A short vacation in the beautiful Marche region led us to discover this truly excellent restaurant and pizzeria. The staff, I believe the owners, were friendly and welcoming, and immediately put us at ease. We had two excellent pizzas: a Napoli, which for me is the true litmus test of a pizzeria's worth—well-leavened dough, precise cooking, and quality ingredients—and a Tricolore, a fresher, summerier option, light and well-balanced. I recommend this place to anyone who's in the area and wants good food without too many frills.

What a charming and authentic Italian restaurant! We were received very warmly and friendly, making us feel welcome immediately. The pizza was delicious and the truffle pasta was highly recommended: full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Furthermore, the value for money is excellent. A lovely place we will definitely return to!

Excellent cuisine with very tasty food, friendly staff

If you're interested in food and drink, you can't miss Cavaliere! I discovered it for a birthday party with friends, and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the meats and the homemade pasta dishes! The house antipasto is also excellent, and they don't skimp on the portions. The wine selection to pair with the menu is also excellent! In the summer, they have an outdoor area that's perfect for group dinners, but we'll definitely try it when we return in the summer! We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful evening at Ristorante Cavaliere! We dined here with our sports car group and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The private room allowed us to enjoy the evening in a perfect setting for socializing. Excellent food, served with great attention and care: truly delicious dishes. Always top notch. The mutton is always delicious, tender, and perfectly cooked. The grill is also excellent. The platter of delicious cold cuts is also excellent, and the wine is top-notch. Always a pleasure to return to dine here.
