26/08/2024: Arriving at the restaurant in the middle of a windstorm, we were seated in a beautiful veranda where we felt comfortable and sheltered. The welcome was really pleasant and our poor level of Italian was not an obstacle. The meat was tender and my gigantic calzone scared me at first, but the thinness of the dough is actually a real advantage because you can savor the quality ingredients without filling your stomach with dough. Very nice address. Second visit 2 years later: still the same warm welcome even if the language remains a little complicated but we once again had a pleasant evening.

03/08/2024: I underline that going to Sandro is like taking a dive into the past, when you went to the first Chinese restaurants....but always clean and tidy... The service is fast and courteous. The quality of the food is excellent and the pizza too. All the people present at the service are very kind, friendly and helpful.... Optimal.

12/07/2024: This place was an absolute save for our group, as we were temporarily in the Malpensa airport area and wanted to look for a good Italian place to eat dinner at. You must show up early or you will end up waiting as this place gets busy very quickly with many other customers in the evening. We ordered the pasta con vongole, pasta carbonara, pizze (diavolo, 4 formaggi, crudo), pasta bolognese, and tiramisu. The bolognese was easily one of the best I’ve had compared to many Italian restaurants back home. The waiters were quite busy but did their best to accomodate for us and one of our dishes took significantly long to get served. 08/08/2024: Here the deep pizza is a thousand wows we eat it once a week with stone-crushed flour and it remains light and super good, I highly recommend it and I recommend booking to be sure even if you can also stop by and eat in the Stella place
