06/2026: Even though this place focuses on meat, we decided to order pizza, and the pizza was excellent quality with selected ingredients. The staff is welcoming and very professional. The service is quick, with no long waits, and the atmosphere is pleasant, especially considering it's located in the center. Highly recommended!

15/06/2026: Meat'n'Burger has become one of our go-to spots in Santa Caterina. We've become regulars and, over time, have even become friends with Usman, a wonderful person who puts passion and care into what he does. The quality of the food is always excellent, especially the meat, which is truly delicious. The pizzas also deserve a special mention, always delicious and made with quality ingredients. One thing we really appreciate is that, year after year, the menu is enriched with new options, offering ever more choice without losing the quality that distinguishes them. Contrary to what some reviews read, our experience with the service has always been positive. In fact, even on the busiest evenings, the wait times are short and the staff is organized and helpful. A place we continue to happily choose and recommend to anyone who wants a burger, excellent meat, and a delicious pizza. See you soon!

08/05/2026: Historic bakery in the center of Ostuni. During our stay in the white city, we sampled several of their specialties... the delicious panzerotto for the modest price of €1.50, the focaccia (tomatoes, onions, potatoes), and of course, the famous pasticciotti, available in various flavors. The staff is friendly and happy to offer advice.

16/06/2026: A quaint, welcoming, and well-maintained restaurant where we ate well-prepared local produce. The owners were helpful and courteous. A rarity in Ostuni, a place so beautiful in its origins that it has unfortunately been trampled upon and abused by speculative exploitation aimed solely at disposable tourism.

12/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly pleasant break in one of Ostuni's most charming settings. We stopped for brunch and chose a platter of local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by two excellent gin and tonics: quality products, beautifully presented, and perfect for enjoying the moment. The real added value is the spectacular view of the city and the surrounding landscape, making even a simple mid-morning stop special. Despite the 11:00 a.m. sun, the atmosphere was relaxing and very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and quick in their service, making us feel immediately at ease. A well-kept venue, with an enviable location and a truly memorable welcome. A highly recommended stop for anyone visiting Ostuni who wants to treat themselves to a relaxing moment with good food, excellent drinks, and a breathtaking view. 🌟🍸🧀🥓☀️

03/05/2026: I visited Alta Marea Lab in Villanova (Ostuni) and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered an Angus tagliata, expecting the classic preparation: a whole cut of Angus beef cooked properly and sliced into even pieces. Instead, it was served as small, irregular strips, more like “straccetti,” with no proper presentation and not representative of what a tagliata should be. Having traveled extensively, this is the first time I’ve seen it served this way. Overall, disappointing. The ingredients may have potential, but they are not handled or presented with the care you would expect.

14/05/2026: We commissioned a cake through the restaurant where we celebrated the event. We took care of every detail, but the cake was the only disappointment. Initially, they thought the requested cake was too complicated, so we asked for a simple white cake with green accents to match the rest of the decor. In short, we ended up with a blue cake, like a baby shower cake, for a lady's 70th birthday. One star because that's the least we can give.
