07/08/2026: Yesterday I stopped by Bar Turismo!
I tried the hazelnut and coffee cream gelato. Simply incredible, real gelato!!!
Don't judge a book by its cover!
The place is retro, reminiscent of the '80s...but the quality of the gelato is real. The owner explained to me that he uses real ingredients to make his gelato, not like many other gelato makers these days who use powders and packaged mixes.
What can I say? Try it and believe it! The difference between real gelato and gelato is visible to the eye and tastes delicious!

12/07/2026: Unfortunately, following the advice of those who had already been there, we booked this restaurant. The location is beautiful, but the rest is all to be reviewed. The appetizer arrived but since there were two of us, one immediately and the other after 20 minutes. From 8pm to 10pm we only had the two first courses, spaghetti with clams that were floating in the water (clams without shells) and the same spaghetti with mussels and clams. The taste was not bad but they were too floating. All the customers were poisoned by the biblical times. In the end, we left and paid for what we had consumed (we gave up on the second course given the times). The waiters tried to apologize but it's not their fault, perhaps the management made a mistake. It's a shame because the location is beautiful.
09/07/2026: Although I didn't sit down to eat, I urgently needed to use the restroom. I politely asked for permission, but they refused, saying that they would open in 15 minutes and that they were cleaning the place. Personally, I didn't find the explanation convincing and I felt that they simply didn't want to serve someone who wasn't a customer.
I understand that every business has its own policy, but in a case of real need, I expected a little more understanding and humanity. This particular experience left a very negative impression on me.

19/05/2026: It could have been really nice, but alas... taking advantage of a language misunderstanding, for an initial order of two courses at €16 each + two glasses of (not very good) wine at €6 each + one dessert, the waiters completely abused their orders and advice, served a dish I hadn't ordered, charged me twice for bottled water, and ended up with a bill of €75. And to top it off, there was no explanation when it came time to pay, with the waiters practically panicking.
In short, best forgotten, what a shame.
12/05/2026: Wonderfully situated overlooking the sea. A fish restaurant far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Simple, with fresh fish and seafood. Delicious food and everyone was very friendly. This is exactly how we imagine a holiday in Italy by the sea.

07/06/2026: I had left a review for Monday lunch, obviously very good for the staff who were present in the restaurant, but returned today, truly a very different environment, completely absent and rude staff, I don't know but in a business everyone should work in the same way, I hope it was just a patch due to the lack of staff found on Monday... obviously I don't question the quality of the food which was excellent.

12/08/2026: Fantastic evening at Begula. The cocktails were delicious and a special mention to Nadia who was amazing!
11/08/2026: We came from France with a friend and tried this restaurant because we were getting hungry quickly. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed.
The portions were ridiculously small: I have a small appetite, and it clearly wasn't enough for me. Furthermore, for almost an hour, no one came to check on us after our meal to see if everything was alright or even if we wanted dessert. There was a complete absence of a waiter…
We really got the impression that it was a very touristy restaurant. It's a shame, because I think there are other restaurants that deserve to be explored much more.

10/08/2026: We ordered two pizzas. Large portions, very tasty. Reasonable prices. Service was a bit hectic, but what more could you want on a hot day? We recommend them.
07/08/2026: The food was very good, but the service was very rude. My boyfriend is on crutches, and they wouldn't give us a table that would allow him to use it comfortably. When he wanted to use the restroom, they sent him to another restaurant because the lady was cleaning the tables next to the restroom. His lack of conversational English didn't help matters.

31/07/2026: Very disappointing experience. We arrived when the restaurant was almost empty, with plenty of available tables, yet we were only offered the most isolated table in the venue. When we politely asked if we could sit at another free table, the staff refused without giving any reasonable explanation or showing any willingness to accommodate us.
Good service starts with hospitality, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. We felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Based on this experience, we would not choose to visit this restaurant again.

What can I say… every time I set foot in the Mojito Bar I feel at home, and much of the credit goes to Claudio, the kindest, most professional and funniest waiter there is!
Claudio is not just a waiter: he is an artist of hospitality. Always with a smile on his face, he knows how to recommend the right drink at the right time, he treats you as if you were a special customer even if it is the first time you enter, and he has a speed and precision in the service that leaves you speechless.
His presence really makes the difference: even when the place is full, Claudio manages to keep calm and make everyone feel pampered. Just one look and he has already understood what you want to order. A true champion!
The Mojito bar is already a fantastic place for atmosphere, quality of cocktails and impeccable cleanliness, but with Claudio at the helm of the service… it becomes an experience.
Sincere compliments, Claudio! You are the added value of this place. Keep up the good work!
