22/03/2026: Pizzeria opened in 2006 in the historic center of Vaiano, just steps from the Pieve church. It serves various types of pizza (by the slice and round) in a variety of flavors and has outdoor seating.
Very friendly management: sisters Barbara and Cristiana, along with young Giulia, offer a smile, while maintaining quality and hygiene first and foremost!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The owner, ILARIA, has a rare sensitivity; she immediately notices when something isn't right and does everything she can to meet her customers' needs with kindness, attention, and great professionalism.
Nowadays, it's hard to find people who put so much heart into their work and their relationships with those who enter the place.
My sincere compliments for the attention to detail, the kindness, and the hospitality.
I really wanted to leave this review to especially thank the owner for her kindness and attention.

19/05/2026: Great for lunch if you want to sit down and be served comfortably in a beautiful setting. Delicious food, and a great idea are the various menus, which include either a small trio of first courses, second courses, and side dishes, or pizza, salad, or burger and fries, plus water and coffee at a fixed price (from 10 to 14 euros).
17/05/2026: Very nice and welcoming location, the staff and the kitchen a little less so... Rude and disrespectful manager and some waiters not up to the job... the girls at the tables were very nice and competent. I had a fish dish that tasted like anything but fish, mediocre pizzas... in short, a restaurant that could do a lot more. Our table was left uncleared with the courses finished, almost the entire evening. If I had to recommend it, I would say no. Dissatisfied.

20/10/2025: I eat there often, practically every week. Haha. Anyway, the food is excellent, it's a shame about the limited choice of ingredients for the piadina/sandwich. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the environment is also spotless, everything is clean and beautiful! I absolutely recommend it. :)
20/09/2025: Large portions with plenty of meat. Well seasoned. The kebab pita bread is thick, which spoils the flavor. Too few vegetables and too many onions. The kebab pizza is great, the lahmacun is great. Overall, I recommend it!

If you want Italy please stop by 8 Lanterne Blu. If you are american who has Italian ancestors, I cannot stress enough to come here. Great pizza and good times.
