20/05/2026: Pizzeria with a wide selection of dishes, including fish. I personally had pizza because I had to go to a Franciacorta tasting afterwards. The pizza was good. Spying on other tables, I noticed that the portions of both the first and second courses were more than generous. The dessert was also very good.

10/05/2026: The extreme kindness (a rare commodity these days) of all the staff, starting with the owner, is truly noteworthy. She was absolutely helpful and welcoming, even with our DOGS, which made me immensely happy. The food was good, the gluten-free pizza was delicious and light, and the fish dishes were delicious. Prices were reasonable for what was offered. Perhaps the organization could be improved, as the wait for one of the dishes was excessive, but mistakes happen. The place was packed today... We'll definitely be back.

19/05/2026: Great place to eat in or take out a pizza, with always helpful staff and, most importantly, short waits. The pizzas are always good. The location is also nice. Recommended.

08/08/2026: Second time at this pizzeria. We were in the air-conditioned room, but unfortunately the acoustics aren't great. It's very noisy, making it hard to talk to people at the same table. We decided to try the pizzas, but four of them were burned both on the bottom and the edges. The burned part is carcinogenic!!!!!! One pizza was remade, but the edges were still burned. Slow service

15/07/2026: During my tour of Lake Garda, I stopped for dinner on the way back. I chose a rib-eye steak paired with a glass of Brunello. I didn't have any particular expectations when I ordered, but when the steak arrived, I immediately knew I was in the right place. Served rare on stone, it allows you to cook it to your liking. The support under the stone is also excellent, allowing you to maneuver without risking burns. A rib-eye steak worthy of the best Tuscans. I really hope to have the opportunity to return.

05/07/2026: Would only recommend booking here if you want your nice lake holiday to be a stressful experience! Two hours after check-in had already opened, while we were on our way to the hotel, we received a message (outside of the official Booking.com platform) informing us that our room was no longer available and that we had been moved to a different hotel. We were given no choice in the matter and no offer of a refund. We understand that unexpected issues can happen. However, the replacement hotel was over 15 minutes away in a less desirable area, and both the toilet and air conditioning in our room barely worked. We were repeatedly told it was a "4-star hotel," but that did not reflect our experience. From what we could see, even the nicest room at the replacement hotel cost at least €75 less per night than the room we had booked at Hotel Alessi. When we made the simple request to see a receipt showing what Hotel Alessi had paid for the replacement room so we could understand the price difference, both hotels refused despite multiple requests in person and by email. They would only show us the receipt for what we had paid to Hotel Alessi. When we requested a partial refund, we were offered a small amount of cash—far less than the apparent difference in value—and were asked not to report the situation to Booking.com. That alone raised serious concerns. To make matters worse, the explanation for why our reservation was cancelled kept changing. First we were told that another guest had extended their stay. Then we were told the bathroom in our room had flooded. Finally, we were told the hotel had simply been overbooked. Overall, the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and lacking in transparency. Whether due to poor management or something else, we were left paying for a premium hotel while being moved to a significantly cheaper and lower-quality one, with no clear explanation and no fair compensation. I would not book here again.

17/05/2026: Excellent food, excellent staff, and top-quality ingredients. I immediately appreciated the kindness of the staff and the chef, who accommodated my requests for a family reunion. We chose paella and casoncelli pasta for two main courses, a very good grilled fish dish, and a warm heart-shaped tart to finish. The facility was accessible and parking was convenient. Definitely worth considering for another occasion.

03/05/2026: Crust: A complete pass. Tall, puffy, and with that huge air bubble at the edge that instantly gives it a wood-fired oven feel. The leopard print is nice and dark in the right places: a sign of high-temperature baking and well-risen dough. It's not a flabby crust; you can tell it has structure. Base: Thin in the center but not like a tissue paper. It holds the toppings without sagging too much, although I can see a strand of cheese escaping—typical of takeout pizza that arrives hot.

08/06/2026: Surprise of surprises. I visit a lot of pizzerias... but this one goes straight into my top 3 favorites. Nice place... friendly waitresses... very good pizza and delicious desserts. And compliments to the owner... Very kind... and always with a smile... which never hurts. I had to promise I'd come back to try the tiramisu... and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: Excellent pizza, the very, very thin and flat kind. Coke in the old-fashioned glass bottle and homemade desserts. Reservations are recommended, as it's always busy. The only drawback is the extremely loud interior, where the diners' voices echo excessively.

02/07/2026: I was lucky enough to have taken a course which was also my first experience in the world of work and I really liked the very welcoming and patient staff who make very good pizzas.

07/07/2026: We stayed at the inn for 2 days. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bathroom was large, and the terrace had a 10/10 view of the lake! We had dinner at the restaurant, which had unique and delicious dishes, accompanied by a beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommended!

08/06/2026: We stayed for four nights in a spacious, renovated, and clean room with a hallway, bathroom, and combined living/sleeping area. The very large terrace offered fantastic views of Lake Iseo and Monte Isola. The furnishings were bright, modern, and functional, providing everything needed for a longer stay. Breakfast, featuring plenty of fresh fruit and delicious homemade cakes, could be enjoyed on the restaurant's terrace. We felt very comfortable and would definitely choose this accommodation again on our next visit to Lake Iseo.

The atmosphere is small but familiar: a quiet and pleasant place to enjoy a good pizza with your spouse or four friends, accompanied by informal but truly friendly service. More than approved 🍕🍻

22/04/2026: Great experience. I tried their pizza and I have to say I really liked it. The dough melted in the bite. The mozzarella was good, a lovely milky white color without being too burnt. The sweet tomato sauce was balanced. Excellent pizza at a really low price. Not to mention the friendly owners, who were top notch!

18/03/2026: I can say it with certainty: it's the best pizza in Brescia! I've tried many pizzerias in Brescia, but I've never found a pizza better than Roland's. I've been going to this place since I lived in Bovezzo, and even now that I live in Lamarmora, I still come all the way to Mare Blu in Concesio to eat there. Because it's truly exceptional.
