25/07/2026: Regular customer for years, very good food, both pizza (I recommend the Rolex) and hamburgers and desserts, the owners are kind and welcoming

05/07/2026: We're not there yet. I've always enjoyed my stay here, but last night was a disaster. No one greeted us upon arrival; waiters walked by without a good evening or any information. After a 15-minute wait, they asked if we had a reservation, and after another 10, they showed us a table. Unfortunately, they obviously sat us at a makeshift table, in the middle of a step, and it was quite uncomfortable. The light above the table was infested with flies; the manager tried to find a solution by turning off the light and installing a mosquito coil. We began taking our order, but suddenly (despite having asked beforehand) a table seemed to become available, and they moved us. There were three free tables next to us, which suggests they were there before, and it's absurd that the move hadn't been considered beforehand. Everything arrived, except the drinks after the prosecco we ordered. We asked for them to be brought to us. Considering that we had a reservation at 9:30 PM, we dined at 10:15 PM. No complaints about the food, it was delicious. The service was inattentive, rushed, and indifferent to the customer. So much so that, at €32 per person, we weren't even given a symbolic €2 discount, but were simply asked the usual automatic question, "Is everything okay?" This would have been a kindness that would have made up for the evening's problems, caused by having our table in a makeshift space (given the restaurant was full). Customer service is another matter entirely. In the end, everyone pays the same.

05/07/2026: If you want to eat excellent pizza (and more), this is the place to go. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. I don't think you could ask for more.

27/06/2026: Excellent food. I ordered the fried shrimp with sauces and a really good fried dish. The fried shrimp, not to be underestimated, had their innards cleaned, something you rarely see, perhaps not even in seafood restaurants. My girlfriend ordered the white pizza with bacon and potatoes, and it was thin and well-topped.

03/06/2026: We don't usually write reviews. I'll start by saying that we moved here to Poggio a Caino in November 2025, and from November until today, June 2026, we've shown up at least once a week, ordering two pizzas for takeout or eating in. We can say we're two regular customers here, hands down. We've always been with our dog, a boxer, and anyone who knows the breed knows how good and affectionate they are. Tonight, as always, we showed up at the register, where we were shocked to be informed that our dog will now need a muzzle to be in the restaurant. - A rather inappropriate request, especially considering the countless times our dog has been in the restaurant, without EVER creating any problems with people or dogs, especially after 7 months of frequenting it. We were often not alone; we sponsored and frequented the restaurant with family and friends. Not long ago, we received a higher bill than we should have, obviously by mistake, but we let it slide, because mistakes happen. Then you started shoving us to the edge of the room, squeezed into a corner, understandable if questionable. But this latest move just can't stand it. You've lost two regular customers, with their families, and in all honesty, we're very sorry. Your request to muzzle our dog is more than legitimate, as is our comment on this decidedly unpleasant incident. We used to walk to your restaurant, but we'll definitely find a place where our dog isn't a problem, since he's part of our family.

14/06/2026: What a discovery!!! The food is excellent, the choice and quality are excellent, and the staff is like the old ones, we felt at home and we ate very well... It will be a new habit for us to treat ourselves 💓

03/06/2026: I've eaten there at least 50 times and I can say everything is fantastic. Delicious thin-crust pizzas, The restaurant is also excellent. Very low prices compared to the competition. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything perfect.

21/06/2026: A positive note is the outdoor plaza where you can dine peacefully with friends and perhaps enjoy a bit of fresh air. The nights were rough, the organization was top-notch; don't you dare order starters and pizzas that would require you to finish dinner after three hours. They can't handle the orders. I understand they're volunteers, but it takes a bit of organization. The quality/price ratio is very good, however. The pizza is edible.

21/04/2026: For years now, this has been my go-to place for takeout pizza. The dough is fabulous and easy to digest (the specialty doughs are extraordinary), thin and crispy, and delicious. The takeout service is excellent...always on time, even with the limited space available for Saturday reservations. The app you download to your phone allows you to manage your order and customize your pizza. Daniele is quick, attentive, and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. I highly recommend it.

19/07/2026: The pizza was delicious, but the tap water was undrinkable, coming in glass bottles with limescale marks. Also, be aware that the appetizer, while very good, couldn't be described as such given the small quantities.

23/07/2026: The place is called "Mangia," but if you're really hungry or want to spend a pleasant evening and feel pampered, I recommend you try elsewhere. Reservations were made at 8:00 PM for a table for two. We sat down five minutes early and immediately ordered: two appetizers, two first courses, and a glass of rosé to celebrate an anniversary. The start was promising, but the management much less so. The appetizers arrived at 8:30 PM: a vegetable flan (structurally a ready-made tart) and a seafood salad made with frozen ingredients. There's nothing wrong with the frozen food itself, let's be clear; however, if I'm being charged €16, fairness and professional transparency would dictate that the presence of frozen/chilled products be marked with an appropriate asterisk on the menu, to allow customers to make an informed choice. The real masterpiece of management comes with the wait for the first courses. At 9:00 PM (with tables arriving well after us, already at the cafe), our dishes are still missing. We politely ask the waitress (the only one desperately running back and forth trying to mend our ways in a room clearly in complete chaos) for an update. Upon returning from the kitchen, she assures us that "they're plating up." Evidently, the plating required engineering precision, two stamps from the superintendency, and the approval of the scientific committee, since at 9:25 PM (after almost an hour and a half since our arrival and with stomachs still desolately empty) we decided to get up and go straight to the cashier to settle the dispute. Management's response? A quick and perfunctory "we hope to do better next time" and a €38 bill hammered down to the last cent. Not even the symbolic and purely commercial gesture of offering water to apologize for the inconvenience. The final feeling was that we weren't considered customers, but rather "encumbrances" to be managed and disposed of as quickly as possible to ease the pressure on the kitchen. Given the high-end restaurant prices, one would expect the bill to include top-notch service. A definite no-no.

03/04/2026: An honest pizzeria... The restaurant menu is very limited with reasonably good dishes, while the pizza is thin and crispy, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The cleanliness is noteworthy, and the prices are fair.
