It was a pleasure to discover vegetarian dishes, despite the restaurant specializing in meat dishes. The menu is pleasant, practical, and structured, just as you'd expect from a restaurant in 2026: simple, straightforward, and attentive while choosing. The staff is attentive, never intrusive. Excellent cuisine. A final highlight: the restaurant uses clean energy from its photovoltaic systems and contributes to distributing energy itself. Everything I'd expect from a contemporary restaurant that offers authentic tradition while maintaining the fundamental values ​​of contemporary living. We'll definitely be back.
