19/01/2026: Despite the good quality of the products, the service from one of the employees was extremely derogatory and made my mother and I very uncomfortable. We had ordered pizzas, and when we went to pick them up, despite our reservation, she apologized to everyone because we "walked past," making us look terrible and intimidating for no apparent reason. While we were satisfied with the pizzas, after such treatment, we can't expect to return.
27/12/2025: Excellent selection of products, both fresh and packaged. Very good artisanal products.

24/02/2026: Never again, we waited three hours for a pizza that was also very chewy. If you have only one pizza chef with many seats and takeaway, don't even open.
07/02/2026: The place is large but spartan, and chaos reigns. If you're considering making a reservation on a Saturday night, cross yourself: the pizzas arrive after about an hour and a half. It might even be worth it, except that the dough is literally concrete, stringy, and hard to digest.
The staff is also brilliant in advising against pizza during peak hours, suggesting "faster" dishes. Too bad that, following their advice, I still received my alternative dish half an hour later. A completely pointless discussion. Takeout and table service are incompatible if the wait becomes biblical and unnerving, especially considering the prices are not at all low, despite the location being on the outskirts.

25/10/2025: This is the first time I've given only one star. I asked for a buffalo mozzarella, but I received a dull Margherita with very little mozzarella (definitely not buffalo mozzarella!) and a creamy sauce that tasted like whipped cream. A total disappointment!

01/11/2025: We went here for seafood. Once we arrived, the lady listed the various options without giving us a paper menu, so the price was completely surprising... The three of us spent €130 for three seafood appetizers and three seafood pasta dishes. The seafood was good, but the fried cod in the appetizer was still frozen.
07/09/2025: We were at Chiatona in the open air, the service was impeccable, with a simple trailer transformed into a mini pizzeria, fantastic, with the lady, the wife of Mr. Tagariello, really good, very friendly, and we will return, to Massafra

29/12/2025: The owners work incredibly hard, moving incredibly fast, but the volume of orders was so high that from 9:15 PM, the time indicated for takeout, I got my pizzas after a 45-minute wait at 10:00 PM. The pizzas are delicious, so the wait is completely forgiven. It was probably because it was Saturday, but perhaps they need a second helping of hands on certain days.
21/10/2025: Exceptional pizza, the most digestible I've ever eaten, tasty with very fresh, quality ingredients, and the price is really fair compared to what's available in the city. Top notch in my opinion!!! Congratulations!

06/01/2026: A homey place that immediately makes you feel at home. I counted 13 appetizers, but there were probably more. A wide variety of hot and cold options, fish, meat, and vegetables. All excellent quality! Among the highlights, a selection of mixed roasts, expertly cooked by the owner, stands out. Excellent pizza, too! The price is below the quality and quantity served!
