02/12/2025: I'm not giving 0 stars because in my case the owner of the property would fully deserve them for his initial behavior even before staying; I found the hotel through Booking but from experience if you contact him privately you usually get a discount, once I agreed on the price I took a look on Booking and noticed that the amount was lower, consequently I booked immediately and also paid in three installments with Klarna, immediately after I saw the reservation canceled by the owner of the property, I called him and asked for explanations, he told me that if I want to use Booking and Klarna he will not issue me the Guest Pass Trentino for free local transport ("blackmail"), having said that if it hadn't been for my wife I would have immediately changed property, immediately. I add that the mother, Mrs. Giuliana is a very good person, sunny, cheerful, polite as well as the very good and exquisite cuisine, I can't say the same about the room even if it was clean because it was always assigned to us by the owner "blind" without having any photos, and it was also different from the one I had chosen on Booking at the price reduced, I conclude for fairness that at checkout the owner gave us a discount (perhaps he had realized the bad behavior) he did not come to pick us up at the train stop (perhaps he has a short memory) but only accompanied us to the bus stop on the way back, in any case as far as we are concerned NEVER AGAIN FROM HIM!!!

01/03/2026: Well-located accommodation with a peculiar landlady – only conditionally recommended The accommodation is in a relatively quiet location in Unsere Frau am Sportzentrum (an ice skating rink in winter). In addition to the XL apartment, we had booked the S apartment for my sister. Unfortunately, our landlady wasn't very keen on guests; not only did she fail to show up for the key handover as agreed (she couldn't be reached by phone and had to be located with the help of some locals), but the apartments weren't very clean and were in a somewhat run-down condition (e.g., loose cupboard doors in the kitchen). Only the bathrooms appeared to be recently renovated. ... Despite the neighboring ice rink, we had restful, quiet evenings (the rink closes at 10:00 PM) – except for the last evening. According to the sign, the pizzeria below the apartments closes at 10:00 PM, but on that Friday, loud music played much later. When we asked our landlady (around 11:30 PM) what time we could go to sleep, she brushed us off, saying she couldn't answer that because her license only allowed her to stay open until 3:00 AM. Luckily, it was our last night there, and we certainly won't be repeating it. (3 stars for location, layout, view, and quiet from Saturday to Thursday.)

01/03/2026: The accommodation is in a beautiful location, and the apartments (S and XL) are well laid out, but they are very noisy. We liked the pizzeria. Unfortunately, the apartments were not clean. The landlady was nice, but unfortunately unreliable. Despite prior arrangements, we had to wait more than two hours upon arrival and were only able to get in touch with her through staff at the valley station. Those seeking peace and quiet might have problems with the noise level in the evenings and at night. Contrary to the stated opening hours, the pizzeria is sometimes open until after midnight, and there are loud parties going on.

07/11/2025: One of the few traditional restaurants left in Eppan, without any pretension. From the workers' menu to the regular menu, there's something for everyone. The pizza is exactly how a pizza should be: thin crust and plenty of toppings. Excellent value for money. If you want a thick crust, look for a "Pizza al taglio." Of course, the service is also praised. Cheers!

17/08/2025: We arrived on the evening of August 9th around 9 pm. The place wasn't busy, and many people had already finished dinner. When we asked for a table for four to each get a pizza, we were told they were full and waiting for a table for 20. They didn't even have takeout. So we left. Unfortunately, when we came back, the table for 20 wasn't available. Terrible service in a place that thrives on tourism.

28/02/2026: We went with friends to "Festival Pizza." The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were nice, right up until they had to serve us. We thought we were going to have real Italian pizza, and good pizza. As it turned out, it wasn't real Festival Pizza. We got a flat pizza like a tortilla, not resembling Italian pizza at all (and we've eaten at many restaurants in various parts of Italy, and this pizza was completely out of place in that country). The pizza had a pitifully small amount of ingredients. One black olive per slice, one small pepperoni per slice. The waitresses kept asking if we wanted more pizza. When we said yes, we got the impression they were unhappy that we wanted more. It's no wonder we wanted more, since the pizza was thin, with practically no toppings; we were simply hungry all the time. It was practically just crust, and thin as a tortilla. The only thing about a 4x cheese pizza was that it had more ingredients; we were stuffed with cheese. 😅. We ate pizza at another restaurant in the same town, and by comparison, the diavola here was terribly bland, pathetic, while the other one was packed with ingredients and had fluffy dough. At the end, we were told we were "eating too much." Which was completely unprofessional... How can you say that to customers? It discourages them from coming back. We felt like inferior customers, second-class in every way. When other customers came in, the waitresses immediately offered olives, and we had to ask for them. In other restaurants, they always offer us olives from olives. We felt like you were doing this to save money on us. If we had known it would be like this in terms of food and service, we wouldn't have come to the Pizza Festival...

03/04/2026: The pizza was very, very good!!! Both the dough and the toppings were excellent. The place is simple and informal, and the service is good.

10/04/2026: After serving the dishes, the ordering lady noticed that a trio of dumplings had been served instead of the spaetzle with speck. Politely, I kept the dish and didn't ask for it to be changed. Unfortunately, the bill was charged for the spaetzle, which cost a full €5.60 more than the dumplings. A ploy to scrape together a few euros that doesn't pay off.

09/04/2026: A restaurant serving traditional dishes, everything was carefully prepared and of high quality. The service was also excellent and fast.

28/12/2025: I went for pizza with friends on December 27th and found the place cold (inside temperature) with a draft due to the doors being left open. The pizzas got cold quickly and weren't great. The staff was annoyed after we refused to ask if we wanted anything else. We didn't even have time to get up before they came to clean the table while we were putting on our jackets.
