A pleasant surprise; served very quickly, I noticed the dough and toppings for celiacs among the extensive menu. I ordered a sandwich, good quality, same price, guys and girls in tune.

Pizzeria by the slice overlooking the street, opposite the Carrara Castle.
A few tables outside, but no table service.
We went there just last night before a concert at the castle.
My wife raved about the gluten-free pizza (AIC certified), homemade dough, and quality ingredients—truly excellent.
The only downside I found was the €3 extra charge for gluten-free dough, but these days, it's already hard to find a pizzeria (even with table service) that offers homemade gluten-free pizza.
