Good, but an anomaly was found with the double-cooked pizza

Top-notch in every way: unique Neapolitan pizza, tasty and super digestible. Top-notch service (the staff has mostly been the same for years, a sign of their dedication). They always have interesting new additions and pair them with highly recommended beers and cocktails. Continuously improving.

SHORT REVIEW:
A modern and well-kept restaurant, with an open kitchen, and very friendly staff both during the reservation process and during the meal. I also appreciated the phone confirmation of the reservation an hour in advance and the option to leave feedback after the visit.
Unfortunately, the main course—the pizza—didn't convince me. I tried two pizzas and found them unmemorable in flavor, with very thin dough and inconsistent toppings. The only really positive note was the ricotta-filled crust, which was very good.
I should also note that the wait for the table was long, and that the pizzas arrived all at once, forcing a wait before starting to eat. In short: a warm welcome and a pleasant place, but personally, I expected much more from the pizza.
FULL REVIEW
Let's start with the positives: the restaurant is well-presented, modern, and well-kept, with a pizza oven and open kitchen that make a great impression. The staff was also very kind and professional from the start: I appreciated the call I received about an hour earlier to confirm the reservation, a gesture that's not expected and a sign of customer care.
Once we arrived, we were seated quickly. The service to take our order was quick and courteous. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a modern style and soft lighting. Personally, however, I found it a bit dim around our table, where there was no direct light and it was difficult to see clearly.
Moving on to the main course—the pizza—I was unfortunately disappointed. I tried two different types, the Picanto and the Cosacca "Siani," and neither really impressed me.
-The Cosacca Siani, aside from the pecorino cheese on top, seemed like a lackluster marinara without anything that made it memorable. The ingredients were certainly refined and probably high-quality, but I found the final taste rather bland.
-The Picanto, on the other hand, had much more toppings, perhaps even too much. The pronounced presence of caramelized onions overpowered the rest and left an aftertaste that didn't convince me. Furthermore, the very thin dough, a characteristic common to both pizzas, made it difficult to eat with your hands because it struggled to support the weight of the toppings, resulting in it collapsing.
The best part, without a doubt, was the ricotta-filled crust of the "Picanto": truly delicious, well-executed, and the part I remember most fondly from the dinner.
Another aspect that could be improved: the pizzas didn't arrive together. Three were served almost simultaneously, while the last one arrived a few minutes late. This forced the table to wait before starting, with the risk of eating a less hot pizza. In a pizzeria, this is a significant detail.
Regarding amenities, I'd also like to mention the bathroom, unique from what I saw, somewhat hidden and decidedly subdued compared to the rest of the place. It could use more attention to both maintenance and cleaning.
The digital management is also commendable: online reservations are available, you can receive post-visit emails to leave feedback, and there are various payment methods, even separate for each diner. The QR system for consulting the menu is less convincing, however, as I found it cumbersome compared to other more straightforward options.
In conclusion: the place is beautiful and the staff are definitely recommended, but for me, the pizza didn't live up to the online reputation and expectations. If I were to return, it wouldn't be for the pizza.

A top-notch pizzeria with a good selection of beers, cocktails, and wines. Quality ingredients, gourmet "contemporary" pizza, and quality fried foods. Reasonably priced, it's not a cheap pizzeria. The fried pizzas are a cut above the rest.

For me, it's the best pizza in Ancona. So many different options, many reinterpretations and experiments that are worth trying.
Impeccable service, both in the restaurant and for takeout.
If I can offer just one criticism: the staff is too serious. Everyone's sulking.
Guys - you make a top-notch pizza, be happy and proud.

It's the only pizzeria in the area, for me, that makes a Margherita pizza with the right look and taste. If, as a Neapolitan, I want to eat a pizza that reminds me of my Naples, it's the right place.

The obsessive pursuit of dough perfection succeeded. The pizza was delicious, light and airy. A 10 out of 10!

First time in Ancona, we chose this pizzeria because it was recommended in a post we found on Facebook. We trusted it, and it was well worth it. From the outside, the place seemed very basic because it's located in the middle of an industrial area, has a large dirt parking lot, and is currently undergoing construction on the building. However, as soon as we entered, we were greeted with great professionalism and kindness. The place is modern, well-kept, and clean. The pizzas are extraordinary, superior, very light, and truly delicious. We'll definitely be back as soon as we settle in Ancona.
