13/01/2026: The restaurant is nestled in some truly beautiful grottos. Delicious dishes, always helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Among other dishes, we ordered a delicious first course: cavatellini with yellow cherry tomato sauce, pezzente sausage (typical sausage), and cardoncelli mushrooms. Excellent.

13/01/2026: I'd been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a while, and finally, in early January, I did. The location is simply fantastic; dining 18 meters underground is truly unique. Despite the excellent quality of the ingredients and the simply prepared dishes that make you savor every single ingredient with every bite, I was quite disappointed. From a location like this, you expect more. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired; the staff isn't very well trained; they lack the basics. They can't bring out the main appetizers and forget about individual dishes; they can't wait for water after having already requested it several times; and they can't give you a menu from which you can't order almost anything because it's winter and that's a summer menu. These are just some of the issues we encountered. All in all, among the staff, we found a young man who tried to resolve the various issues. Expectations were very high. I'm sorry to write this review, but I hope it helps us improve. I think with a few extra tricks, you can truly become the best. Ahhhhh, I forgot about the Milanese placemats, NOOOOOO.

12/02/2026: The staff was inactive. I asked for an ice cream with double cream and a pistachio and coffee flavor. They gave me pistachio and hazelnut flavor and no cream. I was very disappointed. They also made us wait a long time before ordering.

26/02/2026: Perfectly cooked pizza, generously topped. One of the pizzas I highly recommend is the courgette heart, whose sweetness, the pumpkin cream and stracciatella, contrasted with the saltiness of the speck and parmesan, makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

26/04/2026: I went to this pizzeria tonight and, overall, the experience was very positive. The food is truly excellent: the pizza in particular was amazing, well-cooked, with quality ingredients and truly exceptional flavors. You can sense great attention to the ingredients and preparation. The only small complaint concerns the staff, which seemed a bit understaffed compared to the number of customers. Despite this, the service was still handled with dedication. Unfortunately, I must point out one major negative aspect: the hygiene of the bathroom. It was in truly unpleasant conditions, which is quite jarring considering this is a pizzeria located in the historic center and is very busy. For this very reason, it would be essential to pay much more attention to cleanliness, especially considering the presence of a changing table for babies. In a context like this, hygiene should absolutely be a priority. In summary: excellent food quality and a very satisfying dining experience, but the upkeep of the common areas definitely needs to be improved.

I trusted the reviews... unfortunately the most recent one is from 1 year ago... the fixed menu was very basic even if I have to say it was good... I wanted to make a good impression on my colleague... but I wasn't satisfied... a canteen... but I have to say everything was average to good... at the price I give 20 euros each... I was hoping to go à la carte... but I noticed that not even the bitters on request after lunch were available, a real shame... simple dishes that I normally make at home... I was hoping for something more refined to make a good impression on my colleague
