I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Valle d'aosta

17/01/2024: Eravamo in due persone e ci è stato assegnato un tavolino attaccato a quello di un'altra coppia. L'unica cosa che ci separava dagli altri due era un separé attaccato al nostro tavolo. Purtroppo non piacevole. Capisco che l'obiettivo del locale sia fare più turni possibile (infatti le persone dei tavoli intorno appena avevano finito di mangiare lo liberavano subito -> non c'era interesse di rimanere) tuttavia il cliente dovrebbe essere trattato meglio (coperto: 2€). Sono celiaca e ho preso una pizza senza glutine (supplemento: 2,50€), l'impasto non mi ha entusiasmato in quanto è diventato troppo duro ed era difficile da tagliare. Per quanto riguarda la farcitura (ho preso la Monte Bianco) era davvero ottima e si sentiva la qualità delle materie prime (ragione per cui ho dato 4 pallini anziché meno). Infine un dolce (5€) e sono rimasta colpita della varietà senza glutine: gelati, mousse al cioccolato, crema di Cogne, panna cotta,.. Ho preso la crema di Cogne e l'ho trovata buona. Nel complesso si mangia bene, tuttavia si percepisce la volontà di massimizzare i coperti e questo può essere controproducente, perché se scelgo una pizzeria non voglio sentirmi in un fast food.

26/03/2024: Top pizzeria. The dough comes in 4 choices. Regular, gluten free, activated charcoal (very interesting choice) and one with whole grains. Drinks are a bit too expensive. 0.4 beer €5.50. The pizzas are absolutely good prices But best of all, dogs 🐕 are allowed. Therefore absolutely recommended. (My wife was quicker with the pizza than I was with the photo😅)

27/02/2024: I live in an area where there are hundreds of pizzerias, both renowned and otherwise. I have eaten pizzas of all types and in many latitudes but Al Tarabas' pizza IS THE BEST. Light, thin, tasty, cooked well... The choice is varied and the beers are decent. Don't ever change..!!

13/03/2024: Location molto tradizionale e accogliente, personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e piacere. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene e, trovato anche delle pizze veramente buone. Non volevo banalizzare una cena con prodotti tipici puntando sulla pizza, ma l'assaggio di quelle in tavola mi ci ha fatto pensare ... meritava un'altra visita ma nn avevamo più giorni. Prezzi in linea con la zona e il periodo ma, un pochino meglio. Buon numero di coperti e buona disposizione interna. Consigliati!!! Bravi!

03/03/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo adorabile posticino per caso. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato, dopo un'attesa di circa 30 minuti siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Location calda ed accogliente, cibo ottimo, dall'antipasto al dessert e la proprietaria con la sua spontanea dolcezza e professionalità è riuscita a farci sentire a casa. Torneremo sicuramente. L'attesa ne è valsa la pena

24/03/2024: We stayed for 3 days for lunch or dinner. The work menu is good for lunch and the à la carte menu in the evening is excellent. The scallops with porcini mushrooms are special. Courteous and fast service. Very good pizzas. Compliments!

02/03/2024: I usually eat Tex Mex but today I opted for a pizza. Excellent as is the service. I recommend the Mexican Steak

31/03/2024: Service non-existent to say the least. Not to mention the food, very heavy pizza and exaggerated prices completely disproportionate to the food and service received. Dinner with two pizzas, dessert and coffee, price more than 50 euros. A big disappointment.

30/03/2024: The place has been renovated, the management is new, the staff is friendly, the pizza is great... but we would need a little more originality in the proposal of the ingredients on the pizzas and a little more choice in the dishes of the kitchen

11/02/2024: Personally, for me their pizza brought back memories of when I was at Nunziatella in Naples. Excellent solution for a pizza with a friend without spending too much. Pizza as good as the prices. The location is not the latest trend but it is not essential for me. Polite and very helpful staff. I'll be back

07/02/2024: In the characteristic village of Morgex we stopped to have lunch in this place. The experience was positive, we ate a mixed Aosta Valley starter consisting of ham, mocetta, Arnad lard and fontina; finally I had a good trio of polenta with sausage and meat sauce, while my partner had a decent onion soup.

01/04/2024: I'm sorry but a classic place for tourists, low quality and the dish also arrived dirty. Anyone who says you eat well is probably a sommelier of milk and biscuits but nothing more...

01/04/2024: Help these gentlemen, call antonino cannavacciulo,,, 1 April 2024 absurd, absurd, waiters at risk, we ordered baked crepes, a plating and a pitiful image, waiter who doesn't even know the numbers of the tables and was shouting in the room whose name was truly absurd dish....absolutely not recommended

28/08/2023: Very good!! One of the best pizzas and pizza dough I have ever eaten!! Very nice and cozy place, great variety of desserts, the pistachio cream and the delicious cheesecake!! The only bad thing is that soft drinks at €3.50 seem excessively expensive to me.

27/08/2023: I ate for dinner in this pizzeria serving typical food in the Aosta Valley. I was really impressed by the fondue served with croutons for dipping, very good. The second course I wanted to try the pork ribs with barbeque sauce (nothing special, specially on the menu for foreigners who want to go classic). the other people with me all had pizza which I must say met my expectations, very good. the place is very nice and there is both an internal and external space. I must say the service was quite slow but the waiters were very courteous and helpful.

03/03/2024: Sono stata in questo locale con la mia famiglia. Posto rustico con personale gentile e amichevole, con una buona selezione di pizze e ingredienti. Impasto eccellente! Forse la più buona pizza senza glutine mai assaggiata! Se andate ad Aosta passateci! Non ve ne pentirete.

29/01/2024: Pizzas deliciosas, la dueña es muy amable y atenta y totalmente seguro para celiacos. Tienen dos cocinas y el personal que manipula las pizzas com gluten no entra a la cocina sin gluten. Si hubiera mas locales como ellos los celíacos seríamos mas felices comiendo fuera de casa . Gracias! —— Le pizze sono buonisime, la propietaria é moltlo gentile e attenta. Hanno due cuchine separate per fare le pizze senza glutine a un posto ele pizze con glutine ad un altro. Molto sicuro pero gli celiaqui. Se in Spagna avrebbero più locali con questa securità noi gli celiaqui saremmo più felice a pranzo fuora da casa. Grazie
