But we ended up enjoying our landlady's favorite restaurant so much that we came here every evening!
Gennaro, Maria, Daniele, and the team are passionate about their work, offer a great selection of food and wine, and deliver high quality. We've always enjoyed coming here.

26/08/2025: The best in Carpenedo! Il Cavallino's pizza is excellent, everyone knows (try the bruschettone!), but perhaps less well-known is the food, which is equally as good.
The fried fish is perfect: light, crispy, and flavorful. Not to mention the "light" options for those who don't want pizza, like a light, potato-crusted sea bass, cooked to perfection.
23/07/2025: Lovely traditional style restaurant serving great pizza from a wood fired oven, great house wine, huge Milanese chop(snitzel style), decent value for money. Lots of local families dinning there so as soon as we sat down I knew it would be good.

The owner is very attentive and friendly with customers, an experience worth repeating. Both the pizzas and the seafood are excellent, and the mussel soup is unforgettable. I recommend it to everyone.

22/06/2025: Pizza is ok, even though they missed a detail in both my pizza and my friend's, but they were easily fixed. On the night we went service was understaffed for the amount of people to be served. It's an ok place on all aspects.
15/06/2025: In the environment, a wide choice of pizzas, normal or high-quality dough, very good especially the spelt one
For some time now, however
I'm only sorry to confirm that the service is quite poor... there is no organization and from the order of drinks (with a lot of confusion) an infinite amount of time can pass... (and the pizzas too)

24/07/2025: Pizzeria by the slice overlooking the street, opposite the Carrara Castle.
A few tables outside, but no table service.
We went there just last night before a concert at the castle.
My wife raved about the gluten-free pizza (AIC certified), homemade dough, and quality ingredients—truly excellent.
The only downside I found was the €3 extra charge for gluten-free dough, but these days, it's already hard to find a pizzeria (even with table service) that offers homemade gluten-free pizza.
