I came from Brescia specifically for this: there's no other pizza in the city or surrounding area that's as light, easy to digest, and so good in terms of ingredients, cooking, texture, and shape! I worked in a pizzeria for 10 years, and I love different types of pizza, but this one, for me, is the best, the best!

16/07/2025: I went to Ale's to enjoy the best and lightest pizza ever: unleavened dough, thin and flaky, and top-quality ingredients. The pizza is very large and is served on a slate plate to keep it warm until the end. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant. Well done!!!

06/09/2025: Disastrous experience We arrived at 7:00 PM and asked for grilled sea bass for my wife and spaghetti for myself. After an hour, nothing had arrived, so we got up to leave. The restaurant owner, not only didn't apologize, but also charged us for water, wine, and a cover charge. Rude waiters, terrible service. Absolutely not recommended!!!

04/08/2025: A lovely evening, with lovely outdoor spaces and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pizza was good, I must say very light and easy to digest. Excellent craft beer, Curtense red. Service was fairly quick, unfortunately not everyone ate at the same time, but there were over 30 of us, so that was fine!

05/05/2025: Sono stato a pranzo domenica con i miei genitori. Cibo buono e ben cucinato, materie prime (pesce!) di ottima qualità. Ho apprezzato in modo particolare gli gnocchi fatti in casa alla ricotta e salmone affumicato conditi con polvere di liquirizia, consigliati dal titolare, persona piacevole, distinta, preparata, professionale ed educata.

05/05/2025: Purtroppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza.... Ho ordinato una tomahawk e quando è arrivata siamo stati assaliti da un odore nauseante, odore di carne andata a male. Ho fatto presente al titolare e prontamente mi ha cambiato il piatto con una tagliata. La cosa che mi ha infastidito è che dopo essersi scusato ha giustificato il fatto dicendo che quel tipo di carne ha un odore molto forte 😧😧. Frequento tantissimi ristoranti ed ho mangiato carne di tutti i tipi, ma un odore di quel tipo è impensabile che sia tipico del tipo di carne. Il resto dei piatti era discreto. L'ambiente pulito e ben tenuto. Il servizio, piacevole e socievole. Probabilmente è stata solo una serata sfortunata, la prossima volta assaggeremo la pizza.

Try to better select your table service staff.

As for the ambiance, you be the judge of whether, in 2025, a place with a long tradition of tourism can refuse dogs. I arrived yesterday, after making a reservation. Only at that location was I denied access to the dining room because I was bringing a ferocious Chihuahua. With pouring rain and a temperature of 18 degrees, we were seated outside, on tables and chairs that dried out unexpectedly. You be the judge...

15/08/2025: Restaurant waiters, asked for a medium steak and once I received the steak it was well done. When I confronted them about this issue she said it was medium and I should not complain. I told them I don’t want it and won’t pay for it and she told me I have to pay and she don’t want me coming back. I don’t recommend going here because staff is rude

18/07/2025: There is no written menu inside the restaurant (apart from the pizza list and some generic writing and images on the glass). I tried to ask for two items on the online menu (arancini, which are also written on the glass, and tagliata) and the employee, who alone acts as cashier, waiter, cook, etc., told me they don't make them.

06/08/2025: We hadn't been to this restaurant since 2021, and it wasn't a disappointment. A frosty welcome from a server who didn't want to be there in an empty restaurant, which contrasted with this vibrant place of the time. The appetizers were good, but the first course was unpleasantly surprised: overcooked and inedible pasta. The waitress seemed embarrassed but not surprised by our remark. When it came time to pay with her colleague, there was no word, no gesture, no attention. I think you could find better, given the price, despite the magnificent view of the lake.
