03/05/2025: A nice place, outside of Ruvo di Puglia...excellent, very original menu, dishes created by them were served, very tasty...the dining room is huge and well set...the service was impeccable...lots of agricultural tools in sight, ancient, very interesting...the owners are very welcoming and do everything they can to make customers feel at ease

13/04/2025: Very nice place, very kind staff and tasty fondues. We fought over dessert because it was too good. At the end of lunch someone even stated that they had never eaten such a good dessert in their entire life (Viola). Therefore, as can be seen from this review, the place is excellent. Highly recommended!

The bed was insanely comfortable—we slept better here than anywhere else we've stayed in Italy. We also enjoyed a nine-course wild plants-based tasting dinner, crafted from local produce—each dish rich with deep, inspiring flavors. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and full of charm. Being a Saturday evening the place was full and therefore the service was not very fast but still acceptable. Cozy environment. We will definitely be back. Recommended 👍

26/05/2025: I celebrated my son's First Communion. The service offered was truly impeccable, exceeding the rosiest expectations. Furthermore, the collaborators were precious, professionally prepared and available to satisfy every request. I refer in particular to Marco who followed our banquet and Roberto who set up the scenography of the celebratory cake. Torre del Monte is a guarantee ❤️

28/04/2025: Very beautiful place surrounded by greenery, with care for animals and environments. We went on April 25th with a fixed menu at 55 euros. The only downside is that since I was pregnant I couldn't eat several things that weren't replaced with alternatives (I'm referring to the starters)... the central bruschetta (at least two each) and since I wasn't able to eat it, they replaced it with one (a contatq) in a coffee plate... and I had to pay the full amount like the others. Paid full menu without eating ham, cheese, more than one brischwtta like the others, carpaccio...
