Top-quality food, all fresh and freshly prepared by Raffaella, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on explaining the dishes. Valentina, the barmaid, is excellent in her wine knowledge, and she makes spectacular drinks 🍹. Super knowledgeable and confident in their work, which they love. Congratulations, keep it up. We had lunch at Vindo', an excellent experience! Each dish was created with quality ingredients and perfect pairings, in a well-kept and welcoming location. In addition to the excellent food, there is a wide selection of wines and attentive staff, especially the owner Raffaella, who is always present and attentive to customers' needs! Five well-deserved stars!

We went to Vindo' in Santeramo with friends. The experience was simply excellent! We started with a high-quality cheese platter, varied and beautifully presented, followed by a truly delicious roasted caciocavallo, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pan-fried cheese was also excellent, fragrant and flavorful, prepared with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The bruschetta was perfectly balanced. All accompanied by a rosé wine served at the perfect temperature, which enhanced every dish. The atmosphere was welcoming, with attention to detail and great customer service. A place definitely worth a visit... we'll definitely be back!

The restaurant was recommended to us by Giorgio, owner of the B&B Dadi Chic. The place is very welcoming, and all the staff are very professional and kind. The food is excellent, but the highlight is Raffaella, the great chef. She pampered us with her food and her explanations of the dishes. Even though it was our first time here, we felt at home 😘
