06/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel from December 31, 2025, to January 6, 2026. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are very simple, but spotlessly clean, and offer a beautiful view of the town and the mountains. The food was excellent: breakfast was good and plentiful; dinner was exceptional, varied, and prepared using top-quality ingredients, with careful attention to presentation. The service was also excellent! Special mention goes to Loni, the waiter in the dining room reserved for hotel guests, who was always helpful, welcoming, friendly, and pleasant, adding a touch of extra cheer to our dinners. The location is very central, in the town's main square. Absolutely not recommended. We'll be back!

02/08/2026: Im surprised that this Pizzeria has inly 3.9 stars.. we ordered two pizzas, gnocchi, carbonara, ravioli and lasagne.. everything was delicious and portions were really good size. Service was great as also interior decor makes it feel like you are eating in your Italian auntie’s house 😍 we were eating there 2 days in the row, only because we were staying here only for 2 days. Highly recommend to stop by and try food :)

27/05/2026: I dined at this restaurant on a business trip. They have two menus: Italian and Indian, and I chose the latter. I had the chicken curry with rice...not quite right, it didn't have an Indian flavor. I also had the garlic naan, but it was just garlic focaccia. I'm sorry, but the only Indian thing about the restaurant was the attentive and fast waitresses. The only decent thing was the pre-packaged nougat parfait.

23/04/2026: Overall, a disappointing experience. We ordered: strangolapreti (acceptable), Teroldego risotto (good), tagliata (beef steak), and two strudels with ice cream, as well as two 0.33 liter beers. Positive notes: The Teroldego risotto was well-made, creamy, and enjoyable; the strangolapreti were average. Concerns: The tagliata (beef steak) was tender but flavorless, lacking character. The two strudels with ice cream were the real downside: hard, lacking in flavor, and almost inedible (one was left half-eaten). Poor value for money: €79 for a meal that, aside from the risotto, didn't meet expectations. Suggestion: pay more attention to the quality and freshness of the desserts and more care in preparing the meat. I don't think we'll be back.

31/05/2026: Terrible service is an understatement. The waiter was extremely rude and annoyed. You'd say thank you for everything he brought, and he never responded. Communication methods need to be reconsidered. I also work with customers, and I know full well that it can sometimes be overwhelming, but if you don't like your job, you need to change. As for the food, I can say that the fish was very good, and the typical dish (tosella cheese, mushrooms, polenta, and sausage) was neither good nor bad. The wine selection was very limited, and what's more, the bottles of Trento DOC we ordered had clearly just been put in the fridge. This isn't done, especially considering we're in one of the most important wineries in Italy right now. The wine was served 20 minutes after it was ordered (both times). The side dishes were served with the appetizers, and the focaccia that was supposed to accompany the mixed seafood appetizer was brought to us a full 35 minutes after the appetizer was served. I hope this review will be taken as a starting point for improvement, given that Cavalese is a highly sought-after tourist destination and we're close to the start of the season.

30/05/2026: Clean atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, ample parking, excellent food, both meat and fish, even the pizza is noteworthy. We've been there with our families several times and will gladly return again.

12/08/2025: Just like when the two brothers ran the small stube in Fai della Paganella, nothing has changed; if anything, the location in this beautiful church square has improved. Fair prices, good food, and, above all, great service from the two owners.

24/07/2026: Restaurant review: Main courses were mediocre in taste – portion sizes could be improved – pizza wasn't particularly good either… Desserts were a complete disaster – from the crème brûlée (curdled) to the tiramisu (made with cream – any home cook could do better) – to the mousse au chocolat (far too firm, simply not a mousse). The service, however, was friendly! P.S. The best thing was the Willy…

21/07/2026: We were only guests at the outdoor restaurant. The food was good – the pizza was the best. Not typical South Tyrolean food, with a few exceptions; lots of pizza, but it was delicious. 😁 The waitstaff were very friendly, at least the male waitstaff. One woman there was very hectic, loud, and agitated, and she was berating the staff in front of other guests… so that wasn't so great. I know that they want to please everyone and things have to move quickly, but that made the evening rather unpleasant.

06/06/2026: Beautiful location on the lakeside, friendly but tired-looking staff, high prices compared to the quality and quantity... you can't pay €17 for a mixed salad made on the cheap, at this point it's better to get a pizza.

12/07/2026: A very pleasant place, Amedeo and Roberto make you feel at home. The pizza is excellent, even the gluten-free ones. We'll definitely be back.

10/07/2026: 15 minutes after they opened we arrived to be told they have no inside or outside tables available? Clearly several tables free both inside and outside. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff.
