11/06/2026: We were curious to try Persian cuisine, so we ordered the hummus and falafel to share. Both were very good, though the falafel was a little spicy for my taste. I then ordered the rice and chicken dish, but I thought the spices were a bit too much. My friends, on the other hand, thought everything was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the place was quaint.

The staff was super helpful and courteous, apologizing for the slightly slow service during the evening; we really appreciated it. The price was above average, but in line with the location and setting. Recommended.

I usually choose this place for lunch as they always serve light, homemade dishes that are very digestible. Try the Apulian pizza with a drizzle of spicy olive oil. The quality and price are good, and it's a historic pizzeria in Ivrea.
15/02/2026: The atmosphere is more like a bar than a pizzeria. I ate a tasteless pizza (the bagged breadsticks were better), a terrible experience... No background music, just the buzz of voices... I think if it weren't for the fact that it's in a busy area, it would be empty... It's the first time I've eaten pizza in Ivrea, and I don't think I'd want to return if everyone here makes pizzas like this.

I've visited in person several times and been told the dough was already out. I understand this can happen, but it would be helpful to update the hours and availability to avoid inconvenience to customers.
26/04/2026: Good morning, I came to you with a friend of mine. Since she has intolerances, I was persuaded to order the whole wheat pizza. What can I say? It's super delicious and crunchy. A huge thank you to the owner and a big compliment to the pizza chefs. The waiter was also very kind. We'll definitely be back.

And then there are places like La Fortezza in Chivasso, where every dish becomes an experience, a memory, and, above all, an immediate desire to return. The experience we had the pleasure of tasting was simply extraordinary, a perfect balance between sea and land, executed with rare precision and sensitivity. From the delicate and perfectly balanced rossetti in saor (red sardines), to the zucchini stuffed with shrimp, where the sweetness of the vegetable blends with the freshness of the sea in an elegant and never banal way. The sole in orange-and-sage butter is a dish that deserves special mention: impeccable technique, clear yet harmonious aromas, a construction that demonstrates a sure hand and a clear vision. The grilled sockeye salmon with samphire confirms the quality of the raw ingredients and the ability to enhance them without excess, letting the product speak for itself. The first courses raise the bar even further: the linguine with shrimp, fava beans, and pecorino cheese is a masterful example of the balance between sea and land, while the penne with cuttlefish, Riviera olives, and pistachio pesto surprises with their originality and flavorful coherence. Here, you can clearly sense the kitchen's ability to break the mold without ever losing control. And then the desserts: the Dolce Chivasso and the bunet with acacia flowers finish with elegance and identity, leaving a rare sense of completeness. But what truly makes La Fortezza exceptional isn't just the quality of the dishes. It's the care in preparation, the almost sartorial precision of every detail, and above all, the team: a smiling, genuinely friendly service, never intrusive but always present, capable of accompanying the experience with ease and intelligence. In the kitchen, there's clearly a team that doesn't just cook, but creates. Unique, special, delicious dishes, with a recognizable signature and a clear desire to surprise without ever forcing. And the final feeling is one: this was just a taste. The rest of the menu, between land and sea, promises an even more expansive journey. And the desire to return isn't an option. It's a certainty.
