01/01/2025: ECCEZIONALE è la parola perfetta per questa braceria. Ottimissima qualità dei prodotti e straordinaria scelta di carni delle più pregiate con cotture diverse a seconda dei gusti . Servizio veloce e preciso. Piatti presentati in modo elegante e location accogliente ,curata nei dettagli. È la seconda volta che torno qui e devo dire che è sempre meglio. Abbiamo fatto il Capodanno con menù alla carta e siamo rimasti molto, ma molto soddisfatti. Avevamo provato anche la pizza che non ho parole per descriverla. Tutto buonissimo.

20/12/2024: Arrivati alle 20:45 come da prenotazione attendiamo altri 30 minuti prima di prendere la comanda (21:15) carpaccio, vino (20€), acqua, 1kg di carne… Premetto che non ci è stato servito pane, olio e condimenti (sale/pepe), ne richiesta la cottura della carne.. Inoltre non viene mostrata la pesatura ma indicata solo a voce dalla cameriera. Abbiamo cenato alle 23.. 130€

29/12/2024: We had already ordered takeaway from Fornace once 4 years ago, and I had a very bad experience, like 30 minutes of waiting on site. But it was summer. So okay, there can also be a bad day. After all, it is high season. We decide to give the place another chance, in the middle of winter, since we didn't want to leave home (it's really a stone's throw away). We call very early (around 6pm) to order two takeaway pizzas for 7.30pm. They tell us it was better to do it by 8pm. We agree. We show up at 7.55pm and by 8pm we have paid, no trace of the pizzas because "Well it's rush hour, but they're coming now". But why, we had proposed a slower time and now it's rush hour? Well guys, it goes without saying that there were 8 customers at three tables (literally) with pizzas already served, a deserted place. The scene repeats itself within a few minutes with other customers coming to collect the pizzas ordered in advance. The nightmare of waiting years ago for the withdrawal is repeating itself again. To be honest I have to say that this time we only waited 20 minutes compared to 30 a few years ago. The restaurateur evidently thinks that customers are mere self-propelled wallets from which to draw whose time is worth absolutely nothing. Let's clarify one concept: I might even be fine with having had unpleasant experiences with customers who don't show up to pick up a pizza. But then what you do is not "takeaway" as you also communicate on your website and on the phone. Rather, the formula is, come here, and I'll make you some pizzas to take away. Not very fast. There's a big difference. I say this because there are pizzerias that have this type of policy, for various reasons (attempts to upsell other products, protection against missed orders, etc.) and therefore specify it at the time of ordering. Or they don't let you order at all and tell you to go there. On the pizza, despite personal tastes, there is a problem: it will be 180g of dough (which we can also define as central Italian style) but with truly embarrassing toppings in terms of quantity. I'm sorry to leave negative reviews but unfortunately they are the only way to open the managers' eyes to allow them to treat customers with due respect. And also obviously to inform possible new future customers of critical issues encountered. Reading other reviews, however, these facts have already been highlighted previously, so I would say that it would be appropriate to make some changes.

15/12/2024: Disco experience: I get on the list for 11.45pm and I get the email "show up by 1am at the latest". I show up around midnight and they say "entry at 00:20". I wait in the December cold and by 12.30am we were all still outside queuing and feeling cold. The place is small, but it's cute. I didn't like the music but this varies from night to night. What I don't understand is using a site where the people on the list are staggered at different times and then leaving them in line for an hour.

15/01/2025: Ci siamo trovati di passaggio durante un gita, abbiamo preso diverse cose da asporto, tutto veramente buonissimo, peccato non aver provato altre cose.

01/11/2024: Ottima sfogliatura della crescia e buon ripieno anche se poco abbondante. Se si capita in orario di punta si fa un po' di fila ma il personale provvede a fare accomodare i clienti in attesa. I prezzi non sono bassi e il tempo per consumare la crescia al tavolo è troppo breve però per un pasto veloce va bene.

17/03/2025: If it's really good, ... this was the review from 4 years ago. We returned yesterday. To my surprise I found a new management which unfortunately, and I hope so, has "made a slip". A disaster, poor food, absurd and distracted service, not to mention the waiting times... in an hour and a half we managed to eat an appetizer.

01/04/2025: Fantastic place which we founded out it by occasion . Fish dishes are incredible .we took mix of cold and hot antipasti.the most spectacular was langustin grilled in orange . Very quick and friendly service with great sea view terrace .it is pet welcome .
