30/10/2025: We waited a very long time, the pizza chef yelling and cursing at the waitresses, which happens if you're sitting near the oven. Then we ate fried frogs covered in oil, almost inedible. The waitresses were always in a rush due to poor organization, and we ordered wine by the glass and were told it wasn't available. Then we ordered some again, and this time it was available. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

30/11/2025: We were very disappointed with the experience. After more than an hour of waiting, our risotto and pizzoccheri arrived, still undercooked. When we politely asked for a timeframe, we were rudely told, "Yeah, it's still a long way off," with no apology for the delay or inconvenience. We felt our order had been forgotten, as other tables who arrived after us were served first. Mistakes can certainly happen, but courtesy should always be upheld.

10/08/2025: I've frequented this restaurant several times, just steps from my house. Frankly and honestly, I've had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the food was excellent overall, from fish to meat. The first courses, second courses, side dishes, wines, and beers were truly delicious. What has always struck me are the home-made dishes and how they're crafted and prepared. The tranquility they offer is priceless. This evening I had an exquisite cheese pizza and a delicious dessert. A beautiful woman with a wonderful smile served me. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Ristorante Pizzeria Taverna Covo dell'Artista. You are artists in the kitchen. Congratulations.

09/07/2025: This is the pizza that arrived (3 pizzas like this)... when I asked why the pizza was so small, the response was, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else to get pizza." We'll definitely go somewhere else and follow this advice, thanks. I'll leave a photo so you can judge.

15/11/2025: A welcoming place with oak wood from the mansion, delicious pizzas, and a wood-fired oven with a vintage touch of yesteryear. Superb and fast service. We'll be back often.

25/08/2025: I happened to dine at this restaurant one weeknight, but several aspects of the experience didn't convince me. The place is small, with a relatively small indoor dining room and an outdoor space. We ate inside, and the tables are so close together that it's sometimes difficult to get up without bumping into other customers. Despite the limited number of tables, we waited 30 minutes for service, with no explanation. As for the food, especially my pizza, the quality wasn't the best: the chips on the pizza were dry and tasted like they'd been fried hours earlier, if not the day before, and then reheated. It's a shame, because the waitresses were very kind and helpful. Another plus is the wide selection of pizzas on the menu.

20/08/2025: I go there only and exclusively for the wonderful girl at the bar! I had the pleasure of meeting her in another place and besides being gorgeous, she is very sociable and well-mannered!

28/09/2025: The pizzas are excellent, the pasta dishes are average. The staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is a bit cold and impersonal. The acoustics are poor.

25/06/2025: This time we stopped for a "quick" lunch. It was 1 pm and we had other appointments. We had not booked but in a short time, Pietro was an excellent restaurateur. We had a great lunch with pasta with radicchio, scaloppine in white wine, vegetables, chips and a glass of red wine in a cool environment. Everything perfect. Compliments.

19/12/2025: Excellent service from the staff, always attentive to the customer. Very fast service. The pizza is good, and the restaurant dishes we tried were also pretty good. I would perhaps add a few desserts (for my taste, the apple pie should have more apples). Excellent price!!!!!!
