30/11/2025: Ordered two Baileys coffees, paid €5.40. Okay, I'm not arguing with the price, but I'm arguing with the fact that the addition didn't match the requested product. When asked if the original was used, the answer was yes. Now the question that comes to mind is, with pizzeria products, if they lose out for a few cents on such a poor product, what do they use? Obviously, it was obvious it wasn't the original product. It's a shame because it seems like a nice place.

28/11/2025: We have been working in the place for about 4 weeks, and will be there for another week. The food is good, the prices are reasonable. And the payment terminal sometimes doesn't work, now for about 3 days after the snowstorm. You can go to the ATM and it's no problem. Only idiots complain. Otherwise, a wonderful place, quiet - 1 road, what more at about 1300 m above sea level.

13/10/2025: It's not the place for a fancy dinner or a quick date, but it does its job perfectly. The pizza is good, fairly cheap, and the service is quick and unfussy. One of the few places where desserts aren't as expensive as a first course: €5 for a tiramisu. If I ever return to the Bolzano area, I know where I'll stop for a hearty lunch or dinner.

11/07/2025: The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We got a table outside right away without a reservation.

24/06/2025: We were out on a rainy evening in Merano and decided to go to Pizzeria Beatrice. There were only six other guests in the restaurant besides us. Furthermore, several obviously staff members were sitting at one table. The ambiance seemed very dated. The menu was only served upon request. The pizza and drinks arrived promptly. The quality of the pizza was, to say the least, subpar compared to other pizzerias in Merano. The dough was tasteless and so thin and moist in the middle that it was almost impossible to cut. The toppings included canned mushrooms. The Veneziano (Aperol Spritz) was served in a 0.2l red wine glass, which puts the asking price into perspective. We cannot recommend Pizzeria Beatrice to anyone.

29/09/2025: I was only here to grab some food. The pizzas were good in my opinion, and the staff was really friendly. There are definitely enough dining areas in the restaurant. Finding a parking spot was challenging around eight in the evening. Tip! If you don’t feel like sitting at the table waiting for your food, ask the waiter if you can take a look at the restaurant’s second and third floors. You’ll be surprised at how beautiful it is there! It feels almost like a time jump into the past.

23/07/2025: Lo staff era gentile ed efficiente, l'atmosfera era accogliente, il cibo ottimo...e poi che dire, abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta musicale (Fleetwood Mac, Tears For Tears, The Cure e molti altri). Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

21/07/2025: Ora, la pizza era molto buona, il servizio gentile e veloce ma francamente sono stanco di pagare € 3 per 800ml di acqua filtrata. Questo non va proprio bene. Per un locale di questo livello, o acqua in bottiglia a pagamento oppure opzione filtrata gratis.

18/10/2025: We had an overnight stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Because of our dog, we had breakfast outside the dining room. Unfortunately, it was a bit uncomfortable. But we managed it ourselves as best we could. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Nice room and friendly service.

14/12/2025: Fantastic restaurant, especially for the atmosphere created by the waiters. Natale was certainly the person who made the service truly pleasant. The food was also flawless, with interesting dishes that reflect the typical local cuisine. The prices are affordable (mostly for a table of 14 people, managed by the book, we all had appetizers and main courses, dessert, and coffee, with beer and wine). We spent about €30 each. Even if I had to look for them, I couldn't find any flaws in our experience at this restaurant. If we have the chance, we'll be back!

07/12/2025: Very good and super friendly staff and very fast service

21/11/2025: Our room was on an upper floor and had a view of the lake as well as a small French balcony, large enough to stand on. The hotel was booked by our tour operator for our entire group; we were staying there for an overnight stop. The service was impeccable, and the room was in line with the 3-star category. We would even give it the "S" for Superior, as the furnishings certainly lived up to that standard. The room was clean and of a high quality. Dinner was very good, and breakfast was typical Italian fare, but we were already aware of that. One thing we did notice, however, was that since our room overlooked the lake and the courtyard, it might be advisable to close the windows during the warmer months, as some people aren't always so considerate of their behavior (noise disturbance).

12/11/2025: The food is delicious. The wines are delicious, and the service is fantastic; everyone is incredibly friendly. The waiters remember their customers and know what they need on their next visit. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

03/10/2025: Terrible experience, both for the pizza and the service. We spent €45 for a supposedly "gourmet pizza" that was anything but gourmet: shallow crusts, small size, and it even arrived creased. We had ordered very clearly over the phone, specifying both the name and the pizza number (as we had done in the past), but after several calls, we were told they couldn't prepare a takeout pizza with all the ingredients. So why put it on the menu? In the end, the pizza arrived incomplete. Furthermore, instead of understanding that "pizza number" meant the menu code, they thought it was the quantity. Absurd. Upon delivery, another problem: we were told we couldn't pay by card, when we had already done so in the past. The result? Having to withdraw cash at the last minute. Mediocre pizza, confusing and unprofessional service, zero transparency. Extremely high and unjustified prices. Never again.

09/08/2025: I've known it for years, it's been a while since I went to get pizza 🍕 and it's still very good, excellent service and friendly staff.

10/09/2025: We stopped for lunch. The food wasn't exceptional, but it was good value for money. They cater to workers and charge you based on the outfit you're wearing.

14/12/2025: I don't want to discuss the quality but the indecent service, waiting times at the tables are too long...you can't wait that long to serve a pizza...you only see takeaway pizzas coming out and empty tables...no attention for customers...I don't recommend it and I will never go there again

26/11/2025: Pizzeria Celeste has become a trusted name: excellent pizza, equally delicious traditional dishes, and Cristina is always kind and helpful. My boyfriend, my friends, and I have become regular customers. Highly recommended!
