22/04/2026: Great experience. I tried their pizza and I have to say I really liked it. The dough melted in the bite. The mozzarella was good, a lovely milky white color without being too burnt. The sweet tomato sauce was balanced. Excellent pizza at a really low price. Not to mention the friendly owners, who were top notch!

18/03/2026: I can say it with certainty: it's the best pizza in Brescia! I've tried many pizzerias in Brescia, but I've never found a pizza better than Roland's. I've been going to this place since I lived in Bovezzo, and even now that I live in Lamarmora, I still come all the way to Mare Blu in Concesio to eat there. Because it's truly exceptional. 11/12/2025: A traditional Neapolitan takeaway pizzeria near the main square in Orzinuovi. It offers a good variety of round pizzas, as well as slices of pan pizza to eat in. Very good, soft, and cooked in a wood-fired oven. They also offer family-sized pizzas. The atmosphere seems more somber than one would expect from a Neapolitan establishment: it lacks a bit of friendliness and smiles, but that's not a criticism. It's just a suggestion for improvement. Prices are normal. Perhaps it would be interesting to offer special offers or discounts during certain periods coinciding with holidays or events. And perhaps even for regular customers. But this is still just a suggestion.

26/04/2026: Meeting point for the Abarth Rally in Tuscany Clean bar, but the real plus is the two very friendly ladies serving at the counter! The sandwiches are delicious!!!!!!!! Perhaps the only flaw is that the restrooms could use a freshening up!!!!!

17/04/2026: Absolutely Fantastic. We stayed 4 nights in room 20 in mid April 2026 and could not have been happier. We explored the lake, island and hills with our eMtbs during the day fuelled by the very good breakfast selection. We ate extremely well in the restaurant every evening enjoying salumi, cheese, beautifully presented antipasti and delicious secondi of lake fish, ossobuco, guanciale di cinghiale and of course the signature Pernice. Michelin Star quality without the stuffiness or stupid prices. The views from the room are spectacular and the mood of the lake changes by the hour. Linda and Walter are perfect hosts with whom we communicated in Italian. 🇮🇹 If you’re thinking about booking, don’t think - just book. And if you’re looking for a place to have dinner choose Pernice 77. 💥💕💥

22/01/2026: A 1990s-style location with two small rooms and a large hall with a wooden ceiling. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the fixed business menu. €12.50, including drinks and coffee. I had orecchiette with tomato sauce, beef bites and peas, and meatballs with tomato sauce and a side of boiled vegetables. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to return for dinner to try their very inviting fish menu. Highly recommended.

31/12/2025: Just finished eating a family pizza, we're just not there, it's not the Pabos of the past... never again, it's as if it wasn't enough, you're freezing from the cold while waiting for the pizza.

31/12/2025: I ordered a takeout pizza and was told it would be ready in the time I requested, and it truly happened. In fact, I was about to pay when they called my name at the counter because the pizza was ready, and, looking at my watch, I noticed that exactly the time I had given had passed. Such punctuality surprised me and made me truly happy. Not to mention the kindness of the staff, both the one who served me in the restaurant and the one who answered the phone, who helped me understand the size of their quarter pizzas. As for the pizza, it's delicious. The dough is thick and the toppings on the pizza are not at all sparse, so the quality-price ratio is the best I've seen so far. I highly recommend trying the pizzas from their menu because they will surprise you with combinations you would never have imagined.

05/05/2026: The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at 3:30 PM, and he was cleaning and tidying up for closing, but he stopped everything and made us some excellent sandwiches. When we're back in Brescia, we'll definitely return at a more convenient time.

29/04/2026: Partially recommended place, the owner is a character, the great Bonni, the location was a mess before the renovation, with people taking drugs upstairs, but today it is out of this world, with refined and modern interiors of great value, tables from Miami and chandeliers from Dubai sum up the attention to detail according to the owner. 80% of the clientele, according to him, are women and on Saturday nights the street fills with tables, up to 400 seats, the most popular place in Brescia. As mentioned, Bonni, the owner, is a peculiar character, sometimes he is really nice, other times he has outbursts of anger, for example once he got furious and asked me to buy him cigarettes because he didn't have my usual sandwich and I wasn't happy about it. All in all, I recommend going with friends for a laugh or two.

09/03/2026: I went for lunch on a Monday. Service was rushed. The wait was average. The salad was excellent, the fillet was delicious, with the crust on the outside and cooked as requested! The seafood risotto wasn't tasty... pieces of shellfish were constantly found. The waiter was asked about the contents, and the answer was "a bit of everything." Not the kind of answer a customer asking for information wants to hear (since there isn't much choice for non-fish entrees).

20/05/2026: The view of Lake Garda is breathtaking. Since we only wanted a cappuccino, we were relegated to the back rows under the waiter's stern gaze, even though there were still seats available at the front. A shame, but okay. I didn't feel welcome at all. It seemed to me that attention was only given to the locals and well-known guests. Not even a smile for us. Passersby had asked about ice cream – apparently, they don't have any; I found that hard to understand. I then wanted to pay and had to do so inside. Our waiter, who was still taking his time, printed out the receipt for me, and I asked again where I could pay. "Right here," he indicated. Only when I reiterated that I wanted to pay by card did he take out the card reader. Still with a stern expression. Sorry, but that kind of attitude doesn't deserve a tip.

20/05/2026: I have never in my entire life been served so rudely by someone in a restaurant, and by the owner himself, no less. Bread rolls were slammed onto the table with an irritated expression. The order was placed with an irritated face and a hand gesture indicating what we wanted. We asked for Parmesan cheese for the pasta, but when it arrived, a small bowl was conjured up with a tiny leftover in it, which he scraped together and threw onto our pasta. When we asked for more, he spoke irritably to another waiter, and ultimately, no cheese arrived. The entire time, he was irritated and rude, not only to us but also to two other families who were treated exactly the same way. Eventually, we confronted him about it, along with the two other families, and he said in an angry voice, "Yes, yes, fine, pay up and get out," with a hand gesture multiple times, and then threw the receipt on the floor. This was done to the other families as well, including an elderly couple, where the old man had to bend down to pick up his receipt. Regular customers came in in between; you could tell by the way he cheerfully welcomed them, shook their hands, and was talking to them with a cheerful smile—he was a completely different person, unbelievable to see. The waiters and waitresses were also treated rudely by him, and they apologized to us for his behavior; it is terrible that these people have to deal with someone like that every day, and I wish them strength. The view was beautiful, though (photos of the owner are not allowed: small man with a big nose and glasses).
