Crust: A complete pass. Tall, puffy, and with that huge air bubble at the edge that instantly gives it a wood-fired oven feel. The leopard print is nice and dark in the right places: a sign of high-temperature baking and well-risen dough. It's not a flabby crust; you can tell it has structure. Base: Thin in the center but not like a tissue paper. It holds the toppings without sagging too much, although I can see a strand of cheese escaping—typical of takeout pizza that arrives hot.
