20/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience. The place is well-kept and welcoming. Ms. Antonella welcomed us warmly and attentively without being intrusive. We tried the appetizer of mortadella and focaccia, the braised pork, and finally the tiramisu (I've attached photos that will speak for themselves 🤤). I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients. Excellent balance of flavors and adequate portions. Ms. Antonella, while we waited for our dishes, delighted us with seeded bread and homemade taralli, truly delicious. A restaurant I recommend and will gladly return to.

For all the sparkling wine girlies you must try the Bianca Vigna ❣️ the owner and chef is one of the nicest people we met too

09/01/2026: Unpleasant takeout experience on a Friday evening. Sandwiches were ordered two hours in advance, and we had to wait an additional half hour, despite being told they were coming out of the kitchen when we arrived. The worst part was finding raw meat (as shown in the photo) in one of the sandwiches. Not recommended!

03/03/2026: A great place with regional cuisine. Delicious spaghetti. The carbonara is one of the best I've ever had, and I've had quite a few :) I recommend it without a second thought. Culinarily Series A! 😍

28/02/2026: The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Delicious dishes made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. I stumbled upon it by chance, and if I'm ever in the area again, it'll be a must-visit!

14/02/2026: We had a wonderful experience! Food was good and the service was excellent. Loved the ambiance. The bartender even made me a special negroni with his take on it. They were welcoming and even found a spot for us and our baby on valentine's day when other restaurants turned us away. Highly recommended!

08/11/2025: Less than a month ago... discovered by chance during my seaside stop, in one of the magnificent alleys of the historic center, a restaurant where with courtesy and professionalism I ate above a good restaurant, steamed mussels and stuffed cuttlefish... it had been a long time since I ate at these levels and at a very acceptable price... the only flaw was that the chef did not reveal his secrets to me😅

04/11/2025: Excellent panzerotti made to order, sometimes with a long wait as customers patiently wait in the street for their panzerotti to be prepared. They are incredibly fresh, fried with a generous and very rich filling. All this for a very reasonable price: between €4 and €5 depending on the filling. A must-try unless you're allergic to fried food!

06/11/2025: We came here because it was recommended in the Lonely Planet guide, but when we arrived it was closed – even though Google clearly shows it as open. Please update your opening hours so we don't make a wasted trip, thank you 🙏 Update: The opening hours aren't updated in real time, it's true, but they are updated quickly if you request it, probably within 24 hours. It would be even faster to do this than to reply to comments :)

28/02/2026: The owner of the Butcher's Counter is extremely professional, the entire staff is professional, courteous, and kind. The grilled meat is excellent... An explosion of flavors... We'll gladly return.

03/01/2026: All year round, always with excellent dishes....bread, pizzas, appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts...all made on site. I recommend trying the pasticciotti; I personally order 20 at a time.

02/01/2026: On New Year's Day, we visited a restaurant called My Wine. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth: both the staff and the restaurant's architecture immediately made us feel at ease. We were escorted to our table and served impeccably. The cuisine is exceptionally high: top-quality ingredients, expertly paired, presentation meticulously crafted, and dishes that wowed from start to finish. Each course was a true gourmet experience. In addition to the excellent quality of the food, we were treated to a delicate and delightful black cherry sorbet, followed by masterfully crafted artisanal desserts. To round out the evening, a complimentary grappa was also served. My sincere compliments to the entire staff: you made us have a wonderful New Year's Eve, far exceeding our expectations. We were completely unexpected, especially since we stumbled upon this place by chance while strolling through Monopoli. It's a discovery we absolutely recommend.
