21/06/2025: My girlfriend and I discovered this restaurant almost by chance, but it immediately became one of those places that stay in your heart. The atmosphere is intimate, with attention to detail but never pretentious - just how we like it. The wine they recommended was a real revelation: fragrant, full-bodied at the right point, perfect to accompany each course. You could feel that behind that bottle there was passion and a careful choice, not made by chance. But the real love at first sight were the bombette: tender, juicy, with a flavor that makes you close your eyes at the first bite. The best we have ever eaten, really. A small masterpiece of the Apulian tradition. Attentive, smiling and never intrusive service. In an already special trip, this restaurant was one of the best moments. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

05/07/2025: Top restaurant in Monopoli, I come very often and everything is always delicious. It has a menu that changes according to the season, with dishes studied in the smallest details with flavors that are not at all obvious. I recommend everyone to try it at least once, it will certainly be inevitable to return, all this also thanks to Enzo who makes you feel as if you were at home.

Speghettone agli scampi e alici e gambero rosso notevoli, come il sashimi di ricciola e il carpaccio di manzo. Secondi meno speciali. servizio professionale e simpatico, prezzi un po' alti

We began with the octopus carpaccio — thinly sliced, incredibly tender, and full of fresh, clean flavors. It set the perfect tone for what followed. Next, we enjoyed the seafood pasta with zucchini flowers, which was a real highlight. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the seafood generous and fresh, and the zucchini flowers added a subtle sweetness that tied the dish together wonderfully. We also tried the cuzzecchije pasta — a rustic local specialty — which had a satisfying handmade texture and a rich, comforting sauce that felt authentically Pugliese. We paired our meal with a crisp local Sauvignon wine, which brought out the best in the seafood dishes without overpowering them. To finish, the tiramisu was light, creamy, and delicately balanced — a sweet end to a superb meal. The atmosphere was relaxed but refined, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The location, tucked into the heart of Monopoli’s charming old town, made the whole evening feel extra special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking fresh, honest seafood with local character and warm hospitality.
