15/03/2026: What can I say about this place? Simply fantastic!! I went there on Saturday 7th March with my wife as usual since it is not the first time I have had the pleasure of eating in this place we had a great time both with the location and the food. I returned after a week on Saturday 14th March with my brothers-in-law at a table for 8 in the pink room, a very quiet room. We opted for the 8 fixed menu for €18.50 per person which includes many appetizers, a plate of cured meats and cheeses, gourmet crocetta, goulash, meatballs with sauce, peppers with pine nuts and much more. Then pizzas, fantastic the one with spicy salami, nduja, mozzarella fiordilatte and olives, unlimited drinks and house liqueur. I can only speak highly of this place both for the food but also - and it is not a given - for the care that all the staff shows towards the customers, perhaps it is one of the few places where you ask for a drink and they bring it to you in a few moments!! The guys are really good and kind towards the customers despite the amount of work, applause also to Pino who manages How to handle a busy schedule with a packed restaurant on a Saturday night! And especially if the restaurant is packed, there must be a reason: good food, friendly staff, a truly quiet and family-friendly venue, and, above all, great value! I highly recommend this place.

21/08/2025: The hotel faces the beach, and it's wonderful to eat in the restaurant overlooking the beach: it's almost like being on the veranda. The breakfast offered a lovely selection, with the hotel's exposure to the sun, and it's beautiful, and you can admire the sunrise while eating in the restaurant room, almost like being on the veranda. The choice and variety at lunch and dinner are more than excellent, including classic dishes with good Italian and international cuisine, as well as generous portions. Given the proximity to the sea, it's quiet, and you can sleep with the windows open without having to use the air conditioning. The owners and staff are always available, friendly, and accommodating. The really good quality/price ratio; I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: An evening with friends, we ordered various types of pizzas... I'd say they were good, the dough was light and crispy... then there were homemade desserts made by them and cooked in a wood-fired oven. They were delicious... we'll definitely be back.

09/06/2026: Angelo Colucci is a Taranto institution for me. Wood-fired pizza, perfectly spicy goulash, and spectacular coccioli, all combined with a truly fair price, make it a must-visit.

22/04/2026: It was a really bad idea to order here. The products were clearly dated. I ordered a pikachu with charred, rock-hard sausages, and the potatoes weren't crispy but hard, not to mention the panzerotto, which wasn't of good quality. I'm sorry to write this review as a "loyal" customer, but it's been a while since I've seen the quality I once had. Not recommended

22/05/2026: I had higher expectations. The service was certainly attentive, and the staff were friendly and unobtrusive, but the menu was limited, with decent quality and small portions. I found some dishes quite salty (such as tartare), and some of the combinations didn't satisfy me at all.

04/05/2026: We ate here tonight and it was truly delicious. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed very warmly and kindly by the host. We were then assisted by presumably his daughter, who advised us very well and honestly about the dishes. We started with a delicious starter featuring fresh vegetables and beautiful local produce. This was followed by a wonderful main course, accompanied by a nice glass of red wine. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and prepared with care. We also found the price-quality ratio to be very good. We received this restaurant as a tip ourselves, and we are happy to pass that tip on: highly recommended! We actually wanted to come back again tomorrow, but unfortunately, they will be closed then. On our next visit to Southern Italy / Puglia, we will certainly eat here again. Ciao Paulo

09/02/2026: I don't know why I'm writing this review, I have nothing to say except that it's the best pizza in all of Taranto and maybe even the province.... Very digestible dough, light frying, excellent raw materials that you wouldn't expect from such a simple pizzeria.
