We went to Vindo' in Santeramo with friends. The experience was simply excellent! We started with a high-quality cheese platter, varied and beautifully presented, followed by a truly delicious roasted caciocavallo, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pan-fried cheese was also excellent, fragrant and flavorful, prepared with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The bruschetta was perfectly balanced. All accompanied by a rosé wine served at the perfect temperature, which enhanced every dish. The atmosphere was welcoming, with attention to detail and great customer service. A place definitely worth a visit... we'll definitely be back!

Very welcoming and captivating location, the staff is of a unique and rare professionalism, and then there is the Great Raffaella who prepares her dishes with so much care and love... I recommend Vindo to everyone
