08/08/2025: Chalet 99 was our first beach resort in Lido di Fermo. We've always had a great time, both with the beach service and the restaurant-bar. Over the years, the number of customers has increased, as have the umbrellas, but the beach has always remained super enjoyable. The restaurant has also improved significantly over the years, including an evening pizzeria, much to my surprise. The pizza and dough are exceptional. I've rarely had better. The ingredients are excellent. The fries are delicious. The staff are always attentive, and the owner is very friendly and attentive to everything. Highly recommended.

18/08/2025: Avoid! We ordered takeout pizzas. The wait was about 20 minutes longer than expected, the prices were unclear, and there was an excessive and unnecessary €6 surcharge for gluten-free dough.

28/06/2025: The place was beautiful there was also a children's play area. The food was decent but the time I waited for this pizza was too long 2 and a half.

04/08/2025: Trattoria semplice, nella sala principale quando c'è parecchia gente il rumore è tale che è impossibile parlare con i propri commensali. Piatti assaggiati e mie valutazioni: arrosti misti normali, oca al forno buona, verdure varie e gratin normali, pizza scadente, sangiovese sfuso modesto. Ho visto passare diversi piatti di primi con un aspetto molto pasticciato e con tanta panna, non li ho assaggiati ma alla vista non mi attiravano per niente. Servizio lento, prezzi a mio parere anche troppo alti per il tipo di locale/qualità.

21/04/2025: We had dinner with my family on Easter evening and I must admit that despite having chosen this restaurant due to its proximity to the B&B, I was very impressed by the kindness and excellent service as well as the excellent quality food, even the house wine recommended by the waiter was appreciated.

20/08/2025: What are you asking me for, "Everything's fine"? If you don't give a damn? We order a simple fries and then two pizzas, specifying fries first and then pizzas, but how could we tell? After 20 minutes, the fries arrive with the pizza. My wife sends the fries back because the girl says, "I'll keep the pizzas warm for you." What am I supposed to hear? We eat a good pizza, and when it comes to the bill, the man at the cashier asks, "Everything's fine." We explain that everything wasn't fine, and he replies, "Well, you didn't pay for them!" Why should I have paid for them? What kind of response is that? These are just rude people who aren't prepared to deal with customers. We won't be back.

11/09/2025: The pizza is very good, with a variety of flavors, both by the slice and by the plate. The only thing I think needs rethinking is the prices, which are a bit higher than other pizzerias in Tolentino (especially those for delivery).

25/08/2025: The pizza by the slice was quite good but way too expensive. The lady at the cash register laughed in my face after I asked her a simple question. I won't be coming back.

19/08/2025: A small, discreet trattoria away from the crowds. The owner is lovely, and above all, the food is excellent. Delicious seafood, fish, and pasta. And all at a more than affordable price!

Ho letto di alcune lamentele.... ma non cerco ristorante Michellin.. cerco buona pizza. I fritti sono eccezionali !!! E poi che dire della pizza fritta ??? Strepitosa !!! Io guardo la sostanza .

11/02/2025: Mediocre service; it's common for them to not respect the order of arrival at the restaurant, so customers who arrive later are served first. This happened with both table service and takeout.

24/08/2025: A small restaurant with outdoor seating right on the river. Upon arrival, you have to cross a small bridge over the river. Excellent food and generous portions. The owner is very friendly, but the staff are a bit inexperienced. Excellent value for money.

22/08/2025: Ferragosto lunch, some tables were served multiple times, we didn't even get what we ordered. The duck gnocchi: fantastic!!!! If we'd had the right amount, it would have been excellent.

26/08/2025: Slow as death, in fact, death would probably have arrived before our pizzas.

20/04/2025: What a disappointment. Restaurant Belvedere in Monteleone di Fermo was a complete letdown. The food seemed to come straight from the microwave – reheated and tasteless. The so-called grilled lamb chops? Only bone, no meat. The tagliata, normally a delicious piece of meat, was boiled flat and completely ruined. The hot vegetables were really bad. For a restaurant that wants to profile itself as a decent place to eat, this is really below par. The only positive is the view!

17/05/2025: There were three of us, on a Saturday night at 8pm we entered, at 10.50pm we ate pizza, he brought us some cremini while we waited without ordering them, of course he made us pay for them😅. The food is good, the craft beer is gold! as well as the dessert... There are only two of us and the waiting times are quite long! The wait on the other hand was perhaps a little worth it, but the bill was expensive🥺! I'm sorry but there are other pizzerias. Good work!

07/05/2025: I ordered a white pizza, tomatoes, rocket and parmesan from my hotel which should have been nearby. It's a shame that no Materanese (if that's what they call it) ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HELP ME FIND IT, as if I were a gypsy or a no-good with accessories that disprove this thought, but even if I had gone out in 'Toni the Tuscans would respond!!! Only an English couple helped me!! (very cute!!). The pizza is good, very good! End. And crunchy as I like it (Roman style), it's a shame that they forgot the cherry tomatoes and so I'm eating white pizza with rocket and parmesan flakes without Oil and cold FOR ONLY €8.50.

25/07/2025: The pizza is meant to resemble Neapolitan pizza, but it's not always successful. I went with my family for lunch, and the Margherita pizzas were good. I ordered a baked calzone, and it was far too crispy, whereas traditional Neapolitan pizza requires a soft crust. Overall, a good place and good service. A bit pricey for what you get.

21/07/2025: The pizza is excellent, many with ricotta-filled crusts, all delicious! Fast service, friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful location, delicious pizza, highly recommended!
