Having a good gluten-free dough is not a given, given the issue of "pre-made biscuit dough" that many restaurants use, taking advantage of it and overfilling the pizza with the excuse, "Oh, but it's gluten-free." Well done to the entire team, both in the kitchen and in the dining room (the staff are always present, fast, and helpful). The pizza menu is very extensive, but this doesn't affect the quality of the ingredients used. Excellent price. Good as it is.
