04/01/2026: VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. We were served raw meat; when we politely asked for it to be cooked a little longer, the dish came back visibly reheated from the microwave, with the meat having released water and being completely ruined. When asked for clarification, the chef (presumably also the owner) intervened, admitted using the microwave and clearly stated that he was annoyed by the returned dish, going so far as to tell us that "that's how you eat meat" and that it would be better not to return. This was all done in a heated tone and in front of other customers. I should point out that we have always been polite and respectful. A customer has every right to ask for slightly different cooking methods, without being treated with condescension or irritation. To make matters even more unpleasant, when the dish was being sent to the kitchen, we heard a sound similar to a horse's, clearly audible from the dining room. We've never had an experience like this before: given the way we were treated, we won't be returning and we can't recommend this place.

07/11/2025: Chi Va Piano is a place where vegans and meat-eaters happily eat together. The cuisine blends Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Apulian influences, with dishes for everyone: from turnip greens couscous with farinella to sandwiches (including vegetarian options), to stew and steaks. What makes the place special is Stefanino, a former butcher now a true host: friendly, sociable, and makes you feel at home. He knows his way around meat, but has always appreciated vegetarian and vegan cuisine. That's why no one feels out of place here; everyone finds their own dish. An authentic, delicious, and human place.

22/01/2026: One of the few places in Putignano worthy of carrying on the tradition of quality pastry making, despite recently losing its café, where I often went for breakfast. I always find a wide variety of offerings, all excellent both in terms of the ingredients used and the preparation and presentation. I especially recommend the large cream pastries (swans, fruit tarts, peaches, Venetians, Sachertortes, etc.), each one a delight to look at and taste. Highly recommended!

25/11/2025: I've had the privilege of traveling extensively since I was a kid, and I remember the smell of British pubs in the early '90s. Is it just a hint? As I entered, I smelled the same unmistakable aroma. If this setting weren't enough to justify the sacrosanct "5 stars," I'd add that the food and beer were also satisfying. God save "the Rose and Crown"!

22/10/2025: We were in this very welcoming location last Saturday, retro style, nice atmosphere, we ate very well... the food was quality despite it being a fixed menu... the price was right... we will definitely be back.

30/11/2025: Good product, but the owner doesn't make you feel at ease. Annoyed face, no smile, and a bit of a snooze when handling the food. I don't know what his personal issues are, but this attitude affects the experience, especially for those who don't just want to slurp a kebab but also enjoy a welcoming atmosphere.

11/07/2025: Siamo stati davvero molto bene nonostante il caldo. Ci siamo accomodati a un tavolo esterno, ma hanno addirittura pensato a come rinfrescare i clienti fuori. Insomma, pensano a tutto e guardano tutto. Veloci nel servizio, cibi di ottima qualità.
