22/08/2025: Excellent food, offering a wide range of dishes... first courses, second courses, side dishes, pizza... On Fridays, they also offer many fish dishes! Ideal for a delicious and quick lunch break... The staff is always extremely courteous and friendly, also ideal for takeout or home delivery. Truly exceptional!!!!! Francesco

03/11/2025: Yesterday we came by this pizzeria and we are really glad we did! Pizza was the best, really soft and crunchy, tasty and for a very good price. But the best was our server, a young man who was the nicest with our kids and dogs and by all means made a very good experience for us. 10/10 would recommend. :)

16/11/2025: Nice place, good pizza. The only downside was that we couldn't finish the fried food we ordered due to a miscommunication with the kitchen. As soon as the fried food arrived, the pizzas arrived, and since we were very busy, we had to send them back.

07/12/2025: I stopped by. The friendliness and hospitality are matched by a truly excellent selection of ingredients! Their dishes are different from the usual without taking away the taste and pleasure of eating! Excellent!

29/08/2025: I went to Non Vedo l'Ora with a friend, we just wanted a relaxed dinner and somehow it felt the right place. The food… I mean the pizza I got was hot, straight from oven, crust thin, edges crunchy but inside soft, like really soft, I liked that. Toppings tasted fresh, not heavy, not like those greasy ones you sometimes get. My friend had pasta with truffle, the smell hit the table before the plate, strong but in a good way, sauce creamy but not drowning the pasta, just enough. The place is easy to reach, close to the old streets, after we even walked a bit around, nice vibe outside. Inside it was warm and people were laughing, a bit noisy maybe but felt cozy, not disturbing. Prices hmm not cheap but for what we got it was fine, fair enough, I didn’t feel like paying too much. I think I would go back for another pizza, maybe even try dessert, I forgot to check the list this time.

23/08/2025: Among the best and most filling pizzas I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, slow-cooked, quality ingredients. If you're in the area, go there without delay.

09/12/2025: The managers, or whoever they represent, seem to be busy with too many things at once, forgetting that they have people in front of them who provide for their livelihood. Unfortunately, the rooms show obvious neglect: abandoned with no attention to maintenance, with dirty walls and silicone in need of replacement in that makeshift and outdated shower stall. Cleanliness was present, but it can't replace the need for proper maintenance. As for the pizza, don't call it pizza: it was more like an open-faced piadina.

22/11/2025: On our way back from a trip, we stopped at the first restaurant we saw on the map. We just ate there for lunch. The menu was typical of the area, excellent quality, generous portions, and average prices... I recommend it.

17/11/2025: The pizza was excellent, and even though it was busy, we managed to get a table for four, and the service was quick considering the number of customers. It was admittedly a bit loud, but we were still able to converse decently.

26/09/2025: I stopped by this place by chance and ordered a takeout pizza with prosciutto and mushrooms. The pizza was delicious, and the owner was friendly and smiling, a rarity...

19/08/2025: The owner's kindness and the value for money make this place an excellent choice for a quick meal without sacrificing quality. My wife and I ate two tasty and easily digestible sandwiches (with dough made by the owner, which varies daily), after choosing our ingredients. The price is reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. The service is almost entirely self-service, and there's a wide selection of bottled beers. The pizzas also looked delicious, made to order and beautifully presented. Maybe next time. A happy half hour in complete tranquility. Thank you!!!

26/11/2025: Excellent venue and service....the price is out of line for the area where the restaurant is located. €49.50 for half an appetizer (4 slices of cold cuts), a small, very fatty steak...and a 1/4 carafe of wine for two and some bread...seems excessive to me.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food. Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are beyond words, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. Friendliness, professionalism, kindness, this is what you will find when you enter this delightful place. A heartfelt thank you for everything, 🩵🙏🏾💙🫂

29/08/2025: I didn't stay or eat at this B&B, but I was delighted to taste the warm, freshly made ricotta and a truly fantastic cow's milk cheese, as well as the less mature but equally delicious sheep's milk cheese. Try it and believe it.

16/11/2025: Authentic, high-quality food, beautifully cooked. I could write a lot about the delicious food.... The staff is also fantastic, but you can't help but fall in love with the owner. He's passionate about his work and is very empathetic. We'll be back from Rome very soon.
