The appetizer, however, was a bit disappointing: it was rather sparse and the presentation could have been more refined. The place is nice, with a fairly spacious dining room, and the waitresses were very kind and helpful. The only real downside was the service, which was rather slow. We had a reservation for 7:30 PM, and even though the place was initially lightly crowded, we waited about 15 minutes before we could order. Our appetizer wasn't served until 8:27 PM, while tables that arrived after us had already been served. The pizza and burgers, however, arrived more quickly. At the end of the meal, we asked for a small bottle of water and were initially told only the large one was available. Considering we had already finished eating, that would have been excessive. Luckily, the waitress kindly brought us a small bottle, though we still had a bit of a wait. Overall, a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement, especially in the service.

The place is quite crowded with only one waitress serving everyone, and the kitchen only delivers one pizza at a time, obviously because there's no one to bring them to your table. I won't comment on the culinary quality of the menu, because for €16, you can't expect to get a gourmet pizza. As for everything else, it was a truly awful experience, highly discouraged.

We waited about 10 minutes for a table (when we went into the dining room, there were at least 10 seats available, so I didn't understand the wait... Hmm...). We ordered a set menu and a pizza. The pizza arrived fairly quickly, but my first course still hadn't arrived after almost half an hour. The waitress came by and asked if I was waiting for the second course. I told her I was still waiting for the first course. The waitress, who was nice, apologized, saying they'd forgotten my first course! After 5 minutes, it arrived, and the second course soon after. The food was average for a typical midday working-class restaurant. Not terrible, but not exceptional either. I don't think I'd want to go back.

È successo anche altre volte che l' ambiente fosse eccessivamente freddo ma stavolta forse un po' troppo. Una persona è stata male per colpa dell' aria condizionata. Ho fatto notare più volte quanto sia sgradevole mangiare col freddo, mi è stato detto che il titolare vuole questo...dovrebbe ascoltare i clienti. 26° è una temperatura ideale e non fa star male né quando si entra men che meno quando si esce e fuori ce ne sono 34 e oltre...

I'm writing this review because I don't understand the frustrated people complaining about the €20 supplement per person: just do the math and you'll see that a property like this charges at least €80-90 per night for the overnight stay alone. I think it's pretty pointless to argue about the supplement, especially since otherwise, instead of giving them away, you could just buy Smartboxes for yourself instead of booking on Booking.com or other portals. We were offered an additional €66 per couple for a full dinner and breakfast, but we had already made other plans for the weekend and didn't take advantage of it. The menu, the photos, and the aromas were very inviting, however, and the fact that the room was almost full for both dinner and breakfast confirms this, thanks in part to the central location in Selvino, halfway along the main street.
