06/06/2025: When we want to take a break from work, what's better than taking a trip to the Itria Valley. My wife and I often come to this B&B because we find it quiet, convenient for getting around, with a private gate, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with breakfast in their bar and finally the icing on the cake are the owners Giuseppe and Giorgia who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone.

25/06/2025: For our wedding lunch we chose the Masseria Miramonte ai Monitilli. We wanted the right setting, a magical place where Puglia could be well represented, but at the same time elegant and refined. The Masseria Miramonte ai Monitilli was the place we immediately fell in love with. Tradition and elegance are mixed in a wonderful way: on one side the ancient courtyard with the trulli that create an enchanting setting for the aperitif and the cake, on the other the large and elegant reception room, immersed in the greenery of the Puglia countryside.
A very high-level lunch, from the aperitif to the cake, quality and abundance in a combination of tradition and innovation, much appreciated by our guests.
A special thanks to the chef and all the staff for welcoming us with attention, cordiality and warmth and for having satisfied our every request.

28/02/2025: ask for a table, you'll be seated immediately! I went there several times, I always had different "treats" and tasted different pizzas and I always appreciated the speed of the service, the availability of the owner and the quality of the delicacies. Quiet and pleasant place.
08/12/2024: Very professional and kind staff attentive to every request. Really good pizzas but the highlight were the bruschettas with salmon. These were the best! Compliments

18/05/2025: You have to be honest, I was in this pizzeria 30 years ago... we went back just to go back to where we were very young years ago.
The environment always the same, no changes, if I remember correctly,
Only took the pizza, dough, good, tall and soft but difficult to chew, you have to chew the bite for a long time, it is rubbery and not very fragrant, quality ingredients.
Beer in a liter jug, initially good and light, but in the end, last sip of beer became bitter, strange!
Fast and kind service, the pizza arrived after a short time, good!
Honest prices, good I would say.
This to give, if I can, some advice on things to see and perhaps improve. However, a nice evening and good feelings.

Excellent service: pizza ready in no time.
However, it is a limitation to have to leave the table quickly, it is not possible to occupy the table for more than 1 hour in the first round.

24/04/2025: It's not a restaurant, but your living room. The staff makes you feel like family! Kind, courteous, and above all they make lunch engaging.
This is what I look for every time I go to a restaurant.
The cuisine is simple but truly excellent, home-made and quality flavours.
Now I've become at home. I highly recommend it

22/06/2025: We were in this bar for 15 minutes and the owner or whoever worked behind the counter was yelling at the customers' orders. I didn't feel comfortable in this place. It's a shame because the place is nice and the prices are affordable.
24/05/2025: A wonderful discovery in Noci: a very warm welcome from the owner, and a charcuterie board offered by the owner to accompany the spritzes. We had a great time here with three friends. I highly recommend it 😍

27/04/2025: I had the opportunity to try the "Officina del Gusto" in Noci recently. I must admit that there was a small misunderstanding regarding the starters at the beginning of the meal, which created a slight initial discomfort.
However, once this moment was over, I must say that the subsequent courses were definitely appreciable. The quality of the food turned out to be good. I would like to say a few specific words about the service received at Officina del Gusto, which deserves a separate mention. I found him very precise and careful to get all the courses out together (which for 10 people is not so easy). In particular, the waitress who served us was truly exceptional - a "golden girl", as they say. Professional, kind and helpful, qualities that are increasingly difficult to find in dining room staff nowadays. If I were in the owner's shoes, I absolutely wouldn't let it slip away. It made the experience even more enjoyable.

02/05/2025: Servizio lentissimo. Attesa infinita sia per ordinare che per mangiare, nonostante il locale fosse semi-vuoto e tutti i tavoli erano nella stessa situazione.
Nell'attesa non hanno portato né qualcosa da stuzzicare né le bevande.
Per niente rispettosi della gente che potrebbe anche avere esigenza di mangiare entro un certo orario.
Lo consiglierei per la varietà nel menu, ma per me il rispetto per il cliente viene prima di tutto.

20/10/2024: Excellent dough. Fine dough (not rubbery) different variations from the classic panzerotto to the one with meat or the Calabrian one. Really good. Add a bottle of beer and you're good to go.
31/08/2024: I don't know where to start... I'll start with the positive note... The very kind and courteous boy... You tell me the rest... Cobwebs everywhere and dust... Hygiene 0... The panzerotto Not enough sauce and too much stringy dough... It wasn't to my liking at all
