14/05/2026: We stayed one night in a truly charming and quiet hotel nestled in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees, and horses. Due to our mistake, we hadn't booked a room, but they found a place for us. We took advantage of various services, including electric bike rental (very good), the spa (nice but a bit pricey for the services offered), but unfortunately the Turkish bath and sauna weren't working. We reported the problem to the staff member, who apologized and was very helpful and kind in trying to find a solution. The restaurant was very good; we tried it for dinner. It had a small menu, and only their own wine, very good food, and attentive service. The room, the Alloro Suite, was beautiful, quite spacious, clean, well-furnished, and quiet. It's a shame the TV didn't work, even after we reported it. The next day, we went for a tasting at the winery. The tour was led by two interns and was truly the most wonderful experience. These polite, friendly, and knowledgeable 20-21 year olds guided us through the vineyards, the cellar, and the tasting room, demonstrating complete mastery of the situation. Congratulations!! Overall, the entire staff was excellent, able to address small issues that perhaps a certain type of hotel shouldn't have, but which nonetheless made our short stay wonderful. Congratulations!!

06/05/2026: A gem. From Tuscany, we came to La Cerasa purely by chance, recommended by people who knew the place. The restaurant is meticulously maintained in every way. The selection of excellent meats is suitable for all budgets, with precise information on the provenance (very important). It was a pleasure to discover vegetarian dishes, despite the restaurant specializing in meat dishes. The menu is pleasant, practical, and structured, just as you'd expect from a restaurant in 2026: simple, straightforward, and attentive while choosing. The staff is attentive, never intrusive. Excellent cuisine. A final highlight: the restaurant uses clean energy from its photovoltaic systems and contributes to distributing energy itself. Everything I'd expect from a contemporary restaurant that offers authentic tradition while maintaining the fundamental values ​​of contemporary living. We'll definitely be back.

13/05/2026: If you're interested in food and drink, you can't miss Cavaliere! I discovered it for a birthday party with friends, and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the meats and the homemade pasta dishes! The house antipasto is also excellent, and they don't skimp on the portions. The wine selection to pair with the menu is also excellent! In the summer, they have an outdoor area that's perfect for group dinners, but we'll definitely try it when we return in the summer! We'll definitely be back!

The private room allowed us to enjoy the evening in a perfect setting for socializing. Excellent food, served with great attention and care: truly delicious dishes. Impeccable service throughout the dinner. Special thanks to Valentina, truly kind, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. Her hospitality and professionalism made the difference and made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for its quality, atmosphere, and hospitality!

09/06/2026: I ordered a menu recommended by the waitress, who was very knowledgeable, and I was very satisfied. The cold appetizers were delicious with pleasant pairings. The first courses were delicious, both the white chitarrine and the red risotto. The roast and fried meats were both excellent. The service was also excellent, courtesy of the friendly and knowledgeable waiters, and the bill was reasonable for the quality and quantity served. Excellent, highly recommended for a pleasant evening!

However, I suggest improving the cold appetizer because for €22, I expected something richer and less banal.

07/06/2026: I had a memory of this place where the pizza was truly delicious, but probably everything has changed with the new management: first of all, too many smiling and welcoming waiters, yes, but useless because they were inexperienced, wandering around aimlessly; the person who took the order, a graying middle-aged man, not very affable and unwilling to answer questions, rather hasty and unpleasant; the pitcher of beer that arrived almost immediately was at a temperature bordering on chilly, let alone half an hour later when the pizzas arrived!!! The latter arrived barely warm, to our entire table. The poor-quality ingredients, the flavorless fish on the pizza, probably frozen, the flaky mussels, the literally raw tomato, the mozzarella not stringy but rather solid, it seemed pan-stringy, garlic oil was missing, flavor nonexistent, no one who had chosen that type of pizza, which instead should have contained it, could not even remotely perceive it! It's a real shame... because dining in a meadow is always relaxing, for anyone, but we definitely won't be back!

The food is strictly local, and the portions are so generous that you almost have to be organized to face the challenge... Strategic advice?! Arrive hungry!! "This is my advice if you want to try every delicacy without feeling guilty for not being able to try something to satisfy your hunger, and then regretting it later when you get home and your hunger strikes again." The staff is the real added value: welcoming, curious, and readily available. The owners are delightful, capable of keeping you company with ease and kindness between glasses of their local wine. Very fair prices for the quality and experience offered. The service is very fast; Respecting the right amount of time between courses. Personally, I recommend you stick with the house menu; you won't regret it! I'll definitely be back; on an empty stomach! Haha
