13/10/2025: Everything was excellent...from the customer service to the Excellent food. All the fish...exquisite ravioli...topped with a very delicate sauce and a special fried fish. Excellent house dessert: classic tiramisu and also pistachio. I recommend everyone to go. Because it's truly worth it.

10/10/2025: A quick lunch in Gavi after my wife and I visited the beautiful fort this morning. Having been unable to find a table at the trattoria we'd planned, a passerby recommended this place just outside the historic center. Since the fixed-price menu (15 euros) didn't have anything that appealed to us, we had lunch à la carte, ordering gnocchi with pesto and ravioli with ragu, washed them down with a bottle of beer. Large portions, good pesto, and the ravioli weren't bad either. Service was quick and courteous. The restroom, however, was in a rather run-down condition, with a door that wouldn't close. The final bill was 31 euros, with a cover charge of 1.50, as per the attached receipt.

09/11/2025: I went to Casale specifically to try this A.I.C. pizzeria, but I didn't like the gluten-free pizza at all... it was very tough, I struggled to cut it... it seemed unleavened... 😪😪 On the other hand, the tagliata was excellent... but I won't be returning for that... what a shame! The main dining room was nice, but the inside dining room where we were was unfortunately really noisy, but that was because there was a birthday party.

23/09/2025: Takeout pizzeria with very friendly staff and good-quality pizza. There are also a few tables inside and outside where you can eat. Keep in mind, however, that since it's a takeout pizzeria, there are no restrooms. If you're passing through, it's a good place to stop for pizza, especially since the prices are very reasonable.

24/09/2025: We ate the €12 fixed menu with daily specials. Everything was delicious; it felt like we were eating at someone's home. The outdoor seating area overlooking the internal courtyard, with its planted wall, and the friendly service were also lovely.

08/11/2025: I ordered four takeout pizzas because I had my friends over for the Turin derby. When the pizzas arrived, one was burned and one was the wrong one. What really pissed me off was that when I called to have the right pizza made, when it arrived they wanted the wrong one back, but I had already eaten it, which seems more than fair to me. The delivery guy (he's the only one justified, not to blame) arrived the third time and told me they wanted €6 back. But if they get one pizza wrong, it's pretty obvious that the other one is free, and I know this because I also work in a pizzeria/restaurant, and when that happens, the other pizza is usually free. Anyway, the pizza was hard, like a cicles, and burned, not good. Not recommended.

25/11/2025: The place is decidedly elegant, exuding a sense of the past, complemented by the aromas of excellent dishes. The pizza is delicious, and that's not the only reason it's become a regular stop whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended for those who value good food and good manners.

18/10/2025: Tonight we were not at all satisfied, we ordered two pizzas and a mixed fish appetizer for €16 on the list... the main courses arrived and the mixed fish platter, besides being rather paltry in itself (considering the purchase price), contained within it and all its splendor three prawns in aurora sauce, I cut off their heads and opened their backs: full of intestinal poop. 🤦‍♂️ I called the waiter and explained the mix-up and asked for the plate to be taken back. Damn, you're serving me "three prawns in total and dirty ones too"!?!?!? I made my peace with it and asked for a pizza, obviously when my wife and daughter finished dinner I started. Not good at all, neither praise nor infamy, literally burned underneath. The owner passes by and asks us to leave the table because it's getting late 🫤 (really?!?!?!) No sooner said than done, we immediately get up and go to the cash register. The husband leaves the register and calls the owner... she exhorts us like this: they told me there was a problem, well yes, the shrimp had poop in them, "but I have to charge you anyway"!!! I politely reiterated that I hadn't even touched the dish and, with a photo in hand, I wouldn't eat it with poop on it for anyone. She blushes and only makes me pay the amount due. A real shame, I felt bad just having to mention it..."I would have expected at least an apology", but what can I say, truly disappointing.

12/10/2025: A giant bald guy in his 50s named Dario, a friend of the pizzeria, threatened and physically attacked some kids for no reason at all, terrible weather, they barely kicked him out, I waited for half an hour and the pizza was awful

12/10/2025: Be careful because a regular customer at the pizzeria starts beating up 20-year-old kids waiting to order (the pizza was cold and the garlic was burnt)

15/10/2025: In addition to a delicious pizza (with a sauce that tastes truly of tomato and stringy mozzarella), the staff was truly kind and welcoming!

03/10/2025: I've always had takeout pizza, and it's always good. The ingredients, dough, and cooking are all good.

13/12/2025: One of the best pizzerias in the area. You need to be patient, as Lucia, the only pizza maker, makes them one by one with love and passion. Highly recommended.

17/11/2025: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, located about a hundred meters from the Bra train station. It's a welcoming place, full of young people and families, and the owners and staff are extremely friendly. The place and service are tidy and clean down to the last detail. The pizzas are wonderful and delicious, especially mine with seafood. The fish and other dishes are also very good. We were satisfied with the bill. We will gladly return.
