14/09/2025: All good, but the service was what ruined the evening, because I didn't like it; more precisely, the service itself was actually okay. So? So I felt that unwelcoming atmosphere, geared toward "finish early and leave," meaning it gave you the time strictly necessary for a business-style meal. You wait for your dish, you eat it, you finish, and then you run off to work... not the desire to spend a pleasant evening... with friends, a chat... then maybe while talking, you get something else... it was experienced as a token-operated restaurant, like a carousel: ring the bell, get another token, or get off. What happened was, we put down our fork because our plate was finished, and the waiter came forward, saying, "All right, get something else." This meant, at least for us at the table, "Your time's up." Obviously, there was no line at the entrance, and there were other empty tables in the dining room. They obviously weren't waiting for us to close. More specifically, on the customer side, all those precautions meant to indicate that if we need to eat, maybe we'll have something afterwards, a coffee, a liqueur, or, well, we'll see... before leaving, we must avoid lingering in the dining room and being the last ones, we must avoid... In short, we were treated well enough to leave the restaurant. When it was still 22:45, we arrived at 21:00. The time left is understood to mean waiting for your plate and eating, then... The appetizers are many, rich and well thought out: a real journey between hot and marinated. We fell in love with the grilled cuttlefish, very tender and the fresh and tasty seafood salad offered as a second course. The first courses? Generous and tasty: large portions, balanced condiments and quality fish. I will definitely be back.

08/09/2025: Very good food and excellent quality, excellent value for money, clean and comfortable interior, and in the summer, the outdoor seating area under the pine trees is very charming and pretty. Service is fairly quick, although sometimes people arrive at the same time, making the service unmanageable. Overall, it's good. A customer for years and years, always satisfied.

16/09/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and well-maintained. It's worth coming here for the pan pizza: a feature not found in all pizzerias in Taranto. I recommend trying it. Unfortunately, the last time I visited, the pizza was a little undercooked near the base and center, but nothing that can't be fixed by asking the super-friendly and helpful staff.

21/08/2025: We visited this charming little restaurant in the historic center of Mottola last night. We were greeted and served by a very friendly and helpful waiter, Vito. The location is truly charming, nestled outside among the historic houses of the historic center, surrounded by fairy lights and flowers that created a dreamy summer atmosphere. It was a very relaxing place, except for one woman at one table who continued to smoke while sitting down, even though she noticed that other diners were having dinner. (Guests should be instructed to move away from the dining area, even if it's outdoors, to smoke.) We ordered three beef tagliata (sliced ​​steaks) with a side of parmesan cheese, arugula, and spectacular cherry tomatoes; a perfect ortolana pizza with fresh seasonal vegetables grilled to perfection; crispy and flavorful fries, most importantly, not greasy or burnt like other places; water; and "Amabile" wine, recommended by the charming Vito. We had a wonderful evening.

05/09/2025: We went to "Casa Noscia" with the intention of eating proper grilled meat, and our expectations were exceeded. The experience begins at the counter, where you can choose the freshest cuts of meat. We ordered a mixed platter and were delighted: the bombette were juicy, bursting with flavor, and with a savory filling that melted in your mouth. One led to another. Honorable mention goes to the liver rolls (gnummareddi), with an intense and authentic flavor, for true lovers of tradition. The local sausage is also excellent, cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service is informal and friendly, and the atmosphere is typical of a local grill house. If you're looking for authentic Apulian flavors cooked over the grill, this is the place to be.

16/06/2025: Impeccable service. Staff very kind to the customer. EXCELLENT food. From pizza, to first courses, second courses and fried food. A dish to try ABSOLUTELY are the ORECCHIETTE with GULASCH. Truly EXCELLENT. The meat is sweet in the mouth. Also excellent is the 🍕 with GULASCH and the panzerotti (both fried and baked), with GULASCH.

06/09/2025: Terrible experience with reservations. One time we arrived and the restaurant was packed, several people skipped the line until we finally gave up and went to another restaurant. This time I booked online, but when I arrived they told me they didn't have a reservation in my name and that, if I wanted, they could give me a table at 11:00 PM. In short, they gave my reservation to someone else. Except for that one time when someone went to pay the bill in advance and paid the full amount without the rest of the family knowing, and when it was time to leave they charged me an extra 100 euros.
