18/08/2026: The dishes were good, but the portions were barely adequate. There were only five black Culurgiones: I understand that they may have weighed over 100 grams of pasta, but they look very small. The fregola dish was barely adequate in portion, but the flavor was good.

18/08/2026: I'm giving it 2 stars only because we ate on the street under two plastic sheets and it was terribly hot. Otherwise, the food was delicious, even if the portions were small, and everything was ok.

14/08/2026: I strongly advise against going there!! The service is nonexistent; some servers are just going through the motions, pretending not to have seen you! A long wait for very little. We paid a lot for low-quality food!!

13/08/2026: Spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood) without shrimp, yes, just the shrimp shells. Then served on a plate with aluminum foil. When I asked why there were no shrimp, he replied, "Yes, there are, but chopped!" I didn't like the pasta allo scoglio. The shrimp are served whole.

29/11/2025: It's 2025, and there are still places that don't allow split payments via POS. The staff is rude and inattentive to diners' requests. Service is extremely slow. They don't allow appetizer orders on Saturdays. The only positive note is the spectacular pizza!

30/03/2026: I went to Su Metiagu on Saturday, March 28th. I had a pizza from a non-profit organization. I ordered a 4 Stagioni: there were no artichokes, but instead 8 black olives, a bit of ham, a few mushrooms, and instead of artichokes, 6 pieces of dried sausage (€12). The pizza was terrible; it made me feel thirsty and had indigestion. Avoid.

04/05/2026: Tested for lunch: the restaurant has been under new management for a few years. Parking is simple, but private, and I recommend using it. The dining room is medium-sized; the new management has made the interior much more pleasant than before. The cuisine is classic: fairly generous portions, top-quality ingredients, and excellent preparation. Prices are normal for beach restaurants like this, so higher than the city average. The staff is attentive and efficient. It's a shame there's no outdoor space; it would have been fantastic. I'd go back.

A moment shared as a couple, delicious food, and above all, the owner's kindness and straightforward manner (and his myrtle tea!!!)... which made for a superb experience.... 21/07/2026: I've been to Muflone ​​and had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere is simple, familiar, and welcoming—the kind of place where you feel right at home. The pizza is excellent, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients, while the portions are generous. The value for money is also excellent; it's hard to ask for more. Special thanks to Daniela, always kind, smiling, and very helpful, who helps make the experience even more enjoyable. Service is timed to the kitchen, but the wait is worth it with carefully prepared dishes. I especially recommend it to workers looking for a place to have a good lunch break: the food is good, the portions are generous, the prices are fair, and there's an authentic, family atmosphere. A place worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!

25/08/2026: They told us the pizza would arrive in twenty minutes. We waited 15 minutes for water and an hour for the pizzas! When they finally arrived, both were burnt; one tasted acceptable, but the other was missing one of three ingredients, and they didn't even let us know. When we asked, they told us they'd run out of basil. Last but not least: we were served after their Sardinian friends who arrived after us.

17/08/2026: They refused to serve us, claiming they were out of mozzarella, but people came in for dinner before and after us. Shameful.

23/07/2026: Tippy top notch thin crust pizza, traditionally cooked to perfection with quality ingredients. A must try if you haven't yet. Service was even more friendly than I am used to- and that says alot. I will be back!
