But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. 09/08/2025: We were made very welcome with our dog, and we had excellent burgers and truffle mozzarella! The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent!

10/06/2025: Visitata durante il Cammino dei Borghi Silenti. Premetto che entrando nel paese, e NON conoscendo il paese, ho incontrato per caso un bar, dove ho preso caffè e brioche e timbro credenziale, e poi ho proseguito. Dopo pochi metri incontro la vetrina di questa pasticceria che espone sulla porta d'ingresso l'adesivo ufficiale del Cammino, con scritto (solo) Timbro credenziale . Al che entro e chiedo per favore se potevano mettermi il timbro. La signora dietro il banco, alla presenza di altri clienti, mi risponde che dovevo prendere un caffè o un cappuccino x averlo. Sinceramente, avendo già fatto davvero pochi metri prima, le rispondo educatamente e sinceramente, che lo avevo preso pochi minuti prima appunto. La sua risposta è stata "spero sia stato buono". E così, me ne sono andata. Intanto mi informerò x sapere se è corretto esporre l' adesivo e poi richiedere consumazione obbligatoria, e poi si , il caffè e la brioche presi prima erano davvero buoni, ma nn mi pareva corretto farlo sapere ai suoi clienti che erano lì.

11/08/2025: Very tasty pizza. We always ordered at least 20 pizzas, and they were fresh, delicious, and all topped with the right toppings. Super tasty Italian pizza.

18/08/2025: The pizza is above average for pizzerias in Perugia. I went back for dinner on Saturday, and unfortunately they've started prioritizing takeout over in-person seating again, which I don't appreciate. Among the first courses served in the dining room, it took 40 minutes, and it went well. Others who arrived later waited longer, some even got up and left. Finally, half the sweet potatoes were burnt.

04/09/2025: Highly recommended for those who want to try some typical dishes, we chose the tourist menu, the first course was very good, we also really appreciated the appetizer where they put oil on the bread (in other places we noticed that it is not used), the second courses and cheeses were also good, the atmosphere is very familiar and welcoming, we were served by a very nice girl! The prices are very affordable! We thank all the staff, we had a great time! See you next time ❤️❤️

02/09/2025: I wasn't satisfied with anything. They even made a mistake in the calculation 🤦. Normally a first course should be at least 70 grams, if it was 40 it was for us, but I don't even think so.

13/07/2025: Atmosfera carina , cena impossibile tutto super salato e mano pesantissima in cucina L’unica cosa buona era la carne MA benché richiesta al sangue era di cottura più che media ….. Dopo il digiuno , ho mangiato solo una burratina mignon che faceva parte di un antipasto ( gazpacho) immangiabile per il sale e a seguire dei fiori di zucca serviti in un sarcofago di acqua e farina con dentro un ripieno affumicato forse scamorza che non ho praticamente toccato visto che anche l’insalata su cui erano adagiati era a base di sale , non ho osato chiedere il dolce per timore una ulteriore delusione e ho ripiegato sull anguria .

26/07/2025: Very poor service, extremely long waits both to order and to eat. They're especially slow in clearing away dishes and bringing new ones, at least in my case. We waited an hour for pizza. The appetizer and pizza were good, but I'd personally change the management.

28/08/2025: We discovered this gem during our vacation in Gubbio and were delighted. Even though we hadn't booked, they found us a table and served us very quickly. The pappardelle with wild boar was delicious, as were the gnocchi with tomato sauce. Our hotel also had a special deal, so we were also happy to get a good discount. The staff is young, and despite it being obvious they were new to the place, they were professional and very enthusiastic.

27/08/2025: A truly interesting restaurant in the historic center of Gubbio! The food was delicious, with traditional dishes, a charming location, excellent value, and a young, cheerful, and resourceful staff. I highly recommend it!

13/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo dopo una visita a Lugnano in Teverina. Ci mancavo dal 2018 quando ancora lavoravo ed uscivo dall’autostrada per mangiare carne alla griglia. Abbiamo preso un tagliere misto, salumi discreti ed una ciriola del Roscio con zucca e guanciale che era buona. La nota dolente è la bistecca alla brace. Mi è arrivata una carne senza nessun odore tipico della brace, avevo chiesto cottura media e mi aspettavo di trovare quelle”bruscature” dovute alla griglia. Niente dí simile, ho chiesto se fosse alla brace e mi hanno detto di sì. Ne ho assaggiato un po’ e lasciata facendo presente che non mi era piaciuta. Sono stati correttissimi a toglierla da conto e li ringrazio. Peccato però perché sono rimasto con il ricordo del 2018 .

24/07/2025: While visiting the beautiful upper part of Spoleto, this pizzeria was recommended to me for lunch...and I wasn't disappointed. My first contact with the waiter didn't seem the best, but then his kindness and obvious know-how changed my mind. What's more, he served me an excellent pizza, carefully sliced! The prices are fair, and overall, I'd recommend the place. 👍🏻

30/08/2025: Business lunch, great location even coming from SS77var, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, fair price. I stop by whenever I can.

18/08/2025: It was recommended to us for their traditional Umbrian cuisine and meats. The waiter, even though we hadn't booked and it was packed, found us a secluded table because we had a dog in tow. The first courses were good, but the beef steak is highly recommended.

09/09/2025: Takeaway pizza... vegetarian, truly excellent quality.

05/09/2025: I waited almost a day for it to pass, but I still think the same. You can't see the sunset: the terrace is across the road, there's a thick hedge in front, and an olive grove across the road. As for the service: we waited 18 minutes only to be told they'd take our orders when it was "our turn," serving several tables of people who arrived later first. The pizza was good, but it left us feeling down and the romantic evening ruined.
