28/09/2025: We've never experienced anything like what happened tonight in this restaurant in our 30 years in Jesolo. We were treated like dirt by the waiter. He was very reserved towards my wife and me from the start, even though we were there for the second evening in a row. We had fish, pasta, and a salad. Okay, but really nothing special. For dessert, I asked for a tiramisu and ordered a portion, but it never arrived. We weren't even given a second glance. Finally, I politely asked for the bill, without a hint of reproach. After paying in cash, the waiter took the money, didn't give us another glance, didn't say a word, and left the table. I can't explain the situation at all, especially since, with my rudimentary Italian skills, I tried to order in Italian out of respect for my hosts. What remains is disbelief. Other reviews have already suggested that Germans aren't welcome here. Whatever. In any case, one can only warn against this restaurant. Even if it looks quite cozy at first glance. If you want to ruin your holiday evening, go right here.

27/09/2025: We ended up at this restaurant because of the rain. The decor was nice, and we were able to sit down to eat. After a while, a waiter came over, took our drinks, and placed the usual "bread basket" on the table. Since we'd been out for a long time, I took a piece (the bread was very dry on top). I noticed that there were red spots on the bread and looked in the bread basket. Apparently, this basket was already at another table, where they were apparently serving red wine (we hadn't ordered any). When I complained, the waiter simply wanted to wipe the bread with his apron. I looked at him confused and said I didn't want it that way and would like a new one. From that moment on, the waiter was extremely annoyed and brought our food and was otherwise very rude. If we hadn't already ordered food, we would certainly have left the restaurant sooner, as this behavior is completely unacceptable in my opinion. It's also possible that we were having a bad day, as there are certainly good reviews, but we wouldn't go to this restaurant again. You have to know for yourself.

A very well-maintained location, one of those places that takes you back to a few years ago, both for its style and, above all, for its prices, which are nothing short of incredibly fair. Truly delicious pizzas, exquisite desserts with generous portions. Truly a place worth saving ☺️

15/09/2025: My family and I had already been here about three months ago for our son's birthday, leaving positive comments regarding the desserts and the seafood. The only negative was the pizza, which was burnt on the bottom and raw on the sides. However, since we enjoyed the rest of the food, I wanted to give it a second chance this evening. The atmosphere was once again clean and welcoming, while the service was quick and helpful. The owner made us feel at ease right away; I appreciated her professionalism. The food was once again excellent, and this time we were more than satisfied with the pizza! Beautiful to look at, light, well-filled, and without any burn marks. Whatever you changed works. Everyone who passes by the table—pizza chefs, owners, and waiters—say hello and ask if everything is okay. The food, from the pizza to the kitchen, is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants. They don't rush you to eat because you have to vacate the table afterwards! I think it's worth going just to feel like a family because of the atmosphere.

The first courses are mostly freshly drained pasta, plated with a dollop of sauce in the center. The second courses are usually very tasty. At peak times, it's quite crowded, but if you can adjust your seating schedule, it's easy to find a table. Lately, I've noticed several inattentive behaviors. For example, the last time I was there, the same person who seated us, despite us being in plain sight, was subsequently seating people at tables nearby. We had to call her a few times to come and take our orders. Meanwhile, she took orders from several tables, some quite large, that had arrived after us, only to then tell us that the dish I wanted was sold out, perhaps eaten by the last ones to arrive. Anyway, for our first course, we had risotto all'Amarone. The problem, however, is ours, for we got ripped off because, unless you're in one of the beautiful, low-lying villages famous for their rice, risottos on the set menu should never be ordered. Still, you want to miss out on a good Amarone risotto in Valpolicella??? In summer, when it's packed with tourists? A good calling card. But no. Completely overcooked, a tasteless mush with no flavor whatsoever. Imagine, if it were possible, a well-made dish on the set menu, with the price of Amarone and the amount of it needed to cook it. I recommend, rather than doing something this way, sticking to the basics. Having learned this lesson, I'll think twice next time.
