The wine selection is high-quality and well-presented. The lasagna is excellent: flavorful, well-balanced, and prepared with respect for tradition. The chiacchiere, dusted with powdered sugar and served as dessert, deserve a special mention. They're so good you'll want to ask for more.

30/11/2025: Good product, but the owner doesn't make you feel at ease. Annoyed face, no smile, and a bit of a snooze when handling the food.
I don't know what his personal issues are, but this attitude affects the experience, especially for those who don't just want to slurp a kebab but also enjoy a welcoming atmosphere.

04/08/2026: A very nice little restaurant with unique and welcoming decor. We ate very well, and the service was excellent. I would gladly return. Especially for Mr. Roberto, who was so kind.
26/07/2026: We sat down at 9:30 PM during a singing performance that prevented us from conversing peacefully. We waited an hour for a pinza to share as an appetizer, and our main courses arrived at 11:45 PM. The food wasn't bad, but the waiter was unprepared (he spilled the pinza on the table and didn't know the menu) and the meat wasn't cooked at all as requested. The owner later apologized and offered a paltry discount.

04/07/2026: Offered as per the menu advertised so emphatically on social media... and you find yourself enjoying a platter of supermarket cured meats (some of fairly mediocre quality) on the sidewalk of a fairly busy street. Plain rice with traces, but traces of perhaps "buttata" (a typical dish), crispy guanciale (or at least that), and baked zucchini slices. Sliced steak weighing perhaps 100 grams, objectively tasty, but certainly not the thickness of a tagliata you'd typically expect. All this for a price that seems to be advertised as promotional, but it's not. All this topped off with an interminable wait for three courses.
27/06/2026: I ordered home delivery for 8:30 PM. After waiting a good ten minutes, I called to ask if the order had been shipped and was told it was about to leave. I called back 25 minutes later because the order still hadn't arrived and was told the delivery guy would leave in a few minutes. In short, the food arrived an hour late, but the worst thing was the mockery of the staff.

10/04/2026: After lunch, I always prefer to enjoy a good coffee at a bar; today I chose the EXCELLENT Café in Putignano. The place is modern and welcoming, with the option of sitting at the tables inside or in the beautiful outdoor gazebo with sliding glass doors. I enjoyed an excellent coffee, served by professional and very fast staff. A great discovery! ☕✨
23/02/2026: I can't comment on the food because we didn't order anything. We had Baileys served in a paper coffee cup, half full, for €6. A bit overpriced! It's a shame the bar is very nice, but we won't be back!

24/03/2026: I had a great experience at Coopera. I had a truly well-crafted cocktail, well-balanced, and with attention to detail. The atmosphere is youthful, fresh, and very pleasant, with a beautiful and welcoming ambiance. The live concerts are an added bonus: engaging and perfect for a different kind of evening. Recommended.
20/03/2026: For almost 10 years, Coopera has been a guarantee of socializing, good food, and a good selection of drinks, but above all, it's one of the rare cultural hubs that allows the community to grow.
All at truly reasonable prices, given the offerings and the efforts of the owners and staff!!
If Coopera didn't exist, the community would be poorer!!

11/07/2025: Siamo stati davvero molto bene nonostante il caldo. Ci siamo accomodati a un tavolo esterno, ma hanno addirittura pensato a come rinfrescare i clienti fuori. Insomma, pensano a tutto e guardano tutto. Veloci nel servizio, cibi di ottima qualità.

Es gibt ausschliesslich Seefood; keine Pasta, Gemüse, Fleisch und oder ähnliches.
