25/12/2025: The pizza here is AMAZING. Service is great, great music and interior. If you arrive at lunch time, you may wait for a table for quite a bit, so either book or arrive in off-peak hours.

23/12/2025: This place is some of the best food on the Cervinia side of the mountain, with really great service, atmosphere and with a very fair price. A lot of the other places either are very expensive, or the portions are small, but pousset has giant pizzas starting at 9 euros for a margarita pizza and at most like 15 euros. Also a really recommend trying their tiramisu, it was some of the best dessert I've had.

22/03/2026: We called to order four pizzas for pickup after being told it was perfectly possible. After four calls, they finally answered and, without giving us a chance to speak, told us they were fully booked and hung up on us. What a lack of courtesy!

26/01/2026: We were extremely disappointed with the food at this restaurant. I ordered polenta concia, which initially turned out to be extremely bitter. Then, towards the end, I noticed that there were numerous melted cheese rinds inside (probably uncleaned rinds), making the dish so bitter that it was indigestible and even causing severe nausea. Serving the scraps as the main ingredient completely ruins the flavor and quality of the food. The other dish I ordered, a cotoletta alla valdostana, was, if anything, even more absurd: the breading consisted exclusively of ham and cheese, with no trace of meat whatsoever. Essentially, the cotoletta was missing the key ingredient. Finding scraps of cheese on one side and a complete absence of meat on the other is unacceptable. We won't be returning and we strongly advise against it for anyone looking for carefully prepared cuisine. It's a shame, because the staff and the restaurant are welcoming.

12/04/2026: We had an amazing experience here. The variety of pizzas is impressive, with options for every taste, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the dough was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The desserts were just as good especially the tiramisu and the flan, both rich, flavorful, and clearly homemade. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout the meal.

11/04/2026: Warning!!!!! Outrageous experience at Pizzeria du Tunnel. One pizza was okay, nothing special; the other was simply inedible: dry, tasteless, and with burnt mozzarella. I didn't even eat half of it. "Ingredient replacements" were charged as extras without any prior notice—a practice that is more than questionable. When I asked for a discount, the cook started shouting and refused to discuss anything. The result: the police intervened... to force us to pay anyway. Zero customer service, zero willingness to learn, and shockingly aggressive. Absolutely avoid this place.

22/02/2026: I was looking for a restaurant to eat traditional cuisine, but the ones I called were all full. I saw this one, which honestly didn't look very appealing from the outside... but then, when the food arrived, it literally hit me. Everything was really, really good. The cured meats and cheeses were delicious! The pasta lacked a bit of salt, but the food was fresh. Truly top-notch...

The Food: The real revelation was the guacamole: creamy, balanced, and honestly among the best I've ever had. The pizzas are also completely convincing: the crust has a unique texture, different from the classic Neapolitan or thin crust, but the overall flavor is excellent and the ingredients are quality. Ambience and Service: The atmosphere is welcoming, simple, and with a decidedly family-friendly feel that makes you feel at ease. One small logistical point: there are no coat hangers, which can be inconvenient, especially in the winter months. Note on Drinks: A sore point for beer lovers. The selection is very limited: only Moretti blonde beer is available on tap, and only 33cl bottles are available in bottles, with no options for those who prefer red or craft beers.
