20/02/2024: Excellent 👌🏻 the first time I order (at home) from them. Both the food and the service were excellent, it arrived hot and the flavor was very good. They also added sauce for the nuggets 🧏🏻‍♀️ congratulations, I will definitely try other dishes from you. -Update: the pizza is really good too. It arrived hot, crunchy and beautifully stuffed with ingredients. I can happily say that they follow the instructions (I ordered a Marinara - baby, which is fine for 1 person - and I'm allergic to capers and they put olives instead), thank you very much! You want more seats as you want, congratulations 😊

27/08/2024: Michele and Lucia, kind and professional people, but the best is the pizza with light dough and very fresh ingredients. My favorite is the white Carmen. As a place I highly recommend it 😍

14/07/2024: Pizzeria in the area surrounding the Polyclinic... it's an honest pizzeria in prices... they always tell me it has an excellent ratio between quality and price... We call for takeaway... it seems absurd to me that if you ask for a "Ciccio" with vegetables they can't do it because they "put" the vegetables on the pizza raw!!! and therefore the fat would burn... because on the pizza with mozzarella or just with sauce what changes? What mass avoids burning? However, doesn't the fact remain that the vegetables would only stay in the oven for about a minute??? I can't explain it... for this reason I feel like penalizing (with one star and I gave the takeaway 4 stars! Because, honestly, the pizza I tasted was very good, balanced and the fact that it used good raw materials but above all it gave me real country rocket and not the one in a bag is truly an added value for me... I will hopefully change my review as best I can when I go to dine there... I always tell the truth

29/07/2024: Siamo andati a cena in 6 lo scorso sabato... È andato tutto a rotoli... Partiamo dalla prenotazione: prenotato alle ore 22, locale strapieno, abbiam dovuto aspettare 15/20 minuti in piedi... Una volta seduti, il cameriere, per esonerarsi da ogni responsabilità, ci comunica che l'ordine delle pizze prevede 1h/1h30' di attesa... Imperterriti, comunque noi ordiniamo 6 pizze e qualche antipasto.. Piatti quantitativamente scarsi e pizza di basso livello... Per concludere la serata nel peggiore dei modi, il colpo di grazia lo riceviamo sul conto: vivo a Roma da molti anni ma maí, e dico mai, mi era capitato di pagare 4 euro di coperto!!! Si signori, avete capito bene 4 euro a persona di coperto!!! Insomma, esperienza pessima. Lo sconsiglio anche al mio peggior nemico... Buona serata barlettani, ma non al Kalos.

29/07/2024: Personale incompetente e maleducato. Cibo di scarsissima qualità. Gestione ed accoglienza inesistenti. Conto simile ad una truffa, vi dico solo che per tutto questo vi aspetta un coperto di 4€ a testa e vi risparmio altri dettagli. Meglio il digiuno.

24/08/2024: I took a 4 cheese and a 7 grain margherita... with all due respect for the food, the first was completely hardened, very thin with the edges fried by the cheese oil, the second was very dry and too thin, unleavened focaccia style.18 € both with takeaway. disappointed

27/07/2024: We chose to return to the Giara, which over the years has become a certainty. The best experiences are always accompanied by a pizza from Giara, that reassuring voice that pronounces "Good evening, la Giara" with Mr. Giara's usual warm and friendly tone is now part of the culture and history of our country and of ourselves, of our lives, which intertwine, move apart and then always reunite in front of the same pizza. Perhaps we are nobody to Mr. Giara, yet he is the center of our small Santermana reality. And the pizza... in the center it almost melts in the mouth, and then gradually becomes taller, softer, in an almost Neapolitan-style crust, and again, ends in a crunchiness on that fleeting border that characterizes perfection. We recommend a glass of Coca-Cola, to pick up that delicate note of sweetness from the sauce that makes the flavor of each slice magical.

05/08/2024: we had dinner in this restaurant, pasta with clams was really delicious, the pizza has nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza, but it wasn't bad. the service is a little slow but the waiters are nice and friendly. I gave 3 stars because unfortunately we witnessed an unpleasant scene, a rude waiter shouted at a young waiter and treated him badly, pushing him with the table, another colleague of his, almost challenging him, all in front of the customers and in a loud voice. I feel sorry for the waiter who was really working hard at his job, really good. except for this episode, I recommend giving it a shot.

24/06/2024: Nightmare pizzeria, listless waitress huffing and puffing while preparing the tables with the order attached... Not to mention that the basics of knowing how to welcome the customer/tourist are missing. Pizzas to forget.

20/08/2024: Ci ritorniamo sempre con piacere, finalmente il menù è più snello, i prezzi fra i più bassi in Salento ma la qualità è sempre di alto livello.

12/08/2024: Friendly, polite staff, attentive in serving promptly. Cooks quite quickly. Excellent quality dishes, generous portions. Good selection of first courses, different choices between meat and fish. Acceptable prices around €12. The first one we took cost seven euros and was a kind of soup with vegetables and legumes. The other one in the photo is also broad beans with chicory, a truly generous side dish for €8.50. We ate at the outside tables with plastic chairs, fortunately there was some air, we had a good time. Four people spent €77.50 including the dessert which consists of a lemon shell, with a special lemon ice cream inside and a lemon flake on top. Just a shame it was too frozen. Very recommended, we will probably return.

07/07/2024: The prices are lower than other pizzerias I must say, but I didn't like the pizza very much, too thin and floury... I've tasted better.

02/07/2024: Is there a 0 star review??! Never seen such a disorganized and rude pizzeria. Hours of waiting and even without respect.👎🏻 never again.
