Locanda La Pernice In Sulzano

We stayed at the inn for 2 days. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bathroom was large, and the terrace had a 10/10 view of the lake! We had dinner at the restaurant, which had unique and delicious dishes, accompanied by a beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommended!

We stayed for four nights in a spacious, renovated, and clean room with a hallway, bathroom, and combined living/sleeping area. The very large terrace offered fantastic views of Lake Iseo and Monte Isola. The furnishings were bright, modern, and functional, providing everything needed for a longer stay. Breakfast, featuring plenty of fresh fruit and delicious homemade cakes, could be enjoyed on the restaurant's terrace. We felt very comfortable and would definitely choose this accommodation again on our next visit to Lake Iseo.

This place is fantastic. Superb food and the service was outstanding. This is a mere 10 mins walk from the centre of Sulzano. Uphill but worth it for the amazing views! Not to be missed if in this area. Definitely on my select list of places to return to.

Pernice77's in-house restaurant is excellent. Our food was both beautiful & delicious, and we enjoyed the fantastic lake view while relaxing at our table right at the edge of the terrace. Good service, good value & highly recommended!

I lived lower down on the coast, right by the water. I arrived in the evening, changed, chose a restaurant on the map, and I wasn't wrong! The views from the terrace are simply fantastic, the sunsets are blazing, the food and service were excellent! The octopus had a delicious sauce, and fried just the way I like it (I'm not a professional restaurant critic though). If you're driving, there's private parking - just don't go overboard with the wine, the descent is quite alpine 😉

Meeting point for the Abarth Rally in Tuscany Clean bar, but the real plus is the two very friendly ladies serving at the counter! The sandwiches are delicious!!!!!!!! Perhaps the only flaw is that the restrooms could use a freshening up!!!!!

Absolutely Fantastic. We stayed 4 nights in room 20 in mid April 2026 and could not have been happier. We explored the lake, island and hills with our eMtbs during the day fuelled by the very good breakfast selection. We ate extremely well in the restaurant every evening enjoying salumi, cheese, beautifully presented antipasti and delicious secondi of lake fish, ossobuco, guanciale di cinghiale and of course the signature Pernice. Michelin Star quality without the stuffiness or stupid prices. The views from the room are spectacular and the mood of the lake changes by the hour. Linda and Walter are perfect hosts with whom we communicated in Italian. 🇮🇹 If you’re thinking about booking, don’t think - just book. And if you’re looking for a place to have dinner choose Pernice 77. 💥💕💥

A wonderful place to relax. Room 18 is fantastic, with its modern furnishings and large balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake. A charming, family-run hotel with a crackling fireplace in the bar in the evenings. Breakfast is Italian, featuring homemade pickles and chutney. The à la carte dinner is a must-try. It's about a 10-minute walk down to the lake. The return trip is a bit longer due to the steep climb 😉. In summer, there's an outdoor pool next door with sun loungers, etc. (for a fee, and as far as I know, not run by Pernice77). Let the friendly owners pamper you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

One of the best B&Bs on Lake Iseo. The restaurant is also excellent.
