25/07/2026: The quality of the food is fine (delicious and extensive aperitif, see photos), friendly service, beautiful rustic stone inside but nothing special. All in all worth it, but not exceptionally special.

19/07/2026: Everything was delicious, in a pleasant atmosphere, and at very fair prices. The waitress was very kind when we mentioned we were vegan: she told us the dishes could be modified, so we could remove cheese or meat from the non-vegan entrees (which were plenty anyway). So we ordered three entrees and some vegetables as an appetizer, and everything was truly delicious. They offered us some delicious focaccias as an appetizer (and they were plentiful and large, not just small bites), and also sugared almonds to accompany our coffee. The atmosphere is family-friendly and friendly. The price is very reasonable.

26/04/2026: NEVER SEEN BEFORE before. From the amazing olive oil they produce (Coratina) to the unbelievable organic wine... every single course has excellent ingredients and unusual pairings... a fragrant cigar offered at the end of the meal. What can I say... Everything is truly excellent. A welcoming and well-kept atmosphere. When things are made with love, it's useless... there's no one to hold on to! WITH - SU - GL - I - S - S - M - O!

The chef and cuisine were top-notch, and the staff were very professional and attentive. It was a truly fantastic party! We will never forget it! 21/02/2026: Good gelato, but very expensive. A tiny pistachio cup costs €7, while a non-pistachio one costs €5. They also inform you about all the gluten-free precautions, but I still felt sick. If you have celiac disease, don't stop by unless you want to feel sick. I'm giving it two stars only because the gelato is actually good, but the sickness made me regret having it.

I have particularly fond memories of the cardoon and the ferula mushroom...wow 😍🫠😋🤤 The menu offers a selection of entirely plant-based and animal-based dishes, accompanied by a wide selection of wines. The staff's professionalism, helpfulness, and attention to our needs made this day truly special and unforgettable for me and all my guests. The menu was superb, and the guests loved everything, even going back for seconds and thirds. Thank you so much.

23/03/2026: Getting here required an hour's drive from home, but my expectations were not disappointed. Inspired by the excellent reviews promoted online, I decided to try lunch at Tenuta Tedone Consolini and give it to my parents. The enchanting landscape and quality of service rewarded my boldness. A fixed menu featuring seasonal ingredients (often wild and refined), simple or delicious recipes depending on the course, homemade ingredients, courtesy and hospitality in a welcoming and clean setting (a detail not so obvious!) made this lunch a delight. Ugo, the friendly and never intrusive host, is always ready to explain the menu, the processes, and his history. The wait staff is helpful and extremely courteous. The perfect gift for loved ones. PS: My hypercritical dad not only approved, but also plans to return soon.

23/04/2026: A charming atmosphere, but some concerns about the cleanliness of the air and the freshness of some of the ingredients. I've been following this place for a while and observed its move from its old location in Prestino to its current location on Via Carloni. The location has a remarkable aesthetic impact, somewhere between sophisticated and Parisian bohemian, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. The main issue with the location is ventilation. Despite the few tables occupied, the smell of cooked oil is pervasive from the moment you enter and becomes unbearable inside. It's a pungent odor that inevitably sticks to your skin, hair, and clothes, a sign of insufficient ventilation that compromises the enjoyment of the evening. Regarding the food, I've encountered several critical issues that negatively impact the quality-price ratio. Both in the appetizers (bresaola and mushrooms) and in some sauces, the oil used had a heavy, tired flavor, typical of a product that has been aged too long or is of less than excellent quality. This unpleasant flavor unfortunately dulled the dishes. In the cheese fondue, the texture was grainy and floury, an obvious technical flaw that made it difficult to consume, so much so that a good portion was left in the pot. As for the Chocolate and Fruit fondue, the sore point was the presentation. The fruit wasn't fresh; the grapes and strawberries had clearly been "chopped" to remove damaged parts, while the blackberries and raspberries were excessively soft and past their ideal ripeness. A presentation that didn't convey the attention one would expect. The beef and chicken Bourguignonne featured very irregular cuts. Although the meat was flavorful, the quantity for two people seemed underestimated, necessitating a supplement. In conclusion, the staff is extremely kind, courteous, and friendly, but the professionalism of the service doesn't make up for the shortcomings of the kitchen and the uncomfortable environment. For those curious to try it, I recommend not looking at the photos on the profile because most of them are of the old location. I didn't take any photos myself because the odor-filled environment wasn't inviting. The photos can at best help you understand the amount of meat served. Considering everything else, the portions aren't particularly generous. Finally, be aware that the bill is significant and isn't always supported by the quality of the ingredients. Unfortunately, it's an experience I won't repeat or recommend with any conviction.

29/01/2026: I had the pleasure of hosting a lovely 50th birthday party, and the guests all enjoyed an excellent menu, punctuated by plentiful and fun dancing. The atmosphere is original and welcoming. Ample parking available. Highly recommended.

14/12/2025: We were there on Friday for our association's usual dinner. We ate everything seafood-based, from appetizers to raw seafood, including first and second courses. Everything perfectly reflects the owner, a delightful, polite person ready to satisfy customers. The same can be said for the table staff, always smiling and attentive to ensure we didn't miss anything. The premises are meticulously clean, a combination of positive factors. If you're looking for positive things, go to Filippo. I add honors and academic acclaim to the 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
