30/08/2025: The pizza was quite good, but if it had arrived on time, it would have been better, considering I paid a lot of money. I would have liked to have the pizza on time, not a quarter of an hour late. Let's just say there's nothing speedy about it. I recommend another pizzeria.

29/07/2025: Well, we went for dinner, and I was a guest. I can't judge the prices, but the quality of the food—the octopus pizza, the tuna steak, the shrimp tartare—was truly exceptional. And what can I say? I'd forgotten my wallet with all my documents, and today, on closing day, after putting it away safely, they returned it to me intact. Courtesy, excellence, honesty. A perfect combination that's hard to find elsewhere. Thank you.

21/10/2025: A lovely restaurant overlooking Lake Iseo. The courtesy was truly paramount; everyone was friendly and helpful (even though they were almost closing). The food was good, although the spaghetti was overcooked. One small, entirely subjective, complaint was the price. I found it a bit pricey. All in all, an excellent place.

25/09/2025: A motorcyclist for many, many years, Bar Cinzia is my regular hangout with all my friends. We've often had lunch watching motorcycle races, and Mario is a great friend as well as a professional in the industry. Even if you don't own a motorcycle, stop by this historic spot to breathe in the air of passion and grab a bite to eat in the company of the girls who are always available and friendly. Stopping there and finding the staff always smiling is not for everyone.

17/10/2025: Absolutely fantastic, super-delicious restaurant. There were 26 of us at a table, and all 26 meals were served warm at the same time. A big thank you for that. The staff was super friendly and always available if you want something extra. Highly recommended. We ate there twice in one week.

14/10/2025: Mediocre Overall Impression Let's start with the positives. The restrooms were clean, the portion sizes were perfectly fine, and my friend was very happy with his pizza. Nevertheless, I wouldn't go back to this restaurant. The food was served at different times, so we had to eat separately. It wasn't very busy when we were there. My friend was almost finished with his pizza when my primi piatti finally arrived. Furthermore, his knife was so blunt that he couldn't even begin to cut his pizza. On top of that, my meat for the secondi piatti was only lukewarm when it was served and completely cold by the end. And to top it all off, the service was very poor. The waiter noticed that the table was shaking enormously as he led us to the table, but sat us down anyway and did nothing. The waitress who came later started taking our order, even though I was clearly not finished choosing. She later placed the bread without any eye contact or a "please" or "prego." ``` Individual errors and problems can never be ruled out. Overall, however, it wasn't enough for me to have a positive overall impression.

09/10/2025: I booked a table for two this evening. The gentleman on the phone wasn't very polite; he actually seemed annoyed, but when we actually arrived at the restaurant, things were completely different. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had spaghetti with clams, and I have to say, it was the best I've ever had. My girlfriend had tagliolini with vegetables, and I have to say, they were delicious too. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake with a soft center, and it was truly sublime. I think I'll dream about it tonight. Highly recommended. The restaurant's atmosphere was also spectacular, a perfect blend of sophisticated elegance and a homey feel. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, and I'd give more if I could.

30/09/2025: Carmelo is always a guarantee. I've been back many years and found the atmosphere and quality of the pizza unchanged. A real pleasure. I recommend the Carmelo with fresh tomatoes.

16/09/2025: I was truly disappointed with this restaurant. I was with my three-year-old daughter, who hadn't touched any food the entire evening; she was always in the play area. When it came time to pay, the cashier asked me for a cover charge for her (€3!). I pointed out that she hadn't eaten, hadn't made a mess, and so I didn't see it as fair to have to pay. The response I received was: "Anyway, she took the seat." But which seat? The table was for two, and my daughter hadn't taken anything from anyone. As if that weren't enough, when they ran out of excuses, they made up the story that I had specifically asked for a table near the play area, which was completely untrue! I've never made a request like that. I find this attitude inappropriate and unprofessional. For me, it was a negative experience, and I definitely won't be returning.

05/10/2025: It's not just a pizza restaurant... it's a culinary experience that borders on reality! Let's start with the pizza: exceptional dough and sublime quality ingredients! In 35 years, I've eaten a pizza this good, maybe three times... But the highlight is undoubtedly the dessert... A meringue to savour on the taste buds, and strawberries served beautifully! Even the licorice liqueur wasn't the usual dark soul, but something carefully chosen by I don't know who, but certainly delicious! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The place is very welcoming, with a family atmosphere even from the first time! If you really want to nitpick, the only sore point is the coffee... I was even surprised by the price...for the service I got, I thought I'd spend a little more... I'll definitely be back to enjoy their EXCELLENT cuisine again. 5 stars more than deserved, if I could have added an academic kiss!
