13/10/2024: Accueil moyen plus agréable en fin de repas Michelin à l entrée mais on est loin de nos Michelins de Bourgogne Belle présentation des assiettes mais dégustation insipide petites portions comme un gastro mais sans les amuses bouche entre les plats !!! ( pour le rapport qualité prix)

21/02/2025: We bought the fish and sea urchin pulp from Nautilus, well known in Ostuni for its quality and knowing that there was the possibility of cooking it. Then they took us to a place next door which appears to have been a pizza restaurant before. €20 for cooking!!! 😮 €16 for cooking pasta (2 ounces)!!! 😮😮€3 each for the service (Paper placemat, chipped plate - non-existent fish cutlery) You clean the fish yourself!!!. 1/2 bottle of wine and water. Total €57😩 to add to the fish €64 = €122!!! 😰 (For 2) 🙃obviously without side dish or dessert or coffee!!! Dear gentlemen of Nautilus, if you want to lose customers, you are on the right track!

12/02/2025: Consumata semplice colazione... Pasticceria molto ordinaria e cappuccino latitante... Semplice acqua macchiata di bianco!!!!! Esperienza da non ripetere... Per il resto, servizio veloce e posto esteticamente discreto.

16/10/2024: Siento ser el raro aquí pero no me gustó este helado. La sacamos en una tarde calurosa porque haré cualquier cosa por un buen helado, pero no fue así. Es muy cremoso y espeso, más parecido al queso crema, y el sabor sufrido. Hemos tenido un helado maravilloso en Monopoli y Lecce, pero esto no estuvo a la altura en absoluto.

13/10/2024: Years later I returned to this place, but I'm sorry to say that quite a few things have changed for the worse, however, and I'll explain why, the Pizza is not a pizza but rather a piadina, unleavened, "dough" released from the freezer, but the absurdity is that there is no oven and consequently no pizza chef....!!! But I mean, are you normal...?!! Really poor quality of condiments. Advice: go elsewhere.

02/09/2024: No objections to the staff who are courteous and the service fast. We ordered Orecchiette with tomato sauce which was nothing more than Orecchiette mixed with supermarket puree taken out of the fridge. Also drained badly because there were two inches of water on the plates. Terrible. Too bad... so little would be enough.

08/12/2024: Nice location, swimming pool not very large although I would have expected cleaner water at 10.00am. All in all in the lawn area (here only adults pay, there are no sunbeds but they provide chairs and a table) it is cooler than by the pool but continually disturbed by the presence of lots of flies....maybe a disinfestation treatment? normal prices.

05/09/2024: Sublime experience. Tranquility, beautiful swimming pool and good food for a complete lunch break. It is an experience that, both personally and with our family, we do again every year! Highly recommended.

08/12/2024: Cozy, nice, clean place, courteous, polite, discreet staff. Very good pizza, we also asked for the house dessert and we were served a huge hot braid with Nutella, excellent to say the least. Highly recommended

26/11/2024: Very outdated hotel. What is most important to us when we travel is cleanliness, and fortunately for us, everything was without complaints. The service is good, the food is mediocre, but the hotel, i.e. mostly the rooms, are crying out for renovation. An improvised wardrobe, an old place to rent, a bad cistern... ( ☝️Billiards in the lobby are not level... All balls go into the same hole 🤣)

Under the direction of Mrs. Patrizia everything moved perfectly, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, everything was very fresh. Thanks again for a very successful party. 05/10/2024: 18th birthday party, fantastic location under the walls of the historic center of Ostuni. Professionalism, seriousness and competence characterize the entire staff. Rich menu, all fresh and of high quality, excellent management of the courses also considering the number of guests (approximately 80 people). Perfect and highly recommended!

06/01/2025: Nous avons choisi ce restaurant car il était un peu à l'écart de la circulation et du flot de touristes. On nous a attribué une table dans les escaliers et l'on a apprécié le repas de pates et les pizzas.

01/11/2024: Primera vez probando orecchiete en el sur de Italia, este restaurante tiene mesas fuera tranquilas. Probamos dos tipos de pasta que estaban muy ricos. La pannacotta sin embargo, no fue de las mejores que he probado. Y los spritzs en vasos grandes en lugar de la típica copa.

10/03/2025: I rarely dedicate myself to reviewing the hotels I stay in, but in this case I feel like making an exception as the experience was truly positive. The Miramare has "only" 3 stars but, from all points of view, we found it better than many 4 stars we have stayed in. The structure is nothing short of splendid, as is the room (we were lucky enough to be assigned a "sea view"). The cleaning is really very thorough, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff are truly noteworthy, as is the breakfast, truly "rich" and of high quality. I would add that Noli is a real jewel, both from a landscape and historical/architectural point of view. I really hope to be able to return: positive experience from all points of view!

26/01/2025: The Room was not ready when we arrived. There was no hot water or shower available till the next day. No apologies, no compensation . Unfriendly stuff.

05/01/2025: The evening we arrived at 6:00 p.m. we were given a disabled room, it was dirty and smelled of mold. After we complained in the morning, it was cleaned, but the smell wasn't completely gone. We didn't get another room!! We had to make do with a disabled bathroom. 🤨🤨This at a full price. When we asked for a reduction, the answer was that you should inquire via email. We have written twice but have not received any response to date, after 6 months. Staff is very superficial for a 5 star hotel. The best thing about this facility was the location, which is fantastic. 🤩 But price/performance is not right at all. It's a shame, I would definitely have liked to go again.
