21/11/2025: It was a cold, wintery day and we wanted something tasty and warm. We shared a ragù (chicken, rabbit… ‘farmyard ragù) with tagliatelle which was plenty between two then, OMG, we shared a Beef Wellington. Haven’t had that for many years. It was so tender, tasty and full of the flavors that hallmark this dish. Lovely non invasive service without rushing us off the table either. Oh and the homemade breads were really special plus the amuse-bouche to start was a lovely and welcoming surprise. Quality, service and a great view of Offagna. We will be back! Complimenti!

11/11/2025: A sublime experience! I usually order pizza because it's excellent, but this time I was seduced by the menu and chose two white truffle dishes—a fried egg and a tartare—with truffle grated onto both dishes before my eyes, in truly generous quantities. On the advice of the staff, who were so knowledgeable about the evening and the place, I paired everything with an excellent beer, a pairing that turned out to be truly delightful. I finished with a late-ripening mandarin sorbet, another delicacy. Highly, highly recommended!

02/11/2025: We had two pizzas: I had a capricciosa, and my boyfriend had one of the specialty pizzas. Even though I'm not a fan of fine pizzas, the crust was so light that I could have eaten another one. I highly recommend the pistachio mousse to finish off the meal. I think there are some of the best restaurant desserts I've ever had... It was out of this world 😍😍😍😍

03/10/2025: I've been in Castelfidardo for a few days, and the dining options in the city aren't many. Honestly, I tried this restaurant for the first time on Tuesday and was delighted, and I've been going every day since. The space is beautiful and very well decorated. The service is excellent and very fast. I don't speak Italian and my English is pretty bad, but we understand each other 😉. On Tuesday I tried the pizza, on Wednesday I tried the gnocchi, and yesterday I tried the meat, and I was amazed every time. Everything was "Buonissimo," and not to mention the desserts; the three different ones I tried were all excellent. And to wash it down, they have a fantastic beer. I won't be changing restaurants during this stay. I highly recommend it.

26/10/2025: I wasn't thrilled with the pizza because of the cooking method, but the quality of the toppings was high. The cuisine is refined and sophisticated, with high-quality ingredients, very good flavors, and excellent desserts... I enjoyed the tiramisu with its unique presentation. Good prices. Well done. I've listed the price for the food, from appetizer to coffee; the pizza comes in at around €25 per person.

I thought it was impossible, but it was. The dough was soggy, either undercooked or reheated a million times, I don't know. I threw it in the trash :/

01/10/2025: The dining room was elegant and modern. The Neapolitan style pizza was on point. I do wish that they had a mista salad on the menu, but it certainly is not a deal breaker. The host was very kind as it took me a while to read the menu after my selection of pizza was not available and I was scrambling to pick something different. Music was a blast from the past '70s to early '80s everything from Abba, Bowie, Bob Dylan to Pink Floyd. We had an enjoyable evening of dining.

15/11/2025: I've been to Il Brillo Parlante Restaurant, and I have to say it really surprised me, in a positive way. I'd heard good things about their burgers, but I didn't think there were so many and so good. As soon as you open the menu, you're faced with an endless choice: burgers of all kinds, unique combinations, fresh and well-matched ingredients. Not the usual standard fare you find everywhere else; here you can see a little thought behind it, and above all, a lot of quality. I tried two on two different nights: a more "classic" one, with crispy bacon and real cheddar (not that plasticky stuff), and a more unique one with caramelized onions, cream cheese, and a sauce that was amazing—not too heavy, not too sweet, a perfect balance. The meat was truly excellent, cooked well, flavorful, no strange aftertaste. You can tell they use quality ingredients, not your average supermarket burger. And then, let me say one thing: the fried foods. Spectacular. The fries are perfectly crispy, the onion rings are well-done, and most importantly, they don't drip with oil like so many places. They're fried well, light, and make you want to order another plate even if you're already full. I'm always very critical of fried foods, but here they convinced me 100%. The place itself isn't huge—in fact, it's quite small—but that's precisely why it feels more welcoming. It has that "trusted place" atmosphere, where you gladly return because you feel at home and already know what to expect. The staff is friendly, polite, without too much formality (which I appreciate), and the wait times are just right, neither too fast nor forever. Last but not least: the prices. Considering the quality, quantity, and variety of the menu, they're truly excellent. Honest, without being overpriced. You leave satisfied without having spent a fortune. In short, if you're a fan of burgers—the real ones—Il Brillo Parlante is a place you absolutely must try. I've already put it on my list of top places.

26/10/2025: Small but Delicious: Light Pizza and Excellent Beers! I visited this small place with just a few seats, and it turned out to be a pleasant discovery. Despite its small size, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The service was surprisingly fast, a real plus! Their menu ranges from burgers, pizzas, and fried foods, all accompanied by a truly interesting selection of beers. I opted for the Quattro Stagioni Pizza and was completely satisfied: the dough was thin and light, easy to digest, and cooked to perfection. The beer, a medium amber, proved to be a perfect pairing. The prices are absolutely reasonable: for pizza, a medium beer, and a dessert, I spent just over €20, an excellent value. I will definitely return to try the sandwiches, which looked very inviting. If you're looking for a casual place to eat well and drink excellent beers with impeccable service, this is the place! Recommended!
