19/06/2025: The food was delicious and a high variety of dishes were in the menu. The price was correct, given what we ordered (aperol spritz, starter, main dish, wine). But the service was average. The waitress who served us, was not very pleasant. Starters arrived quickly after we had our aperol spritz and main dishes come, while we still have our starter empty plates…

09/02/2025: The best thing is: the large car park all around, located on the ground floor and therefore accessible by wheelchair both inside and outside. In the evening it also functions as a pizzeria.

18/07/2025: Excellent. Lunch with "summer" carbonara (traditional with the addition of lime and scallop tartare) followed by octopus with fruit salad. Excellent pairings. Superb location and staff.

25/06/2025: A lucky find. If you are looking for a quality pizza that does not ferment in the stomach this is the right place. Friendliness and good food go hand in hand. I assure you that you will not regret it. I just moved to Somma and I have already found my favorite pizzeria ♥️ (I do not know the owner who I saw the two times I ate his pizza)

15/06/2025: Spectacular, the place is beautiful inside, really elegant and well furnished, the outside is enchanting and all the tables have a lake view, kind and professional staff, we ate two really delicious pizzas, full of toppings, crispy dough to perfection, we took a liter of house wine, two coffees, two bitters, total 50 euros. I have never spent so little to eat in such an enchanting place, next time I want to try the fish dishes, I saw on the menu that the prices are very reasonable considering the location and the fact that it will certainly all be quality stuff. After eating we took a nice walk along the lake full of benches and with a breathtaking view. A fantastic evening, from now on when I go out to eat I will only go to this place.

05/07/2025: In this tavern the time spent is really worth it, to taste the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù. Diners welcome, both annoying and chaste, all happy with the various appetizers. And to end on a high note, as someone says, you have to taste Alice's cakes. I conclude this ode by thanking Sara, Ilenia, Federico and Alice, and I invite you to book at Cerchio e la Botte to spend a happy day.

28/06/2025: Recommended by owner of I Fiori Di Malpensa B&B. Unrushed service. Lovely interior. Excellent food. House wine was very nice and the Campari Spritz was well balanced. Flavorful tuna steak with a beet root sauce and an authentic pizza with just the right amount of char to the very flavorful crust.

12/07/2025: Probably few people know how to eat a properly made Neapolitan pizza, which is why this pizza is so renowned in Varese. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to expectations: one pizza is square, the other oval, the toppings only in the center of the Margherita (this happens when you put it on the peel and don't re-arrange the toppings; it's a mistake due to haste), the dough doesn't develop well, the crust is uneven, the inside is sometimes raw (you could make a ball with the crumb of the crust), the center of the pizza is so thin it's nonexistent. It's a shame because I think they have the potential to do better, but perhaps they're content with the reputation they've already earned.

13/07/2025: Sorry, but the service was disappointing. After the waitress opened a bottle of wine and poured me a taste (not just a small amount), I noticed a piece of debris in my glass and pointed it out to her. She replaced the glass with a new empty one, but never refilled it. In addition, the shrimp in both of our pasta dishes were undercooked. I would not recommend this place.

09/07/2025: Had a delicious pasta meal. A typical Italian place: generous, friendly, a bit busy. Highly recommended!

02/06/2025: Not an interesting building with a tiny parking lot, but the interior is old and elegant. Three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two desserts, water and two drinks, about €40 per person. Everything was very good, my gnocchi with parmesan cream and truffle flakes were worth the visit alone. Too bad we were all practically teetotalers, because the sommelier has certifications hanging everywhere. The place is a bit cold, I recommend a sweater.

13/04/2025: Alla ricerca di un locale particolare dove fare il giropizza mi imbatto in questa pizzeria tramite una ricerca sull’app eatsplore. Che dire? Pizze una più buona dell’altra, sia al padellino che più tradizionali, con ingredienti di prima scelta. Dulcis in fundo: pizze dolci che non sono affatto le solite, ma diverse varietà che sembrano dei veri e propri dolci di pasticceria! Super approvato.

23/03/2025: Le pizze nella media sono accettabili, se non fosse che nessuna di quelle presentate sul sito online sono davvero arrivate durante la cena, ingredienti semplici e pizze che soprattutto passano 2/3 volte quando già sono state assaggiate, di gourmet ci ho trovato poco e niente.

19/07/2025: A 🌟 not so much for the place where the food is good, the excellent service, and the excellent staff. A 🌟 for the owner who, after having lunch and dinner there so many times, after leaving several hundred, to a simple request: "Can you offer me something?" In a rude and not at all kind manner, she replies: "No! Why do I have to offer you something?" There are also kinder ways to respond. I'm not demanding anything, but my answer is fair: why do I have to travel 100 km every time to come to her again?

05/07/2025: Today for lunch we went to bruschetta, nothing to say about the excellent quality of the food. The only flaw of no small importance was the behavior of the owner. We were two adults and two children aged 7 and 4. Since the portions were abundant we asked for the children to be able to share a portion of pasta with ragù. To avoid unnecessary waste of food given that the little one does not eat much. Fast service, but when paying we realized that they had added our two fixed menus and two portions of pasta with ragù to the bill. We asked for explanations why they had made us pay for an extra portion and the lady (the owner) in a very annoyed and above all rude tone responded by saying that since in her opinion we had dirtied a plate to share the pasta with the children we should pay for the portion as if they were two plates!!!! when we ordered we were not told that we would pay for two portions instead of one divided between two!!! She snubbed us for what we paid since it was our fixed menu and that for what we paid we should not complain about the pasta paid twice. Also insinuating that next time (which will NEVER happen again!) if we want to divide the pasta we should bring the plate!! so as not to dirty their data that we expected to pay for only one divided dish. It was a rude attitude I would say!!!!!! especially since she is the owner!!!!
