24/10/2025: There are many cafes in the area, but this one surpasses them all, hands down. First of all, whatever you order is delicious. In particular, the croissant dough is damn perfect. My mother is very picky about her coffee, but every time she comes here, she insists on coming back several times. The bathroom is ALWAYS clean. The entire place is kept like a mirror, which is incredible, considering how many people pass through. But the most impressive thing is the service. Whether standing or sitting at a table, the service is impeccable. Friendliness, warmth, efficiency, optimism. You can be having a terrible day, then walk in here and, poof, you're overwhelmed by an unparalleled positivity. If all cafes were like this, the world would be a better place.

13/01/2026: The restaurant is nestled in some truly beautiful grottos. Delicious dishes, always helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Among other dishes, we ordered a delicious first course: cavatellini with yellow cherry tomato sauce, pezzente sausage (typical sausage), and cardoncelli mushrooms. Excellent.

13/01/2026: I'd been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a while, and finally, in early January, I did. The location is simply fantastic; dining 18 meters underground is truly unique. Despite the excellent quality of the ingredients and the simply prepared dishes that make you savor every single ingredient with every bite, I was quite disappointed. From a location like this, you expect more. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired; the staff isn't very well trained; they lack the basics. They can't bring out the main appetizers and forget about individual dishes; they can't wait for water after having already requested it several times; and they can't give you a menu from which you can't order almost anything because it's winter and that's a summer menu. These are just some of the issues we encountered. All in all, among the staff, we found a young man who tried to resolve the various issues. Expectations were very high. I'm sorry to write this review, but I hope it helps us improve. I think with a few extra tricks, you can truly become the best. Ahhhhh, I forgot about the Milanese placemats, NOOOOOO.

15/12/2025: We'd already been there one night and hadn't tried the restaurant. The wait was a bit long, but it was worth it. Excellent platters accompanied by "cicci," good pizza, and excellent meats.

27/11/2025: Pleasant restaurant with delicious food at a very good price. Unfortunately, my wife's main course was forgotten, so I had to double-check when ordering that everything was noted.

12/12/2025: Lunch at of my favorite restaurants in Gravina, Osteria Radici, built into a cave on the road to the ravine and the aqueduct bridge Their focus is on traditional Gravinese food made with local ingredients. We started with their fried zucchini with mint and the bruschetta with a peperoni preserve and pallone di Gravina cheese. For mains, we had the spicy assassins’s pasta and the braciole di cavallo, along with wine from Radici’s vineyard (a blend of Primitivo, Nero di Troia, and Montepulciano). For dessert, sporcamuss, crispy puff pastry filled with custard. Service is excellent and the restaurant is beautifully appointed, especially during the holidays! A wonderful “last supper” on our Pugliese tour!

07/01/2026: It was our first time, recommended by friends. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert, and the quality was top-notch, not to mention Antonella's professionalism and patience. I highly recommend it, we'll be back!
