Over the years, it hasn't lost a single point in terms of variety, cleanliness, and is also highly appreciated by Roman friends for its fantastic leavening. 10/10

Total disappointment, we won't be returning. We returned to this place on a Tuesday evening. Although the restaurant was almost empty, the experience was unfortunately very negative, marking a marked decline compared to previous visits. There were many problems: -Slow and inattentive service: It took an awful lot just to get the drinks, and then the pizzas. We weren't even offered bread, a small gesture that, with a small and visibly hungry child at the table, would have made a difference. -Poorly maintained and noisy atmosphere: Despite the low attendance, the atmosphere was anything but peaceful, especially due to the presence of some decidedly rude customers nearby. I also found the €2.50 cover charge excessive given the level of service in the dining room. -Declining quality: While I don't want to give the food a serious failing, the overall quality has declined. A negative note goes to the lactose-free pizza, where mozzarella was a mere mirage. -Disorganization at the checkout: Even the bill was chaotic, with a cashier visibly struggling with the payment systems, causing a mix-up between card and cash. *Gist of the story: The decline in service and customer service doesn't justify the prices. We won't be returning.
