I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Trentino-alto adige

20/06/2025: I can't rate the food, but I can rate the service and hospitality. I find it a complete disrespect when you call ahead to ask how long your meal will be served and the owner tells you 10:45 p.m. When we arrived for dinner at 10:15 p.m. on a Friday evening, we discovered that the restaurant was already closed and dark. When we asked why we'd been given the wrong information over the phone, all we got was a reproachful look from the owner, who asked us what we were doing coming by at that time. I'd just like to mention that according to Google, the restaurant is officially open until 11:30 p.m.

19/06/2025: One star because 0 is not possible. Pasta with ragù without ragù but with basil. When asked why there was basil in Pasta with ragù, the very kind lady said that they put it as an embellishment, huffing and walking away. Pre-cooked and overcooked pasta. We ordered spaghetti allo scoglio in bianco and they arrived with the sauce and the lady insisted on leaving us the red one. We refused and had it redone. The lady, almost when the dinner was over, welcomed 2 ladies telling them sit there when I have time I come with 4 tables in total occupied.

26/03/2025: Deciso a mangiare carne dopo averne provati diversi in valle eccoci al Fana!!. Il locale al piano interrato è intimo ben arredato in stile montagna e l atmosfera rilassante. Personale gentile e sorridente ma non invadente. Carta dei vini ampia scelto un ottimo cabernet riserva del 2022 prezzo coerente con quello che costa al dettaglio ricarico basso. (49 euro si trova a 30 euro on line). Trovo eccessivo 4 euro di coperto considerando quello che viene messo a tavola a l apparecchiatura.Prezzo da ristorante stellato che trovo esagerato. Come alto il prezzo di una bottiglia di acqua 5 euro. Per mio figlio maltagliati al ragù di bisonte veramente ottimi (prezzo cmq alto). Io e mia moglie due filetti alla griglia al sangue con verdure. La carne veramente ottima da rivedere l impiattamento il piatto era enorme e old style le verdure (patata zucchine e peperone) contate (costa poco metterne un paio in più.. ).prezzo ci può stare. Consiglio come.detto al cameriere di mettere subito coltelli da carne e non lasciare le posate iniziali alla fine il servizio plus se ne deve accorgere senza che il cliente chieda. Dolci eccezionali un tortino al cuore caldo di nocciola e un tiramisù perfetto. Chiudo con un Ruhm zacapa xo ecco qui 20 euro mi sembra veramente fuori mercato e troppo non lo pago nemmeno negli stellati. Insomma per me ha potenziale per fare meglio ma alcuni aspetti vanno rivisti.

16/03/2025: È valutato 3,5, ma merita un quattro su cinque. Carne ottima, ben cucinata, ambiente gradevole e staff corretto. Forse un pochino costosa la lista vini, e anche il prezzo a bicchiere ... Però devo riconoscere che il Lagrein in mescita era veramente ottimo.

31/07/2025: We had Feinschmeckerpizza, Bruschetta, wine, coffee … , came twice actually because of nice location (watching traffic). No issues. Prices are bit high due to typical tourist spot.

28/07/2025: A very touristy place. Prices are ridiculous; the pizza isn't great, but it's still acceptable, even though, I repeat, the price is completely absurd, as are the other dishes, all incredibly expensive. The service...never mind; there were four of us, and they forgot one order.

11/06/2025: I ordered 2 times at this place with to good to go, the first time they gave me a large amount of food but old, hard and inedible, the second time a few days ago, when I arrived at the place, despite my reservation it was closed. Very dirty environment I do not recommend and I will definitely not go back

14/03/2025: Ho preso un too good to go a in questo locale ma forse non hanno capito che il servizio serve a dare via il cibo buono avanzato, non a dare spazzatura ai clienti per farla buttare a loro. Inoltre il personale è scortese, non tornerò più, sconsiglio vivamente.

23/07/2025: 4 Kellner/innen lassen Ihre Kundschaft draußen im Gewitter stehen mit der Begründung „Wir bedienen nur draußen“. Unfreundlich und unflexibel… wir kommen nicht wieder

15/07/2025: Posto bello, servizio rapido cortese e attento, ma piatti scelti mediocri. Verdure grigliate grossolane e praticamente crude; strudel con mele crude. Forse è una caratteristica del ristorante? Prezzi piuttosto alti
