09/01/2026: An almost magical experience: I ordered four panzerotti (three baked and one fried), but when it came time to pack them up, the trick of disappearing happened. Despite expressing doubts about the quantity, the employee reassured me with a firmness and arrogance worthy of a better cause: "There are four, don't worry." The result? When I got home, I had three panzerotti. A word of advice to the management: before investing in new recipes, invest in an abacus or a crash course in basic arithmetic. Knowing how to count to four would be a great starting point for avoiding similar mistakes.

07/09/2025: The pizza cost nine euros, and as you can see from the photo, there's only one sliced ​​sausage, and the zucchini looks mediocre. Beyond that, I'd like to point out that the ordering service was very rushed, I might even say rude on the part of one of the girls. This is definitely one of the factors that will make me stop buying from you. The phone call was meaningless, to say the least, because she was rushing me by saying there were other people calling. 29/12/2025: I ordered takeout pizzas. The only strange thing I've noticed among various takeout pizzerias in Taranto is the custom of charging the customer when they order. I don't know, but in my area, people usually pay upon delivery and not beforehand, but it's probably a local practice. Aside from that, which I consider an anomaly, I can absolutely recommend the pizzeria because the pizza I ate was truly excellent.

07/09/2025: Biblical wait times. Inexperienced and slow staff, except for Cosimo, a young man who tried his best to fix everything. Perfect for outings with children, with a play area for them (ages 3 to 15). The puccia al metro is delicious, but the pizza al metro could be improved. I recommend increasing the staff and finding someone with a little more experience.

The topping, although of high quality, could have been a little more substantial. The setting is basic. However, the staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly. 18/08/2025: I used to frequent this place often and considered it one of my favorites, but unfortunately, my last experience was truly disappointing. As soon as we sat down, the waitress offered us the set menu, explicitly stating that it included beer. Unfortunately, when we received the bill, we were told otherwise. When asked for an explanation, the cashier—visibly annoyed—pointed to a notice on the wall, urging us to read it. A very rude response, especially considering the initial confusion. The pizzas then arrived with the toppings mixed up, and despite the waitress's good intentions, there was considerable disorganization. Furthermore, items that were unavailable were not immediately communicated to us: the waitress had to return to the table several times to inform us, creating further confusion. It's a real shame to see a place with so much potential go downhill due to a lack of clarity, organization, and courtesy.

09/11/2025: Terrible service, extremely rude. Every time I come in and order something, and a random customer comes in and places another order, they let them go ahead as if I wasn't there. For a portion of fries, you have to wait hours. Not to mention the excessive price, €7 for a portion of fries. After years, they still don't know how to treat customers. If they closed down, it would be better for the whole world.

27/09/2025: Outrageous.... we just went there, first and last time. In addition to drinks, we ordered a portion of fries, a portion of croquettes, a mini margherita, and two margheritas, one with cooked ham and one with prosciutto. We were traveling with a child. The fries and croquettes arrived after almost two hours, and the pizzas after about twenty minutes. An exorbitant wait, despite there being only about ten people at the tables. Bill: €40, which is also very overpriced. Not recommended.

05/02/2026: We stopped for a good pizza, but alas... We were seated in an uncomfortable area because it was cold. Unfortunately, when the pizzas arrived, we were also disappointed by the food, as four out of eight pizzas were burned from the bottom, I believe due to the dirty oven floor. Even though they remade the pizzas, the fact remains that every dish needs to be checked before being served. A terrible experience.

19/01/2026: In order of events. - Table booked at 10 PM, we sat down at 10:45 PM - 10/15 minutes to have the table cleared even though we were seated, waiting for menus, waiting for water, waiting for beer. - We ordered different flavors of fries, even though one arrived hot. From the first to the last, they arrived completely cold. - The pizzas arrived and the magic happened. Besides the size of a wedding ring, mine and those of two of my friends were completely raw. My friends ate it anyway, but I had it remade since it was inedible. The pizza was brought back to me directly by the pizza chef, without realizing that it was even rawer than before 🤣. - An almost biblical mystical experience

01/01/2026: Terrible service. Delivery time: 9:35 PM. They're marking Just Eat as having delivered the order, when that's not true. I call the restaurant at 9:50 PM, and they tell me the delivery driver had just left, and that they'll mark Just Eat as delivering the order when the delivery driver leaves. At 10:15 PM, nothing has arrived yet. I call the restaurant, and they tell me they made a mistake and that the pizzas are in the oven. Terrible service, and it's a scam to report to Just Eat that the delivery was made when the pizzas haven't even been made by the pizza chef.
