13/12/2024: Ci sono stato per un pranzo tra colleghi prima di Natale, Piero e sua moglie sono due persone affabili, gentili e molto disponibili. Hanno esaudito tutte le nostre richieste in quanto nel gruppo c'erano 2 no lattosio, un vegano, un vegetariano e un celiaco. Piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave moderna, tutto ottimo e si sente la qualità delle materie prime. Da Cesarino 36 ci si sente a casa!

12/12/2024: Una meraviglia nella città che mi ha formato. Le grotte sono un optional a questa realtà. Varrebbe la pena di venire qui solo per pranzare.

04/11/2024: Siamo tornati al Caroseno dopo 11 anni e abbiamo fatto bene. Location molto bella, servizio attento e curato. Abbiamo preso piatti tipici come Fave e Cicoria come antipasto e Orecchiette come portata principale entrambi molto buoni. Ottimi anche il dolci. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Un must quando si è in zona!

16/10/2024: Da un posto così ben recensioto mi aspettavo molto di più. Nessuno dei piatti che ho avuto modo di assaggiare mi ha particolarmente stupito, nè sembrava avesse un'iimpotrtante identità. Di contro, il conto è stato abbastanza "salato" e questo non ha fatto che accrescere la mia personale valutazione negativa della struttura.

30/08/2024: We have profited from Francesco's Panzerotti several times and so far I can't say anything negative. Recently we even sat on his terrace twice to dine on site as family and friends from Germany were visiting. Fast, competent and humorous service. Even a simple portion of fries was super tasty. I think fries are always very tricky, but these are crispy, hot and perfectly salted. The only criticism I personally have is the music, which is a bit too loud for my taste. Apart from that, very homely atmosphere. Oh and lastly don't forget. TOP price-performance!!

28/08/2024: Chosen almost by chance, in reality this farm turned out to be an excellent choice, first of all for its location, a few km from Alberobello and other places that I wanted to see such as Ostuni, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Tranquility and relaxation away from the chaos. The Masseria is large as is the room I took. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You eat really well both at breakfast and dinner with zero km products mainly of their own production (wine, oil, cheeses, vegetables and fruit). The swimming pool is nice for cooling off after excursions. Structure definitely worth considering for exploring the Itria Valley.

23/05/2024: This morning my wife and I enjoyed two UNSURPASSABLE croissants and espressos. Excellent ESPRESSINO with milk foam that looked like whipped cream topped with cocoa powder and a superb coffee mix. It's been a while since I tasted one this good.... And the croissant? Very good.... Well done barman and manager who certainly use high quality products, all at fair prices. Highly recommended, every time I pass by Castellana Grotte I will stop to repeat this tasty, mouth-watering experience!!!

18/04/2024: Everything was delicious, I ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate cornetto which were the best I had in Italy, but the best thing was the service! Come without hesitation, you will not regret it

02/11/2024: Excellent dairy! Stocked with a good range of products and even some delicacies, such as a caciocavallo in the shape of a pig. Very fresh products, we saw ourselves making stracciatella live. Friendly, kind and fast.. what more could you want?! Good prices.
