18/03/2026: I hope it was just a bad day... I chose the restaurant based on the menu options I'd read on the website, but once I sat down, I was told three times that the dish wasn't available. In the end, disheartened, I had to settle for the usual Milanese cutlet. There was something "good" there, but it wasn't on the menu. The website is inviting, but it's a shame it's only in the photos, but I can say I'm still craving it.

03/07/2026: Warm and pleasant ambience with personable service. Food fared well: pork tomahawk was incredible - massive and also so tender and well-cooked. The pizzas also looked great although we didn’t have a chance to try any. And one of the few restaurants in San Martino that opens early for dinner (ie. 6pm).

11/05/2026: We dined at Ristorante Pizzeria Zalejada on May 9, 2026, and had a truly positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly. The waiter was extremely friendly and kind: open to a chat, but never intrusive. In fact, it was truly a pleasure to chat with him throughout the evening. We ordered the cheese dumplings with purple cabbage and melted butter, and the beef goulash with polenta, melted cheese, and mushrooms. Both dishes were delicious. The portions were perfectly balanced: they were just the right amount of filling, without weighing you down, and without the risk of leaving food on your plate. We also found the price more than adequate for the quality. For dessert, we chose the apple strudel, which was also simply delicious. We really appreciated the fact that it was served with whipped cream on the side. Another very positive detail was the chef's coming out to check on the evening: a simple gesture, but truly appreciated. The atmosphere has a slightly '80s feel, but for us it added a unique and pleasant touch to the dinner. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back as soon as we have the chance.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

06/01/2026: It was a real surprise for us. We dined at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. The ambiance is very distinctive, with extensive use of wood and various Indian paintings. The dishes were exquisite!!! The music was quite loud in the next room, but it didn't bother us, especially given the festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended! We'll be back!!!

06/07/2026: Italian Cycling Championships 2026, I took advantage of this bar-pizzeria (sitting at one of their tables, I think for 5 hours 😅) to enjoy the various passages of the cyclists on the circuit. 30/12/2025: One star because I can't live without it. One word. Terrible! A night at a friend's house, we're having a party, we're not going to a restaurant, it's close, let's go. Problem 1: Only large size, 4 or 8 slices, and oh well, there are six of us. Problem 2: They don't take reservations. It's a non-issue, it's a choice, and I agree with it. Problem 3: Very important. To make a pizza—I won't say fantastic, but at least good—it takes the same amount of time to make a terrible pizza. I strongly advise against it during busy times; perhaps, without so much pressure, something better will come out, but I doubt it. Bland and flavorless dough, tomato sauce that didn't arrive, mozzarella (spun curd) that separates from the casein. If you use low-quality products, a good pizza will never come out of the oven. Sorry, I don't usually write negative reviews. If I'd eaten there, I would have explained my situation directly. My advice: Avoid. Don't underestimate the price. Expensive for the quality.

25/04/2026: We stopped today for a break. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was a pile of used towels next to the sinks. We waited almost an hour before eating, and the food was awful. One of us ordered a pizza, and it tasted like chewing gum.

26/03/2026: Excellent pizzas, we always get takeout here, but it's a shame that today it went badly. We ordered two pizzas, one with sausage and gorgonzola, and one with raw buffalo mozzarella. On the phone, I was asked if I wanted the buffalo mozzarella after cooking, and I said yes. I received the wrong pizza with pesto and cherry tomatoes. I called to find out, and the very rude lady on the phone told me that I hadn't asked for the pizza with raw ham, and that I had made a mistake. Now, making mistakes is human, but maybe the lady could think twice and admit that the mistake was hers instead of rudely placing the blame on the customer... terrible service, a shame because the pizzas were good!

14/03/2026: Delicious pizza! I took it out to Porto, and the Tyrolean pizza was truly special! Crispy and thin, with excellent ingredients. Recommended.
