10/08/2025: We ordered very late in the evening and the food did not disappoint, 10/10. The fries arrived perfectly and the kebab is one of the best I've ever had. I appreciate the fact that it didn't have fries inside.

18/10/2025: I'll start by saying I've known this pizzeria for several years. Everything's always been good, but the other night I found the food a bit decadent. I ordered a chiacchere with buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto. From the photo, you can see that the buffalo mozzarella wasn't there; instead, it was a firm mozzarella used for pizza. Otherwise, the waitress was friendly.

16/12/2025: Wonderful, scenic location, friendly and helpful staff. The food was utterly awful: the cured meats had a strange flavor, veal with tuna sauce that tasted like it was in the fridge, and the house wine was diluted. The meat was served in a rectangular shape. The portions were meager for a €34 menu.

09/12/2025: Good food but I have some suggestions for some dishes. Recommended only if there are no events because in that case the service leaves much to be desired.

02/12/2025: An old farmhouse transformed into a restaurant and bazaar, often selling exclusive products. The atmosphere is refined and charming. The restaurant and pizzeria offer dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The bazaar is extensive, from vegetables to cheeses, from baked goods to cured meats, and there's no shortage of wines, beverages, desserts, and more. In the summer, you can eat outside, and the bar serves excellent coffee. The staff is young, friendly, and very helpful. The only drawback is that quality comes at a price; this isn't a place for everyone's budget, which is why I don't feel comfortable awarding it a fifth star, which, given the above, would be well-deserved. I'd also like to add that there are two convenient parking lots outside and the location is easy to reach thanks to the Pinerolo ring road junction just a few meters away.

16/10/2025: The food isn't bad, and the prices are good. However, the dishes are too salty...let the customers decide whether to have salty or not. Order plain rice...salty. Order side vegetables...salty. Second courses...salty...

16/08/2025: I arrived at 2:15 PM and there were no hot dishes left. They took the hot dishes away at least 15 minutes before the kitchen closed (2:30 PM). So I was left hungry and disappointed. Poor service.

05/05/2025: Nel cuore delle Dolomiti e recentemente rinnovato, il rifugio offre camere eleganti e una zona wellness, rendendolo ideale sia per escursionisti che per sciatori. La cucina propone piatti gourmet, apprezzati per la qualità e la presentazione. Con musica di sottofondo è ideale a qualsiasi ora.

04/10/2025: Honestly, writing a negative review about a guy who drives and delivers is absurd. You guys are truly absurd! We order from them every week, including three pizzas tonight. They're delicious, and the delivery guys are always kind and punctual!! Shame on you for writing a negative review because a guy might be trying to rush to deliver them hot! You're the best, good pizzas, and everything is top notch!

29/09/2025: Fast service but poor pizza quality.

27/07/2025: Delivery is always at least 20/30 minutes late from the scheduled time and when you order pizzas by phone they either don't answer or they do so but after trying 15 times (in short, you waste an hour ordering pizzas)... It's a shame because the pizza is good, but I don't think I'll even try to call again!

27/07/2025: I'm still Veronica Monzeglio but since I've already left a review I can no longer respond. However, this is precisely the problem: you don't answer half of the 4/5 numbers you have (I can say this with certainty because I've called all the numbers several times and among other things, most of the customer complaints are for this reason)!!! If you only had 1 I could still understand, but precisely because you have more! That aside, the problem is not now that you are on holiday (among other things, it's not even specified in the hours because you are open, so one might not know) but it is valid for the whole year because it has always happened! ZERO Organization, I hope for some change for you

09/11/2025: Five of us went to this restaurant with high expectations based on the reviews, but we left feeling barely satisfied. Opening the menu, we were disappointed by the limited selection of first courses; we opted for pizza. We ordered, and the pizzas arrived... small but nice-looking. Tomato: Can of pulp poured over the top. Dough: Store-bought dough, like you get it for home, floury and tasting like it was frozen. The place wasn't suited to our taste buds. From our table, we could see the kitchen, and at a certain point, this woman in a fur coat entered directly into the kitchen, walking among the slicer and pans. I can't imagine how much dust and smog she spread, coming in wearing clothes unsuitable for a restaurant kitchen. We ate, got up (since they didn't even ask if she wanted dessert or coffee), paid, and ran away. No separate accounts, but yes to the Roman-style bill (I don't understand this). The guy at the cashier was probably new, but not knowing how to calculate a €50 note minus €17 is a bit serious. First and definitely last time.

27/07/2025: I don't eat pizza because I can't digest it. But when I get it here from the pan, I have no problem. The best pizza on the boat, well done... no photos, I devoured it, fresh ingredients.

04/10/2025: It's been ages since I've eaten pizza here. I really liked two things: 1. The pizza dough, soft and very light; 2. The old-fashioned '80s pizzeria that doesn't pretend to be a gourmet restaurant. I ask myself: why did I let all this time go by? Congratulations

13/09/2025: The pizza is pleasant, though average—I'd say high. The ingredients are authentic, and the dough is easy to digest, if a bit thin. The beer is good. The service is impeccable. It's a place from another era, and therefore pleasant. Overall: worth a try.

17/12/2025: The lunch for the 1947 conscripts was completely disappointing. And the portions were extremely small. For example, even when we asked for more, the waiter only put out 4 agnolotti, saying there would be mixed fried fish afterward. It's true that we took home 9 trays, but the food was so good that not even the cats ate it, with all the zucchini, eggplant, and liver... and then I've never seen mixed fried fish with zucchini and eggplant... and the liver was so tough it could have been broken by a dog's teeth or iron... POOR CATS. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

03/08/2025: I ordered in advance and personally picked up three portions of farinata. It's cooked who knows when and is sold reheated. Terrible.... I called to confirm, and I did. The answer I received? I'm sorry. That said, everything said. Never again.
